-5 min walk to Riverfront Park which offers gondola rides, an ice skating ribbon, and beautiful trails for walking or jogging.

Being in the middle of downtown, there comes the typical hustle and bustle you'd expect to find. We don't have designated parking spots, but our guests normally don't have a problem finding parking nearby.
We have the coolest exposed ceilings and brick in this unit that really showcases the rustic design and historic charm. Sometimes these ceilings have some sawdust that falls from them from time to time. Therefore if you do find anything that looks like sand when you first arrive, it has fallen after our cleaning team had a chance to sweep it up. But don't worry! It's just a little dust ;)

Great communication, value. Right in downtown Spokane. Comfy bed!

Such a cute, comfortable place with a lot of character. Beds and pillows were so comfy. Unfortunately located in a rough neighborhood. I came for my 18 yo son’s indoor track competition at The Podium. I brought my 10 year son. When we arrived around 3:30pm Friday, Jake, the property manager let us in 30 minutes early (gratefully, because my little guy had to go potty) there were no signs of danger at the time. The neighbors were already drinking and talking to us outside the window while we unloaded. Looked like typical college students. However, when we made our way back home at 8:30pm, it was dark and the sidewalks were crowded with homeless, drunks, cigarettes, and pipes. Yikes! It was wet and slushy, but had to walk in the street to get back. It was not comfortable being alone with my kids as we walked from the suggested parking garage. The yelling, fighting persisted until 7am. I was nervous to walk back the next evening around 7:40pm, but it was much quieter. Only a few out on the streets Saturday night. Sunday morning we made up the extra food we had bought at the cute little grocery store down the road, and fed all the homeless waiting outside our neighborhood, as we headed back to the parking garage. They were all friendly and grateful. However, whoever is out at night is NOT where you want to be. We heard a guy getting beat up, a couple screaming about sex, and carts being pushed up and down the roads. I would not suggest staying here alone or being out at night.

This downtown condo is the perfect place to stay for an easy way to explore downtown Spokane. Very clean and nicely remodeled in an old building with lots of character coming through. The space is great for hanging out and relaxing in between coming and going. The beds were comfortable and there was fresh coffee to brew in the morning, what more can you ask for!

We were in town to shoot photos and videos of a wedding. This property was perfect to host 2 members of my team along with providing enough space for other visitors during the day.
Host was communicative, friendly, and provided all the info needed to make sure we had a seamless check in and check out.
The property itself is in a great location in walking distance to bars, gas stations, and restaurants. Will definitely be making this my primary choice when in Spokane!

This was a great property for our small group. Everything worked well and we had enough room to spread out. It was great being downtown with lots of food/drink options nearby. Was a little loud outside on the weekend nights but that's just part of the urban living experience.

Loved this place! Slight hiccup with the large shower not draining well but it was fixed quickly.
Would for sure stay again

We have stayed in this unit before and really appreciate the design and the location. We ran the Bloomsday race and the starting area was one block away.

The besting was unwashed and popcorn on the floor

We love Spokane, the down town area has seen better days. A lot of homelessness and drug users, some right outside the apartment. The facility itself absolutely beautiful. An urban charm for sure.
Bedding was comfortable, a lot of space. Everything was in walking distance. We had a faucet leak that could have been bad, and owner's communication was quick to respond, within a day it was fixed. Would we return to this unit? yes. We will be returning!

Nice condo and location. It is beautifully remodeled and is close to restaurants and shopping.
A few things that made our stay difficult but is beyond the owner’s control is the noise outside at night. There is a bar underneath the condo with loud music and rowdy patrons. It kept us up all night
Second, the linens and towels really do need to be replaced. The towels are no longer “white” but soiled with rips with holes. The beddings have stains and one bedroom had dirty bedsheets (soiled) when we arrived which we ended up having to wash before using the bed. Lastly, the sofa bed was broken with dirty sheets. We had to use the air mattress which had a hole and leaked air all night.
Overall we enjoyed our time and this condo was a great value!
4.6
Overall a very nice space and experience. A few little things to be improved upon, fold out bed and air mattress were broken, and there was a lack of tp and paper towels. But other than that great communication, smooth check in, and it was a very nice space.

Loved the apartment with a great little cafe right outside. Ate breakfast there every morning. The only complaint we had was it is a pretty noisy location. If you are not used to that it might be pretty hard to sleep at night.

