Clean rooms, good breakfast, nice inviting lobby, good service, comfortable beds, very convenient location next to grocery stores
AC doesn’t seem to work well, but weather was cool during our summer visit.

Excellent everyday.
Key card kept deactivating.

Waiters and barstaff (Daniel) were kind, friendly and professional.
Lovely breakfast. Comfy bed. Easy to operate air con.
Only a small gripe but hotel parking was a bit pricey at £10 for 24 hours.
4.0
Breakfast was excellent and staff are highly professional with a great sense of humor treating guest with optimum respect and a sense of responsibility
There were no laundry services at the time

Location good, room bog standard holiday inn, any chain hotel.
breakfast too many unhealthy items and a shortage of good quality, healthy choice.
Staff, especially in breakfast room excellent. Efficient, friendly and helpful
ditch the tinned fruit and replace it with good fresh items.
Why was there fat free yoghurt? All that means is that it's loaded with sugar.

Great location on the waterside. Services all OK, room was fairly basic for the price. Staff were helpful but there were queues and reception to check in and out.
View of car park outside. Only choice of black tea and instant coffee in room.

How friendly the staff were and how clean the hotel and how amazing the room were
The first room, fell asleep with the air con on and woke up absolutely divvoring so put the heating on then woke up sweaty and gross.

The location is wonderful, very near to all amenities in the city centre.
I would have preferred a room with a refrigerator.

Breakfast and location were great. Parking easy.
Bathroom had bad smell and shower leaked. Refunded first night.

Excellent location & there’s a multi storey car park 3mins walk away .
Can’t think of anything

Excellent location. Restaurant menu looked great but we didn’t get the opportunity to eat there. Staff were friendly.
The lighting in the room was poor. There was no main light in the room but there were half a dozen lamps. Unfortunately, half of those didn’t work.
The hairdryer was faulty.

Housekeeping staff exceptionally helpful. Thanks to the efforts of the housekeeper we got the twin room we had requested. Staff in breakfast room very pleasant and welcoming
We felt reception staff were unwelcoming and indifferent. I had a fall in the shower and they couldn't have cared less. The front doors are very difficult to open with cases and no one wanted to help

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Accommodation good overlooking the waterfront.F

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, good quality clean rooms and great location.
I booked 3 TWIN rooms and got 3 DOUBLE rooms which was a bit awkward for my male friends who had to share a bed. I clearly missed the bit in the cooking process that specified that twin beds were 'subject to availability'. Perhaps this should be highlighted better as I would have booked elsewhere if I'd realised.

Ideal central location with good views. Generous room with everything I needed.
Not a double, but two single beds pushed together. Adjoining room which I quickly had to lock.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, we were able to check in over an hour early.
The walls must have been very thin as we could hear everything the man in the next room was saying very clearly. We could hear his alarm going off at 4.30am amd he snoozes it a few times too. We did mention it to a member of staff on reception but it wasn't like the man on the room next to us was being particularly loud.

Excellent choice at breakfast and comfortable bed. Staff very helpful.
Very limited parking and if you did find a space it was £10 per night - more expensive than the public car parks.

Lovely hotel & room in great location, great breakfast too.

the location is great however when its rains the river floods and then you carn't go anywhere as the brayford gets closed due to the amount of water coming near the hotel. staff were very pleasent.
the room i stayed in was very shabby and dated. it had a stained carpet and what looked like coffee or tea stains on the wall. also got told to turn our music of as it was to loud on new years eve, could only hear it if you put your ear to the door.the bed was big which was good but it was very firm which wasn't for me.

Good location in the city center. Very comfortable, spacious and perfectly equipped room. Comfortable bed. Large and great bathroom. Rich and good breakfast. Very nice staff in the dining room. Overall I was surprised by the quality of the accommodation.
In the next room, a couple had been having loud sex for hours. It's not the hotel's fault. Besides, I'm a wishful person and I don't travel without earplugs.

Very central, view was amazing from room x
Breakfast only to 10.30 so missed it despite paying for it x

It was in a good location

The room was comfortable
The shower sprayed all over the bathroom, the booking.com system was awful - when searching, a £145 room was allegedly available but then when I tried to book, each time this option disappeared. It verges on dishonest advertising. For an average hotel with average breakfast and car parking £206 was at least 30-40% more than I would expect to pay anywhere other than London.

location is great, room was very good but a little on cold side and the heater was not easiest to get working. Breakfast was fine and filling.
A lady on the front desk was quite rude with her, when we wanted to book an evening meal at the hotel, she said you can as there is no space. eventually the catering manager managed to get up booked in and when we arrived we were the only guests in the whole restaurant. The waiter said it had been like that all night. Considering the size of the restaurant I cant imagine it gewtting full as even at breakfast there was still no waiting for a seat. Also she said our room was not ready when we were only approx 15 minutes early yet our friends arrived earlier than us by some time and still managed to get straight in their room.

The hotel has had a major refurb since we last stayed and they have done an excellent. The bar area is so much better being much lighter and bigger than before.
Nothing really.
