The space was very clean and convenient, and communication with management was very easy. Check-in was very simple. There was even a price dispute with VRBO (VRBO showed a price lower than Irvie Homes had listed), but the property took the loss on the discrepancy, which showed that they do care about their customers. I did expect the properties to be a bit more connected (such as a shared lawn, backyard, or porch), and I did not expect them to be connected to other units. These posed minimal problems to us, but wasn't exactly what we were expecting. So long as those don't significantly affect your needs from this property, you will have a great stay.

Really nice properties, nice bedrooms everyone slept comfortably. Nice quiet neighborhood. Houses were nice and clean. Nice that we could park in the garages. Really good location, not far from anything we wanted to do. Also owner was very helpful with suggestions about places to visit. Very accommodating! Left us fruit which we enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again. We were able to cook and serve thanksgiving dinner in one of the kitchens. Our family had a great time!

Well-equipped, clean, modern. Attached garage was a bonus. The unit had a well-stocked first kit, which we ended up needing. More hosts should inlude this! Carl was very helpful and responsive when a couple of questions came up.

Our family visited Albuquerque for a Memorial Service on May 19 - May 22nd, 2022. The photos and descriptions provided by the owner were deceiving. This property consists of two units, Unit 10 and Unit 11. A letter was sent to the owner documenting the issues on May 24, 2022 with no response. Unit 11 was in no condition to rent without a thorough, top to bottom cleaning. These issues were reported to the owner on multiple occasions over the 3-days. Owner was accessible but not responsive. He took no responsibility for the condition of Unit 11. We left Unit 11 a day early for a hotel because this property was dangerous to my health. I have dust and mold allergies and vacating early was our only real option. The owner made no attempt to remedy the situation with a credit. He offered a full refund if we left the unit on day 1, but with 8 people unpacked and ready to go do dinner, this was an unethical offer and really not an option. Unit 10 was better than Unit 11. I have detailed photos to prove every point below. 1- Cleanliness. The floors were filthy in both units. There were roach traps behind the refrigerator. The top of the refrigerator had not been cleaned and inspected by owner. 2- Dead cockroaches under kitchen sink and in the living room. The cockroach on the living room floor was in plain sight. 3- Nasty substance growing over the microwave. 4- Rodent droppings/cockroach eggs in the back of the cabinets. 5- Cutting board cabinet was dangerous. There is no way I would prepare food in the Unit 10 kitchen. 6- Furnace and utility areas filthy with dust and who knows what else. 7- Quarter inch layer of dust on ceiling fan blades. This is not healthy. 8- Ants in LR and master bath. 9- Unit 10 Security Issues. Front gate and front door had been kicked in and not repaired properly. Owner repaired the front gate on day 2. 10- Privacy. Connected Amazon Alexa’s in the bedrooms. The owner assured me he was not monitoring remotely. But why were they there at all? 11- Unit 11 Refrigerator was not functional. 12- The owner threatened me with a poor renter review if I left a poor property owner review. This is unethical considering his refusal to take responsibility for the situation he created. These two units are dangerous and should not be rented until they are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by local health authorities and directly by VRBO. This was my worst and only terrible VRBO experience. Photos available on request.