Really great place downtown! Enjoyed the loft very much, very well maintained, beautifully remodeled, great decor! Has everything you’ll need to stay for a weekend or extended time. Just steps to everything downtown, and river walk. Will definitely stay here agajn.

Quick trip to Spokane for a concert. Rental was in walking distance to the venue, Riverfront park. Plenty of restaurants and bars along the way. The two door access added to our sense of security as you tend to run into some questionable characters in downtown Spokane. Clean condo and clear instructions for check in/out process. The taco stand late night on the corner was a bonus. We plan to stay again for the next concert :)

Convenient, Beautiful Property
Property is beautifully decorated. Great location in terms of proximity to activities and the Convention Center. As other reviews stated, the neighborhood leaves something to be desired and you will definitely make ample use of the provided ear plugs. But being able to walk about 10 steps to the Satellite Diner is a huge bonus.

The condo was perfect for the four of us and one infant. Centrally located, although on a questionable block, we had a great time hanging out with our grandchild while our adult kids went to Hamilton. The place is extremely well equipped with everything we needed - even ground coffee!

Great communication and property. Jake was responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

The property was cute and exactly as described with the exception that it is located in between two bars in a horrible part of town.
We secured this property to rest before my daughter played in a golf tournament and to have a relaxing place after. Unfortunately there were loud, screaming people all night, a litteral fist fight in the middle of the street, drunks, drug addicts and homeless people everywhere, loud bass music thumping , dogs barking, and craziness in the night..
We went to bed around 8:45ish and woke up at 10:30 and thought we had died and woke up in hell. Yes it was that bad. A gunshot went off around 1:30 am which made things silent for a few minutes… one person tried to get my access code to the building as I was combing back with food from the restaurant next door.
The next morning I reached out to the property manager who informed us that they are aware that downtown Spokane has gotten bad lately. They went on to tell us to locate the earplugs in the laundry room - where we found and entire bucket full.
We didnt need the earplugs because we didn’t stay the second night. We informed them we had checked out and all the reasons why. As a property owner myself I would have offered a partial refund, it isn’t about what you legally can and can’t do- but about what is right when people have a bad experience. We never offered a refund of any kind for the horrible situations around this place during our stay.
I would not recommend staying here unless your intention is to party all night. - even then given the safety of the neighborhood , I would not recommend this VRBO.

Booked this place as an alternative to staying at the grand hotel and happy that I did. Not much to add about the interior as the pictures are identical to the actual experience. Getting into the place was super simple. All digital locks. I would book again if the opportunity arises.

We had a great visit to Spokane and enjoyed our stay. Parking at this location is the only minor issue…either pay a meter on the street or $20-25 per day in a parking garage a block or more away.

Amazing spot! You guys are doing great things for Spokane! My wife and I own a building in Moscow with Apartments in it. We plan on converting our space to VRBO's within the next 3 years. Your space gave us some inspiration and direction!

The kind of place you don't want to leave!
Fabulous property, close to everything downtown, beautiful layout and excellent service by Jake. We were here early November 2021 for a short vacay in Spokane. This location is ideal because it is close to everything; Riverfront Park, River Park Mall, exceptional restaurants like The Satellite Diner, Churchill's, Cochinito Taqueria and fun night life like the Piano Bar. I love how this place is walking distance from everything. The unit itself was very clean with all the amenities you might need, w/d, detergent, yummy local coffee, cream, great shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Initially we were bummed because we wanted to use the hidebed, my brother and I don't usually wanna share a bed LOL. The hidebed wasn't working so they had an air mattress instead which was actually really comfy and allowed us to use the couch without making the bed everyday. Jake was really responsive if we needed anything. The only downside to this place and this is really more of a Spokane issue is parking. There isn't any long term parking close by which I think could have been a little clearer in the explanation of the VRBO. There were parking recommendations but some of them just didn't work for us and our schedule. I would recommend just going straight to the Bank of America building. It is only $15/day max and two blocks away. We wanted to walk everywhere so that worked best for us. The Satellite Diner which is incredible BTW is on the same block and open til 4am. So it did get really noisy at night. My brother and I slept right through it but our parents didn't. So depending on your sleep needs that might affect your stay here. But we still all agree this place is 5 stars for sure!
