Our Home:
Plumeria Point is a spacious, newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, offering over 1500 sq. ft. of open living space. Every detail has been carefully curated with brand new furniture, high-end finishes, and thoughtful touches to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.
Primary Suite: Relax in the king-sized bed and enjoy a private retreat complete with built-in office space for those who need to squeeze in a bit of work while on vacation. The en-suite bathroom is spacious, and the walk-in closet offers plenty of storage for your personal items.
Guest Bedrooms: The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and generous closet space, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids with two sets of bunk beds. Both guest bedrooms benefit from an additional door that offers extra separation from the main living areas for a bit of peace and quiet.
Bathrooms: The second bathroom has a convenient shower/tub combo with double sinks, perfect for families.
While we welcome children, please note that our home is not baby-proofed. However, we do provide a pack-and-play and high chair for your convenience.

Living Room: The open floor plan ensures that everyone can spend time together, with plenty of seating around a large-screen TV for movie nights or sports events.
Game/Sitting Area: Adjacent to the living room is a cozy space filled with family-friendly games and puzzles, including Marco-poly and a Marco Island-themed puzzle map. Perfect for some off-screen fun!
Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen features brand-new appliances, quartz countertops, and bar seating for two. The adjoining dining area seats 6 comfortably (with additional leaves available for extra seating), making it ideal for family meals.
Outdoor Living: The living room opens to a private lanai where you can soak up the sun by the pool, enjoy dinner at the outdoor dining table, or relax with a glass of wine by the fire pit. We’ve thought of everything to ensure you enjoy both indoor and outdoor living to the fullest.

Pool & Lanai: The private lanai offers pool loungers, pool floats, and shaded seating areas with a large-screen TV for outdoor viewing. Enjoy your favorite shows or sporting events while relaxing in the fresh air.

Beach Gear: We have everything you need for a beach day, including a beach cart, 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, a beach blanket, coolers, and sand toys. You can also use our 2 bikes to explore the island!

Plumeria Point is centrally located on Marco Island, just a 5-minute drive from the beach. We’re also within 5-7 minutes of all the island’s top attractions, including the new Publix (only 2 minutes away!). For added convenience, take advantage of the new FREE bus service that will take you anywhere on the island.

Cancellation: If you cancel within the fully refundable period you will get a full refund minus the processing fees. We ALWAYS want you to be protected and recommend purchasing travel insurance. Especially if you are booking during HURRICANE SEASON. (August-November) Please be aware that if you DO NOT purchase the travel insurance offered or buy your own and you get sick/have flight issues/weather issues/etc and cannot make your trip we have a NO REFUND policy. PLEASE BUY TRIP INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOURSELF.
Parking: You can park one car/suv in the garage and two in the driveway. Per Marco Island code you can’t park a trailer or boat in the driveway. You can park a small RV in the driveway as long as it is not covering the sidewalk. You would have to obtain a free permit from the Marco Island police department and affix it to your RV in a conspicuous place. If you do not have the permit the property will be fined on a daily basis and the fines will be taken from your security deposit.
Cameras: We have one camera on property. It is the ring doorbell at the front door for added security.
NOTE: As per the Transient Rental Noise Control 30-90.9 Any noise shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., daily.”
Security Deposit: A $1000 Security Deposit HOLD will be accessed to your credit card on file two days prior to your stay. This is NOT A CHARGE, it is a hold for violations of the ordinance or damage done to the property during your stay. The hold will be released 2 days after your departure if no violations/damage is found.
NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 86 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once the pool heater turns back on in the morning it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most heat pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage.
NOTE: We do not inspect the bikes between each renter. Use of the bikes is at your own risk and is the renters responsibility to deem fit for your personal use. NOTICE: It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence

Super clean, everything available you need (even things you would not have thought off), beds very comfy, Kristen very responsive in case of questions, nice neighborhood and kids loved the pool: we had an amazing stay at Plumeria Point!

The property was exactly as described, with the pictures accurately reflecting the house. It was clean and very spacious. We had a great time and would definitely rent it again. Kristen was fantastic and quick to respond. She made the check-in and check-out process clear and easy to follow. The house is in a nice neighborhood, with convenient access to the beach, restaurants, and other amenities.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet. The host communicated well and provided a book with the best beaches, restaurants, and activities in Marco Island, which we found to be very useful. The kids loved the pool.

The home was so clean and I am a very clean person so I pick up on everything. I also enjoy cooking and the kitchen had everything I needed including an air fryer. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. Location to Publix was less than a 3 minute drive. Naples was a 30 minute drive but did not feel that far. Only thing is the pool is more of a dipping pool so it was great for me and my husband. We would love to stay in this very clean beautiful home again.

The property was amazing and exactly as described. The house was clean and it had alot of things in the event you forgot something. Beach was 6 minutes away from the home. We also enjoyed the amazing pool, BBQ, and patio area. My family and I played games and even rode bicycles together which was a plus to see the beautiful homes and neighborhood surrounding us. Our host thought about it all, it felt as if I was in my own home. Definitely will look into this next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Plumeria Point. It had alot of amenities. This house had everything we needed. We enjoyed riding the bikes around Marco Island and the pool. Kristin was very helpful. Always available to answer any of our questions/concerns.

