Very nicely furnished. Appliances are in great condition. About a 10 minute walk to the city center and easy to get to the highway. Beautiful sunset view from rooftop deck.

We stayed here as a family of 3 with a 15 month old and our friends who have a 4 month old, 3 year old and 4 year old. Perfect walkable location to all the best breweries, restaurants, and family friendly activities. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We would love to stay again!

We planned our trip to Asheville with friends to accommodate a mobility-challenged friend who is on a walker. The layout worked well. The bedroom and bathroom on the third floor was accessible to the walker. Having a half bath on second floor with kitchen and living room was super helpful. He couldn’t make it to the rooftop but it rained every evening so he was able to take elevator to ground level for his occasional smokes outside of the garage! The location was great and the unit was very clean. Only suggestions would be to upgrade the kitchen pots and pans (the non-stick was worn) and to add a step stool to reach upper cabinets and work shades more easily we bought a pot holders and extra dish towels for the unit. One was not enough. Also left coffee filters…the sectional couch was very comfy! We explored the area by vehicle mostly due to all the hills in Asheville. Such a beautiful area and we were happy to see the city is booming with it’s emerging art scene and great restaurants! We will be back!

Location was great for the things we wanted to do. Centrally located in downtown but easy to get to hiking trails outside of town. We didn't think of the elevator when we booked it but it was nice especially to get luggage up to the third floor. We didn't really use any of the appliances but they are all Bosch.

Our stay was wonderful! So much space. Very clean! Third bedroom is significantly smaller but does the job! Location was perfect for us. Close to restaurants and fun!

This is a great property! It was clean, spacious, a lot of natural light. It was in a great location to visit the different areas of Asheville. Would definitely recommend.

This property was really nice. The photos seemed accurate and up to date. The host provided the door code and there wasn’t much else to it.

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas at the property. The online pictures and descriptions were accurate. This property is in a prime location for walking around in the evenings for entertainment. The garage and elevator are key to having a great stay. You can see fantastic sunsets from the roof top. I can only imagine how much fun it is during baseball season. The corner unit location is fantastic!
8.0 / 10.0
The location cannot be beat if you want a very short walk to several brewaries, a cider house, and a distillary. Also only a 15 minute walk to the heart of downtown Asheville.
The disappointing feature is the lower level bedroom with queen bed. It is a very small room with no closet. It would be challenging for two adults to be comfortable in that space.

We enjoyed the amount of space and the location to explore Asheville! The property was clean and ready for us. No garage code was provided but owners responded quickly to that request.

House was clean and ready when we arrived at 4pm. It was easy to access and had plenty of space. Great location, close to the stadium and walking distance to all of the breweries.

We really loved staying here. It’s spotless, has ample space, and conveniently located. Bedrooms are very nice. The only thing that is needed is hangers in the closets

Great location and clean fun property.
8.0 / 10.0
Overall we had a good experience with the host and enjoyed our stay despite the property not being ready at 4 PM (due to cleaners' car issues). The furniture is comfortable, and there is plenty of space for guests. The kitchen was well-equipped with great appliances. Our only complaint would be the overall condition of the home—lots of damaged walls, scuff marks, and general wear and tear that could be addressed quickly. Most concerning, though, is the condition of the flooring on the staircases, where it seems some of the boards are disconnecting from the stairs, making them feel unstable (and a trip hazard). This would be a 5-star property if these issues were addressed and maintained.

Property was very roomy and clean. Close to most things, but not really walking distance in cold weather.
Heat was a little hard to regulate—thermostat in main living area seemed to control two levels, but master also had a thermostat. Not clear how to operate MBR ceiling fan without the light staying on. More instructions would be helpful. Need hangers in closets. .
All in all, a very nice property!

We had three couples who stayed in the condo and enjoyed it very much. We especially loved the rooftop area, we turned on the fire pit and enjoyed the evenings. Good location and a lovely place.

The rooftop space was by far the best feature of the condo. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and sunset in the evening. It was perfect for getting our family to a wedding and enjoying the breweries all within walking distance.

As parents of the bride, this location provided a great place to entertain family and guests as well as the wedding party(bridesmaids) to dress.
Awesome location. Close to the breweries and great restaurants.
Asheville was a great wedding place. Our family and friends had a awesome time.

