The decor inside was beautiful, the location was beautiful and the other people staying in the house were very friendly.
The hot tub was a little bit cold, around 98 F, and the water level was a little low.

Czyste pokoje, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona - do dyspozycji. Mały domek, chyba 4 pokoje na 2/3 osoby każdy. Także nie ma tłoku. Wspólna łazienka.
Wszystko było OK.

- Clean rooms, vast common space
- Nice bathroom when you could access it.
- one of our rooms was … in the kitchen ! The door was opening in the middle of it, extremely unpleasant. Add that the paper thin walls, and Spanish guests eating at 5 pm, 10 pm and 7:45 am, we were right with them in the kitchen. Plus the kitchen smells of course, entering our room.
- one bathroom (and toilets in it) for 11 persons while we were here, had to queue for toilets and shower, never seen that before, even in a youth hostel… and not at the same price of course !
- in the accommodation description, there were supposed to be bathrobes… still looking for them.
- « guesthouse with hot tub » : it is the title of the accommodation on Booking… and it’s just a joke : only half full, has obviously not been maintained maybe for weeks : the remaining water is dirty, stale, dead flies at the bottom. Owners should be ashamed of it. (Picture included)
- to sum up all of this : a rip-off for the high price we paid. If you can, never go there !

Hot tub was amazing
One toilet for 4 rooms is not enough

We liked the infrastructure with kitchen offering all we were looking for, having big eating table, all the kitchenware and stuff like towels, salt, pepper, and oil that is needed to cook something quick and simple.
There is one bathroom for 5 guestrooms with two beds each - it is about ok but at the limit of capacity. In the prior guesthouse there were two bathrooms for the same number of rooms, however in stori-bakki the kitchen was better equipped, and there is the jacuzzi that my boy were really excited about. Just had to calm them down not to make much noise with the jets at midnight

We felt very comfortable in the house. The house is beautifully equipped, the stylish kitchen had everything we needed and much more. Comfortable common room. We enjoyed great relaxation in the hot tub. The house is in a quiet, secluded area, with a beautiful canyon nearby just off the road.

The room was clean and spacious, the kitchen well equiped. it has a hot tub which we did not use but the other rooms did and seemed pretty happy about it. you have horses around the property and overall this place is very calm compared to the other accomodations we had in Iceland. the check in and check out was superefficient.
nothing to mention

I loved the well equipped kitchen.
Great to have a hot tub accessible all day and night. Unfortunately, I found the water quite dirty with a bad smell, so I didn't enjoy my bath. The mattress on my bad was extremely worn out and I found it very uncomfortably to sleep on it.

Very clean.
We had everything we needed.
it was a bit challenging to communicate with the host.

the property has large and well equipped shared kitchen and sitting room
difficult to find, no host available, main door cannot lock, 1 WC and shower shared by 8 people, heating not working properly, hot tub is a joke - dirty jacuzzi, not hot springs

the price could be a bit lower. also one room is just outside of the kitchen

Guesthouse is located on a farm in a beautiful silent valley 10 minutes off the ring road, cosy living room, well equipped kitchen, friendly host (though meeting her was due to our early arrival, otherwise the check in seems to be not in person - see other reviews), nice terrace with hot tub and great view

i love the hot tub, the quite place where. the house is its extraordinary!
when we arrive all the lights were off and it was scary to go in, after that we realize we were the only one in the house so we turn on every outside light on and have fun in the hot tube. it was perfect!
