A clean, comfortable apartment situated in an older neighborhood. House keeping amenities in good condition. A busy street adds to daytime noise. Off street parking was a plus.

We found this to be a convenient, comfortable place to stay during a recent weekend in Spokane. Our unit had two bedrooms (queen and twin bunk), both of which had ample room, as well as a living room and full kitchen. Our only gripe would be the conditions of the floor. In our downstairs unit, the floor was uneven, leading to small "hills". More annoying was that the upstairs floor creaked anytime someone in that apartment walked around.Overall, however, the location near downtown was convenient, and the ability to spread out and cook (relative to a hotel room) made this a nice place to stay.

The apartment was very clean . The house seemed to be well taken care of. We were in apartment 2 , And the Bedroom is not user friendly. The furniture in the living Room was very outdated and uncomfortable.

I will definitely be staying there again! Such an amazing place, the people are so nice the area is perfectly placed. Such a cute little home

It was nice that the unit accommodated all three (adults) of us.However, the small kitchen table only had two chairs, not three. The bedroom was in a dormer and you could only stand at the entrance to the room and only access the bed from one side - okay for a single but not very convenient for a couple.

The apartment was well-appointed. Clean and stocked. The location was okay, not as walkable as I prefer but it was residential and fairly safe. The bedroom was a bit snug. All in all it was a comfortable place to stay.

Easily found right off a major road. Directions for access are accurate. There is no onsite 'front desk' but I believe a simple phone call would have easily taken care of any issues (we didn't have any.) We stayed in the single bedroom upstairs apartment: one bedroom, one kitchen/dining nook, one sitting room with tv. There was a phone, cable, and good wifi. Dishes/glasses/cooking pans/utensils were available in the kitchen along with a washer/dryer unit. Overall, a decent place to stay. My only "issue" is the road noise that you can hear from the bedroom, which is on the side facing the main street. I was able to sleep through it, but getting to sleep took a bit. Also, the mattress is older and there is clearly a 'depression' in the middle. But, clean sheets, plenty of pillows, and even a pullout bed in the sitting room (although that definitely wasn't comfortable; we ended up putting another blanket on it to ease the bad springs.)
Overall, if you're in town for a few days, need a decent place to put your head and want to be able to prepare your own meals instead of eating out, I'd say give it a shot. Hopefully the owners will upgrade the mattress on the bed soon to take care of the easy fix. Not sure much can be done about some of the road noise, but if you're a sound sleeper, it won't be an issue anyway.

I really liked this little apartment. Full kitchen and fridge was awesome. The only thing i was confused about was the parking. We weren't sure if we could park on the street or if the stalls on the property were assigned to specific rooms. Otherwise it was a great stay.

They took an older apartment building and fixed it up really nice. Very clean inside with a lot of amenities. I loved having a washer and dryer available since we were there for 4 days. I didn’t like sleeping next to the busy street. You definitely have to wear earplugs.

Only thing difficult was figuring out how to lock the doors.... eaay to unlock.

Completely remodeled older home. Clean and comfortable. Location allows easy access to downtown, shopping, etc. Located on busy one way street so, quite a lot of traffic noise. However, we could not hear it from the bedrooms. We liked stating there and would consider doing so again.

Apartment (we had #3) smelled and looked clean upon arrival. Floors did end up looking dirty as our feet became black after walking around. The apartment fit our family of 4 comfortably with room for our toddler and infant to play. The area seemed a bit sketchy but seemed safe and the parking lot was well lit. On a busy street but wasn’t very noisy from the apartment. It’s an older house turned into apartments and the floor is creaky but wasn’t all that bad. We had the main floor so I’m not sure how the noise level was from us to upstairs tenants but other than the creaky floors we never heard them. We stayed 3 nights and would recommend this for short or long term renters.