Impeccable, roomy unit which exceeded our expectations.
Centrally located in Asheville, all the venues surrounding the wedding were only a short distance away. The cleanliness of the unit was amazing as were the linens, tableware and appliances that came with it.
I was initially concerned about the proximity of the Tourist's ball park but it turned out not to be a problem at all, even with the Tourists playing every night we were staying! We even went with wedding guests to a game the day after the wedding (the Tourists won 10-6!).
I'd unhesistatingtly recommend for any family coming to Asheville. for a family or other event!

Excellent location and property!
All of the rooms were amazing, and the elevator was a godsend for my parents. Loved all the windows for all the light, and the decor. Only one comment, please hit all of the hinges on the doors with some WD-40 because every single one of them squeaks lol!

3 couple getaway
Lovely accommodations for 3 senior couples. All modern and well equipped. Best parts were the elevator and the rooftop terrace. Note the baseball stadium was right next to us but it was not a problem. Would stay again

We understand that this townhouse was not designed with octogenarians in mind. Nevertheless we loved it. Especially the elevator. Nice closets, beds, kitchen, and the property manager responded very quickly when we needed something. We also liked the art and decor.

Good for walkers
Overall, a good experience. It is a little less than a mile uphill to restaurants that we ate at. (We never made it to Patton and the square). I LOVED the walk home after eating. Passed by a few watering holes, one could choose to patronize, but they close by 9 on a weeknight. Baseball team was out of town, so no complaints of noise from us. Those on the ground floor BR with no closet used the one in the kitchen. We were able to get a Hyundai Ioniq and Jeep Patriot in the garage:)
Liked the ice maker. Could have used another kitchen towel and pot holders, as others mentioned.
Odd that the two upstairs BRs were operated by the same remote! Thus, when one wanted the light on/off, or fan speed changed in BR 1, BR 2 fan also responded.
Plenty of bath linens, good qaulity too.
There is a natural gas filling station across the street in which cops hung out, and "houseless" persons were seen parked on the street in front of building 1, next to that filling station. However, they must have had to move on, because they did not spend the night.
Easy access to Parkway and Biltmore. I recommend White Labs Brewery just up Charlotte, because it's all about the beer, and not alot of extra, "shiney objects" to attract toursists necessarily, like some places in downtown.
We did enjoy rooftop in the evenings, but the fire pit appeared to be out of gas, because the electric starter did not light it. We didn't try the grill. Could use a roof, passive air escape hatch for warm air that accumulates there.

This was a very comfortable property to stay in and it met the description. I will book again in the future.

Nice Visit
Beautiful and clean property. Plenty of space for 5 people. The only issue is it is so close to the baseball stadium. Check the baseball schedule prior to renting. There were no games when we were there so it was quiet and private. Close proximity to breweries and a 15 minute walk uphill into town. We spent every evening on the rooftop deck. If there had been baseball games it would have been a much different atmosphere.

Perfect townhouse in a great location
We had 3 couples staying on the property in-town for a wedding this weekend. It perfectly met our needs. The amenities were well provided and the management was incredibly responsive even after hours on a holiday weekend! We would gladly stay here again.

Walking distance to breweries!
Great condo with nice bedrooms to accommodate our family of 7 adults and 2 babies. We were able to walk to breweries, restaurants and shopping. The rooftop was a perfect spot to see the sunset over the mountains while enjoying the fire pit with family. Only surprise was poor kitchen supplies; very few glasses, no wine glasses, no blender, pans were sticky. Other than that we had everything we needed for a great weekend in Asheville.

Family weekend get together
Booking was extremely easy and description of the property met expectations. We were able to enjoy our family and walk to restaurants & stores easily. Perfect weekend visit!

All in all a great stay. Lovely townhome that was brand new and gorgeously furnished. I would caution anyone who might be a light sleeper to look at booking elsewhere as this townhouse is very close to Mission Hospital which is large and SUPER busy. There was no shortage of sirens all day/night long. Additionally, the heat was somewhat hard to get right and we were either burning hot or chilly. Otherwise, the location is great if you are into breweries as it is located in Slopeside, but beware that if you are interested in going into town the walk up Biltmore Ave is somewhat steep. An uber is easy to get, however, and if you walk home from downtown it's all downhill. Overall I would not book again due to the noise level from the outside and the inferior sound proofing. But it is a great place! Oh, and if you stay and plan to drink wine bring your own glasses. We had to fund a Target and get some as the house wasn't equipped with the basic kitchen necessity.

Needed breaj
Very nice place to stay with friends for a few days to visit the Biltmore and downtown Asheville. We absolutely loved it, but we needed pot holders for items coming out of the oven.
