Muy agradable para visitar

Tiene mucha tranquilidad el hotel y cuenta con todos los servicios básicos. El estacionamiento de autos está muy seguro. La recepcionista fue amable y atenta con las necesidades que tuvimos.

El baño de la entrada apestaba un poco pero estaba muy limpio, tal vez la coladera estaba sucia.

Bardzo przyjazny hotel, obsługa bardzo miła (ładna pani w okularach pozdrawiam). Bardzo blisko do sklepu 24h i restauracji. Ładny basen. Pokoje bardo czyste i zadbane. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposazona, w kazdym pokoju klimatyzacja i wiatraki na suficie, jest tez sefj. Czułem sie bezpiecznie, ogolinie bardzo duzo policji. Dosc blisko do plazy 15min spacerkiem. Jeszcze tu wróce....

Public beach is less than a mile away, good walking distance.

Heaven Hoten is clean, comfortable, daily room cleaning service and friendly staff.

The mattress was hard and covered with plastic that is annoying if you move. Taxis are expensive so we spent our time near the hotel where there are several restaurants that are more resonably priced compaired to downtown that ha become very expensive.

Great place.

Very nice hotel this is second time we have stayed here. Very nice rooms and grounds. Staff is wonderful.

Bed was a bit harder than I like. Wish there were king beds in at least 1 room.

Poor experience

Value is acceptable.

Very poor quality of facility, i.e. noisy fridge and not functioning showers. One of the bedroom door was closed with all of our belongings, the staff is unable to open and innitially not happy to pay for locksmith to open the door for us, I missed my important meetings and my wife has no clothes to change. It was resolved after a big argument with the hotel manager, I even threathen to call police to resolve this matter.

It's a new hotel, everything is new, bright And shiny. We had a room with 2rooms, 2 baths, it was very huge surface with teracce incl. You need a car to travel to city center.

I was disappointed by lack of amenities. No coffee. No breakfast. 2 spoons in the kitchenette. Dishes/glasses not clean. Hot water very slow to come on. Very remote location and not walking distance to beach.

we would stay again. it was amazing and lived up to its name. a piece of paradise away from the crowds. suited our needs

rooms are great size and all facilities are amazing. location had access to a small supermarket. staff are friendly and welcoming.

not much choice of restaurants. local beach was small with little shade. more utensils in kitchen please?? beds were very hard. perhaps a mattress topper would help.

Good choice!

It is nice hotel, with big apartments in quiet neighborhood. Next to hotel is 7 Eleven shop, Pharmacy and few good restaurants.

Rooms were not cleaned every day. The kitchen could be better equipped with cutlery, glasses and garbage bags.

loved the pool, my toddler was able to walk in the smaller section. apartment was new and modern. located near a convenience store. comfortable overall.