Great price, exceptionally clean, and much more room to spread out than any other downtown accommodation. The only downside is the “transitional” neighborhood. Five minute walk to some of the newest shops and restaurants along the rivers edge, but right next door to a sketchy apartment building in a somewhat trashy (literally) neighborhood. Whole family loved the apartment, but I don’t know if I could get them to stay again because of the immediate surroundings. Too bad because it is so close to where you want to be in Spokane.

The bed is double instead of queen. And the mattress is hard, not comfortable. The Apt faces Ash St, and is very noise at late night.

Be sure to check your total price during or after your booking. This hotel charges much more than you would expect to pay and there are some hidden fees. The hotel was offered on Hotels.com at $99/nt but my bill ended up being $176!! We do have a pet and that fee was reasonably priced at $9.75/nt in addition to the nightly stay. So I would have expected to pay around $120 max.
The room itself was nice but the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Lots of homes boarded up and people I wouldn't trust roaming the street. The apartment is an old home converted into a 4 apartments, 2 up and 2 down. Very nicely decorated and the beds and furnishings were very comfortable.
The fenced yard was also a plus as our dog just liked watching the cars and people go by. Be careful if you have a pet who likes to escape the yard though. Portions of the fence are about 4-6 inches above the lawn in places. Our dog stayed and did not try to escape!
The only other thing was that the neighborhood is right off of Ash street which is very busy and noisy. The main bedroom is adjacent to the street. Also, lots of creaking floors and doors. So if you are looking for something quiet, you may want to search elsewhere.
Other than that, the hotel was very nice and the management was very friendly and accomodating. It felt more like a home than a hotel!

This place was great for anyone traveling who would like the amenities of home and to have access to cooking and eating without having to go out. The bathroom is a little small, but nice roomie kitchen and bedrooms. The location of this apartment can come off a little sketchy, but it was a great place to stay and wasn't far from anything. I would definitely recommend, it was a good value.

This is a converted Victorian house in the middle of a residential area on the corner of a very busy street. I reserved the 1bd/1ba unit which was upstairs in the front of the house. It was a very cute, clean space but far too claustrophobic for me. The listing shows that all units come with a balcony or patio and that is not the case with this particular unit. It was very nice otherwise. The location is very odd for a "hotel," the "private, off-street parking" consists of a little space behind the house that could probably fit 3 cars comfortably but makes for an awkward situation trying to get out. There is a full kitchen and the pull out bed is a twin.

We really enjoyed our visit here. Turn-of-the-century home professionally converted into four units. We were on the ground level with access to a well-lighted porch, parking, and fenced yard. Our small dogs enjoyed running around the secure yard. Apartment is well equipped with a full kitchen along with a combined dining and living room. A short hallway leads to a full bath and two bedrooms. Washer and dryer in the unit. Furnishings are dated, but clean and in good repair. Bedding is very comfortable and clean. Kitchen is fully furnished, but really needs a larger trash can. Great cable TV and wireless internet. Call the local number on your Expedia reservation for instructions on how to get your key to access the unit. Property is conveniently located to downtown, grocery stores, convenience stores, and public transportation. Even though it is on a busy arterial, the building is adequately insulated to minimize traffic noise. We had no trouble sleeping. Neighborhood is a little sketchy, but for the price it's not any worse than other places we've stayed. Will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Spokane.

We used this apartment for a stay during a show that we were doing in town. It was nice to have the space to relax and recharge.

This is an old Victorian fully renovated into four units of furnished town house apartments. I was in Unit 2, and it had a full kitchen with a dining area, a small living room with a widescreen TV, a comfortable bed (with extra blankets and pillows in the closet, a beautiful new bathroom, wood floors and a sleeper couch for guests or children. All of the kitchen appliances were new, including a washer and dryer. When a light went out in the hallway they came and fixed it right away, and when I left some medicine there they actually made a trip to the airport to get it to me!
The neighborhood is undergoing a wave of gentrification but is not there yet. If you have a car (I used Uber) there's a parking lot and it's just a couple of miles from the convention center and the arena. I'll be back if I am everr in Spokane again!
