Fantastic location. Very clean. Host very quick responding to enquiries. Apartment well equipped.
Unable to use the terrace. Not enough sofa seating in the living area for 4 people comfortably so would have been impossible for 6. Only 1 PlayStation controller and 1 board game - we expected more.

Could have been cleaner and needs a refurb.

We travel a lot but rarely have we seen so clean place! The apartment is exceptionally convenient with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen, a spacious living room - all lovely decorated. As far as location is concerned, it is situated right at the heart of the city, a few minutes away from the Cathedral, high street, shops etc.(Pizza Expess and Tesco are just a minute away).
Nothing at all. Everything was amazing!

The location of this property is amazing, steps away from shopping, restaurants, bars and night clubs. The Lincoln Castle and Cathedral were just up steep hill which were well worth the walk up.

Perfect location, right in the city centre
Lovely comfy apartment with parking

The accommodation was ideally placed for exploring the old and new parts of the city.Been able to park in the centre of the town was a major plus.Netflix,Prime on the TV was nice.
The view out of the window was basically looking at the back of other offices/flats etc. The Kitchen could benefit from a lick of paint and freshening up and a bit more attention paid to basic cleanliness of the cutlery drawers, inside of fridges etc.

The property was modern, spacious, and secure.
Good beds and kitchen facilities. Would definitely use again. Close to the high street for bars and resteraunts
The parking although very secure is very tight and only one car can be accommodated. The parking is also very steep so would not be easy for a new driver.

Very close to all of Lincoln's attractions and lots of restaurant options very close by.
The access to Netflix on the TV was good as well as the option of the PlayStation 3.
Good kitchen area with everything you need, (except a pair of scissors).
Although we were told that we had an allocated car parking space which is marked out quite clearly, on a couple of days when we returned from our day out in the car we found a black BMW parked there instead. I had to park directly behind him as if I had parked anywhere else then it would have taken someone else's parking space. However, by parking behind him this also blocked other cars from leaving. I had a confrontaiton with an annoyed neighbour asking me to move my car. I tried to find out who the BMW was owned by and by luck managed to confront him when he tried to leave one day. He said that he works in the 'Strait and Narrow' - a bar on the high street - and that he and his boss have allocated spaces in the car parking area. However, he said that his space was occupied by someone else and so he parked in our space.
Anyone else going to 8 Museum Court needs to know about this and immediately ask at the bar if the car parking space is occupied. For reference his boss has a white car that was very often parked next to the black BMW. This needs to be sorted out as I strongly believe that this was all a tall story and they know that the car parking space is not occupied all year round and so they are just trying their luck!
Incredibly annoying and frustrating !

Excellent location, very close to town. Secure parking, not suitable if you have a big car though. It was a tight fit
The flat was fine, but you can’t really open the windows, they are all huge glass doors that open outwards, you are on the ground floor & open onto a car park. The catches appear to be broken, so they swing open. It didn’t feel secure at night to have a window open in the bedroom. There is a back door that can be opened though. It would be very hot in the summer. The kitchen lacked equipment, like a salad bowl, or serving dish etc.
