Loved the location, view of the sea was beautiful, the mobile home was homely beds were SUPER comfy and the owner very friendly and helpful
It was a shame we arrived as the pub on site had closed for the winter!

great welcome and stay.

Excellent room with ample storage, comfortable bed and all furnished nicely with a sea view and a recently refurbished large ensuite bathroom. The staff were super friendly and we ate dinner in the pub downstairs which was tasty and good value.

The property was in the perfect position and very well equipped. It was a bit chilly on some days but nice and cosy and warm with the central heating on in the caravan. The hosts Marcus and Cara were very hospitable and were on hand for any problems. It was welcoming to find a basket with some tea, coffee and milk so we could have a hot drink until we got our own supplies.
There was nothing we didn’t like about the caravan but just as an observation it would have been nice to have waste paper baskets in the bathrooms.

the location was brilliant
nothing really....

Room was very comfortable had everything we needed
No en suite but bathroom for own use down hall which was really nice and modern

the food and location are amazing - so cosy with the fire on after watching the sunset! the staff are absolutely lovely. the shower was amazing (room 6).✨
the bed was broken so I slept on a slant all night, and the tv didn’t work, WiFi is poor. when it says ‘partial sea view’, it’s a slither, but doesn’t really matter as the garden is amazing

Very quiet, lovely location, friendly hosts - beautiful part of the coast. Thank you for a lovely stay - it was a very important time for us as a family and we appreciated how great the experience was. We were sorry we didn’t get chance to try the pub & your highly rated food as we only had a short stay, but would definitely come back and hope to do that next time! Thanks again - we highly recommend your property 😀
The pet friendly aspect has sadly negatively affected the furniture - we have dogs and wouldn’t allow them on the sofa or beds - we would always bring a bed with us for our pets. This isn’t the fault of the hosts - it’s down to the guests to respect the place they stay in. I think removable (washable) covers would be a great idea for the hosts to protect the sofa & seats - but only after they had been washed with a rug doctor or industrial wet/dry cleaner. The hosts provide two hoovers and an outdoor hose for cleaning adventurous pets, but I think some people (sadly) don’t care enough to use these, which impacts on other guests enjoyment. However, this is not something negative about the hosts or the accommodation, which are both excellent.

Great views. Very friendly and helpful landlord and landlady. Friendly staff and good food.
Very good experience with it all. Great views. Wellcoming staff.

Good value. Best mobile home / caravan I’ve stayed in - lots of room x2 toilets - giant living space. Great location. Dog friendly- with a handy field adjacent.
No negatives.

located in a quiet area right on the beach, and on the coast path, which was great for the dogs who stayed with us (when the tide is out the beach at this end is sandy) with magnificent views over the Bristol Channel across to Wales. rooms were very clean and a nice size and superbly comfortable with a king size bed. tea and coffee facilities with extra fresh milk (no nasty long life capsules) coffee etc available in a fridge just outside the room. good pub food. lots of seating inside and out. good walks right from the door step. allocated parking.
Room only, so it was a shame breakfasts were not available at the pub (we did know this before hand), but the Driftwood cafe at the other end of the promenade did a great breakfast. so no big problem.

Marcos was very welcoming, there was plenty of useful email information prior to arrival. We used the bar and had two evening meals ,food was proper pub grub nicely presented and good value .Staff where friendly and helpful, are whippet was made welcome in the bar and bedroom.
You have to realise this pub was saved from a watery grave , and i think its postion still at cliff top adds to its charm and owners dedication.

The location was just perfect. We stayed in the king room with a view which was outstanding. The accommodation was clean, dog friendly, well equipped with a fridge, tea making facilities, fresh milk and the bed was super comfortable. The en-suite was a great size - a home from home with free wifi and Netflix.
