Splendid, could not be better

Everything. Amenities, Cleanliness, Comfort Spacious room Worth value of money compared to some hotel I did stay in Tokyo before.

The key room should be card rather than physical key.

Comfortable and relaxing.

The lobby and room were outstanding and honestly for a “love” hotel i was expecting a lot worse so this place was really eye opening. Totally different than what other reviews have said.

Not much to not like, maybe i’d say the elevator doesn’t have great ventilation so at times it smelled a little toooo strong of cigarette smoke.

目当ての露天風呂と部屋での朝食が出来なかったのが残念でしたが、それ以外は満足

部屋がとても広く、露天風呂以外の屋内の風呂もあるため、便利でした。室内のデザインも専用に施されているのか、レジャーホテル、いわゆるラブホとは思えない作りでした。

露天風呂のお湯の温度が設定出来ず非常に熱くて困りました。また、お湯張りの量も調整出来ずに「お湯を張る」しか出来ないため、どの程度のお湯が張られるのか分からないため、調整が大変でした。さらに、朝～昼までの時間帯での食事がオーダーできず、空腹のまま部屋を出ざるを得ず、非常に不満が残りました。せめてチェックアウトの2時間前くらいまではオーダーさせて欲しいです。チェックインしたときにハッキリと「朝は○○時までだからご注意」ということが分かっていれば前日に買ってくることも出来たのですが、それも分からなかったため。

良かったです

駅から近く、価格も安く、ラブホらしくお風呂もベッドも大きいのでコスパ良かったです。駐車場も使う人がいないのか、ガラ空きでした。道は狭いですが、駐車場自体は小さくなくとめやすい点も良かったです。

外出する際には、フロントに声をかけて鍵をかけてもらう必要があります。つまり部屋を出てから、フロントまでは鍵は開けっぱなしになります。よっぽど大丈夫でしょうが、セキュリティ的に良くないです。

hourly rental hotel need to be 18+ to stay not a family hotel

there are many shops around area which is easy for shopping. Hotel staff don't speak English and they were behind a small window you won't be able to see them and hotel mainly for short couple hours rental instead if stay overnight, and not suitable for family. hotel request guest 18 +

hard to get service if you need during your stay and no staffs around the hotel as the hotel is mainly for short hourly rent.

Good if you are looking for a nicely kept Love Hotel in Tokyo

This is a Love Hotel. It was nice and clean, but good to know ahead of time.

I was not aware it was a Love Hotel when booking and the bed was uncomfortable.

Definitely not come again and not recommend to my friends

Clean and big bathtub.

I booked this hotel because they have free parking. The listing mention that reservation is required so I mention that I need a parking slot when I booked this, and they never replied me they don't have spot. However, they said no availability when I check in, so we moved our car to a paid car park. If it is first come first serve, why they don't mention that to me before? It is very inconvenient while you have car. Then, about 15 mins later, they called up to the room and said they have parking spot available. Couples of hours after check out, we found that we left our electric toothbrushes in the hotel room but we already away from Tokyo so I leave them a message via booking.com to see if we can take them back later when we back to Tokyo, however, they said they haven't found them in the room, but we searched everywhere including our luggages and car. I don't have proof of course, you decide whether you believe or not. It is not their fault we lost our toothbrushes, but for the whole stay, I spent many money unexpectedly including this and the paid car park.

Loved the open air bath, was super nice, bed was alright, really love the chair massager which was nice to use after a long day. Karaoke machine was fun although I think our screen was buggy and would have to pick up the tablet and point it towards the tv

Super dusty. The outdoor bath was also dirty, looked like there was pink candle wax left on. The patio also had stains on there (white/red stains). No one spoke English so be prepared to use google translate lol

Almost perfect

Loved the aesthetic of the room. The lit spa tub is really the main attraction and was worth every penny. The space facilitated a luxurious and indulgent evening for a great price. Great system to control the lights and huge TV.

The room was a little dirty. Not as clean as we would have hoped. The floor had gunk and dust in some spots and suspicious spots on the comforter... The bed was just a bare mattress with a thin topper set on it. It was very firm and pillows were flat. Seems it's not really meant for sleeping, though...

The room is big enough for us, two person and very comfortable. Hot water is enough for us shower mornings and the evenings. Very nice carpet and individual doors of room, toilet and washroom area. Very nice staying there.

The only thing not too satisfied was the receptionist asked us waited an half hour and she couldn’t speak English.

It was great overall, some cleaning stuff fulfilled our needs, except they cannot speak well English. We need patient.

the property is a bit private and not easy to find. The receptionist cannot speak English which is need time and patient to use google translate to communicate.

The room was a bit smelly, and a bit dusty. Even tho I open the window thats reduce a bit smelly but need 2-3 days to smell fresh. However it was a bit cold after opening the window. Even I closed it after.

The wonderful staff accommodated our every request.

The location was perfect for us as we prefer to be in an area that is not a tourist trap, and a bunch of out of control party people. There was non of this :) The local restaurant and shopkeepers in the area were very friendly and kind to us as we speak very little Japanese. The location does not offer any food on the property, but that didn’t matter as there are dozens of local food spots within walking distance of the hotel.

It is not a traditional key card access hotel, they give you a metal key so be very careful not to lose it. We didn’t lose ours but we were concerned that we would so we took extra care to make sure that we didn’t during our seven night stay.
