The property was close to everything and the stay was amazing beds were comfortable. Extremely spacious. And the cafe outside the villa has amazing food!
Our stay in adapadi villa was amazing we didn’t want to leave. The pool was clean the accomodation is clean staff came in and tidied out room through our stay. The main person we dealt with ,Dee was super accomodating and even offered extra transport services I cannot wait to return. Thankyou Dee and staff! Can’t wait to see you all next time!
No issues with my stay the property was perfect.

In a cul-de-sac away from main roads it is a nice location with a chill 10-15min scooter ride to Ubud.
The aircon worked well after the batteries of the remotes were replaced.
Oh where do i start.
- mould and water damage all over the place
- windows have cracks
- outdoor shower is all mouldy
- all furniture is due for a replacement, it's all stuck, pieces missing, in horrible conditon
- the curtain rail should be replaced to one that allows the curtains to close and retract 100% (currently they retract 50%)
- definitely work on that water pressure in the bathrooms, i always showered outdoor simply because of the lack of water pressure inside
- the kitchen is sufficiently equipped but can definitely do much better
- the upstairs area is just a blank space, nothing there...what's the purpose of it? Maybe put a coffee table and some pillows up there
- staircase looks like it would collapse at any step now
- the metal roof can be very noisy when rainy, just mind that you will be unable to watch a movie/communicate inside when it's raining as it's so loud
- the decking needs attention. Planks jumping out on one end when stepping on the opposite end. Skin being tweaked (painful) when steping on a gap (the boards all cupped, so they wobble and when you step on a gap, two boards wobble together and squeeze your skin of your foot, ouch!)
- makeshift installations in the bathroom leave you with holes in the ceiling and wonky looking covers
- stains in the sheer curtain...just install a glass sliding door for the bathrooms. And insert some ventilation in the bathroom. And better lighting. Very dark in the shower.
- the wifi is very unpredictably dropping in and out. Needs improvement
(I have many more pictures but booking will only allow me to upload 4)

Very clean and looked just like the pictures. The communication up until arrival was absolutely amazing. They were so accommodating and communicated great. There was some issues with my flight which caused a later arrival day. They accommodated my friend still.

It was a quiet area in the middle of the rice field, the inner garden was very nice and made the place feel local. Rooms and pool were always clean. The host Mr. Dee was super welcoming, friendly and genuinely wanted to make our stay the most enjoyable with restaurant reccomendations, transportation and other activities. We were lucky that this was our first stay in Bali and that Dee was our host, as he helped us with transportation and day trips all along our journey, even after we left Ubud and traveled all around Bali and other islands.

Convenient restaurant with good and cheap local food just in front of the villa. So on a lazy day, there’s no need to leave the villa.
Water pressure of the shower is very low and the water is not warm.

We loved this placed! The personalised service was amazing. We had a driver, Dee, who went out of his way to make our trip special. He would drive us wherever we wanted to go, recommend the best places to go to and what activities to do. He made our trip feel very luxurious!

Literally everything. Mr Dee is so sweet and the staff were amazing from start to finish. Came for our birthdays and they treated us like royalty. Everything you want to experience bali is at your fingertips. Any activity or excursions you want they have partnerships and you get a discount going through Mr Dee! We had scooters , calming relaxation areas outside of the villa, transportation, and traditional balaniese food in the villa! He even decorated our pool and gave us great restaurants to eat at. Its close to Everything popular you see online thats in bali! His brother is also a tattoo artist so we got tattoos here too at his studio and love those as well! We loved every bit of our time here and we're sad to go. If we come back to bali itll be with Mr. Dee for sure!
That we didn't stay longer or book with him sooner. Wish we would have known more about all the activities we could have taken advantage of especially since it's so easy for Mr. Dee to book them for us. He makes the process so smooth all you have to do is tell him what you want and it's not only affordable but it gets done promptly.

We made a 3-person accommodation booking for the "Luxury" Villa Adi Pada Ubud via booking.com in April for 9 nights, however, upon arrival on the 8th of May, we discovered that this accommodation was nothing like it had been advertised on your website.
Here were just some of the issues that we raised to the villa staff:
The location was difficult to get to
No air conditioning in common areas
Common areas, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and outdoor pool area were filthy (attached images)
Bedsheets were dirty
Toilet seat disgusting and broken
Cutlery and flatware were filthy
Wifi did NOT work
After speaking with the villa staff, we asked to leave immediately as we felt incredibly unsafe to stick around any longer. There is nothing 'luxurious' about this villa, and we wouldn't pay USD30 for it, let alone USD120 per night.
We have contacted two management/owner personnel so far to no avail. No responses from neither the villa or booking.com team. We demand compensation for the false advertisement, waste of our traveling and admin time, and that booking.com review this accommodation status urgently, as it is clear that you have completely disregarded your customers' safety and trust by NOT having verified the authenticity of this property at all.

- The view or rice fields!
- the privacy (because we rented whole villa)
- the pool is not bad also
- the atmosphere in yard with chill balinese music and nice distanced lake beds to enjoy a meal
- the warmth and respect of the staff (unfortunately you don’t find this in Europe anymore)
- very cheap price for laundry, the price is per kg not article
- amenities, the vill had almost everything especially in kitchen
- sounds of birds early in the morning. no cars cuz is far away from street, it’s really exotic for me (European)
- villa was huge, 2 bedrooms on 2 floors with big living room, even tho we were gone during the day, couldn’t enjoy it fully
Few things which you might not like if you are pretentious city boy/girl:
- villas are not fully sealed so geckos might come inside but don’t worry, they stay high above on walls they don’t come in your bed
- if you like to have breakfast/lunch/dinner there, bad news, they don’t have much selection, but Ubud is not far away, I recommend going out, that’s why you came to Bali in the first place
- I read some review and they said is far away from main road/village. i liked that actually, was more quiet and if you use Grab application you can get a cab/bike to pick you up for cheap prices.
- value for money? idk what to say, the other place I stayed in Ubud was Calma, and I cannot evaluate this one

Cute villa with private pool and outside eating area for hot summer days and evening. The villas were very clean and the cherry on top was the Impecable service and frienliness of the staff. There is a restaurant within the villa's premises which makes getting food easier.
Ghecko's! That, however, comes with being in a tropical paradise.

The open space and the air-conditionings inside the villa are amazing. Service from the staff and the opportunity to eat is perfect and the price is excellent
The pression of the shower was not the best but temperature can be ajusted. first Wi-Fi was not good and strong but the second one was nice Duality and price are nice but some small possibilities to improve the whole package
