Outstanding service

The staff was outstanding and super helpfull, when arriving in Sri Lanka I lost my suitcase. The staff helped me a lot with figuring everything out and in the evening I received my suitcase again. They made sure I felt at ease and gave me everything I needed for that day. Definitely a 10/10!

Beautiful location

Gorgeous location right at the beach. Would stay here again.

The wifi connection is not sufficient if you need to work and an extra fee is required for wifi in the room. However if you're traveling for leisure this is more than enough!

Great value for money, clean and comfortable.

Hotel was not fully staffed as it was low season and just after travel restrictions where lifted. I was the only guest.

There was no food in the hotel, as there were not fully staffed, but the hotel arranged me to have breakfast at the hotel next door.

Lovely and really helpful staff. Big room with plenty of storage space. Straight on a nice beach. 19$ night for 2 ppl can't complain :)

The hotel is close to one of many water kanals in Negombo and unfortunatelly u get eaten by mosquitos when u get out, specially after dark. However the next door kiosk sells really good ( a bit "expensive" -1600 rupi- but hell yea it works) mosquito repelent ;)

comfortable spacious room with nice view over beach and sea, just step from the hotel to the beach, Wonderfull for morning walks and to sleep with the sounds of the soft waves

Great location rooms not so great

great location right on the beach in negombo. near the restaurants and bars. Friendly Staff.

Dirty, lot of mosquitoes. breakfast leaves a lot to be desired

the manager was not present when We checked in and if he would have been, i think he would have handled the situation mu

the manager, i think his name was Milan, was very professional and helpful.

We got there and did not like the room. the manager was not there so the others tried to help us and i think that is where We did not meet. We thought the bathroom in our room was not clean enough and got another clean room but when We had unpacked they told us to switch again to a room with a bathroom full of ants and any-debree. We stayed only one night instead of 3.

Good for backpackers or frugal holiday travellers

The location is the main plus point as you can just walk in to the beach from backside of the hotel. Also there is a small balcony to sit out, only if you can manage the mosquitoes. Price wise it is quite reasonable

The rooms are super small with bare bone facilities. It is more than a kilometer away from the main beach of Negombo. The bathroom was full of smell of coconut oil, not sure why? May be the previous guest was a coconut oil addict :-))

Overpriced!

The location was ok, right at the beach. But the beach has no ambiance! Breakfast was ok. Rice and curry was delicious!

Overpriced!! Room was simple. Lots of musquito’s. We had breakfast included, but the put it on the bill anyway.
