Great position and value - I'd book here again

Great location, very comfortable and reasonably well equipped. Response time from Fransa was immediate and excellent. The few occasions when the noise from the apartment above us became unbearable Fransa was very quick to get peace and quiet restored. Not Fransa's fault we had very loud gusets above us but great response.

The enclosed patio doors... Eevery time someone moved them, on any floor, the noise reverberated top to bottom... The noisy and inconsiderate guests above us seemed to open or shut thei door every 45 minutes to an hour... :-(

Pictures don't lie

The view is to die for, also the safety especially at night since restaurants are a walking distance. Friendly host.

The lift was not working, so was the iron.

I never stayed there so I couldn’t stay .

I called the day before my check in and no one answered the office number . I then called the cellphone number and the lady that answered said we don’t work on a Sunday ! She was so rude . Besides the fact that if you are in the accommodation business I would assume you work 7 days a week . I was enquiring about an earlier check in . She was abrupt and said that was not possible and they didn’t have a reception either so we couldn’t even leave our luggage there . We therefore booked at another spot which was so fabulous , kind and accommodating.

The room was very spacious and had everything we needed as a family. Location was perfect and the view from our room was just divine!

We loved Plett and will be back.

We liked the location and easy access to town centre, restaurants and shops. Also very close to the beaches although not walking distance.

The mattress in the main room was not at all comfortable for 2

I am disappointed in BOOKING. COM

Booking.com allocated us by far the worst unit, although there where 4x vacant units in the block of flats. There was no indication in the brochure that one unit was not upgraded and has a poor sea view. The photos were very misleading and it concern us going forward to book accommodation via Booking.com. Fortunately the caretaker (Fransa), who is an angel, saved us from a horrible stay and moved us to one of the three remaining open units, which was upgraded and had a proper sea view

The location and view. The apartment was neat and tidy.

The apartment is too small for 6 people, and the apartment needs an upgrade. It is very outdated. With loadshedding in SA it would be worthwhile to have an inverter put into the apartment. Not everyone wants to go out every night.

The apartment was spacious and conveniently on the main road with shops within walking distance and great views.

I can't say I liked the village itself. I thought the apartment was closer to the sea. The security door lock malfunctioned and I could not get out two mornings in a row.

they could invest in a backup power supply plan to power at least power certain appliances during load shedding

The basic requirements were not all met: shower door and light bulb broken, not enough kitchen towels. No infos about codes for doors and gate leaving the premises