My husband, dogs and I had the pleasure of staying at Kristin's Plumeria Point home for 2 weeks. The house is very cutely decorated. But most importantly super clean. She is a very responsive host. Everything is in good working order. The house is very well stocked with everything you can think of or need. The kitchen has all the equipment, dishes, appliances you could ever need if you want to cook. There is also a gas grill . The pool and lanai is beautiful. The pool was clean and warm. There is also a gas firepit in the seating area making for a cozy place to have a nightcap. There is plenty of seating on the lanai and also a dining table. The layout of the house lends itself to privacy with the bedrooms being on opposite sides of the house. Just a short drive to the beach. The house has plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, beach wagon that are all in very good shape. Our stay was super fun and relaxing because she has thought of literally everything. Would definitely rent from Kristin again. Thanks again for letting us stay!

This property is rock solid in so many ways.
It’s located on a nice lot that is clean and nicely landscaped
The interior decor is modern and in good repair.
The living area is comfortable and inviting.
The kitchen has excellent appliances and is well equipped for meal prep and serving.
The bedrooms are ample in size with comfortable mattresses which of course is personal preference.
Bathrooms are clean and towels were newer and ample in number.
The patio area has a small but well heated pool and small water fall feature that was very soothing while enjoying the outdoor living space.
The patio furniture was outstanding including a large dining table which made outdoor eating very enjoyable. Weber grill was in great shape and propane “ fire place” was sweet.
Screened in patio combined with perimeter fencing made for a private and secure ambiance.
Washer/ dryer is super
4 bikes are available but the tires were under inflated and multiple air pumps didn’t work but don’t worry, if you like to ride a bike on vacation, inexpensive bike rental is available with drop off delivery. Bike paths allow you to ride to play pickle ball or get groceries or just cruise the island.
This property and Marco Island in general exceeded our expectations.
Just book it , but leave some time for me.

We had a fantastic time at Plumeria Point. The house was spotless when we arrived. All of the furniture was in great condition and the kitchen had everything you could ask for. It also had all of the beach gear you could need. Kristin responded quickly when I had a question before we arrived and was in contact during our stay to make sure everything met our expectations. I would have no reservations recommending Plumeria Point to friends and family!

Very nice house with nice decor and good layout. Looks according to pictures, we were a family of four and perfekt for a family vacation. Maybe the pool looks a little larger on the pictures than in reality but good size to bath in anyways. The house is very close to YMCA sports club so perfect if you want to play tennis, good availability too. About 30 minutes walk to the public access of the beach so good with bikes. We visited over Halloween which was celebrated in the neigborhood and a very nice experience. Can recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Plumeria Point was just as described if not better, very clean and well equipped. There were many extras available to make this an enjoyable vacation, perfect for someone flying in for a stay: pool floats, bikes, beach chairs, coolers etc.. Kristen was helpful, quick to reply and personable. Cocoa Beach is a great place to be and we will definitely stay in any of Kristen’s homes again!

My family and I spent our Fall break holiday in Marco Island at Plumeria Point and had the most amazing time. Kristen was a great host and provided everything and anything you needed for a relaxing stay. Her home was clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend friends and family to her home and we would love to come back again! Our favorite parts were the pool, of course, puzzles & games around the table when it was raining, the outdoor tv for a spooky movie night outside since we visited near Halloween :) and the closeness of amazing restaurants & the beach. The home appeared brand new; everything was spotless. Very comfortable beds, sectional, and the seating for 4 was perfect. The lanai and pool are where we spent the most time because it was so relaxing and beautiful. Lounging in the pool with the waterfall and night lights was heaven on earth. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The lights and fans were a little tricky at first, but we figured it out. The make-up wash cloths were a great surprise.

Plumeria point was a perfect place to stay for our summer vacay! With 2 of the houses across the street both families a total of 10 had lots of room, pool was beautiful and a perfect place to all hang around and make great family memories. The owner Kristen was very attentive to our needs and ready and she responded quickly willing all our questions. Thank you Kristen for sharing your beautiful home, we will definitely be back!

The house at Plumeria Point was very cozy and felt like home from the first time we opened the door. I was impressed at how clean it was as I am all about a clean home. Kristen had the kitchen well stocked and even asked me if there was anything else it might need. I suggested an electric griddle and within a few days here comes an electric griddle. The first home we have ever stayed at that had an abundance of nice, new, bath towels and washcloths. Kristen had the house decorated very nicely. We loved the pool area and outdoor furniture and tv for watching March Madness. Great location too! We will definitely stay again sometime when we return to Marco Island.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect spot for my family and I and we instantly felt right at home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was beautiful, the pool was relaxing and the neighborhood was quiet and minutes from the beach and restaurants. Kristen was so communicative and helpful too. The house, patio, pool, etc was all exactly as shown in the online listing. Pool is small but great for young kids. Heated perfectly for that time of year. All items provided for fun at the beach. Everything needed to do any in home cooking, eating, etc was provided as listed. Host was very responsive and check in process was a breeze. We would stay here again if vacationing in the area.

Have been renting places to stay for 20 plus years. This rates up there with in the top 4. First off, the host Kristen is nothing short of spectacular. Very responsive to any questions or concerns and she gave us holiday lighting displays to go see on the island and also informed us about the boat parade. The house was exactly as advertised and the pics don't do it justice. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. The kitchen is well stocked and made cooking a breeze. The linens and beach towels were great. The beach chairs, wagon and umbrella came in so handy. So nice having a washer and driver in the garage. The pool was great and was warm. They advertise it as a heated pool and based on previous experiences , we weren't expecting to be able to use it, but it was a great temp and all 7 of us got in it everyday. The porch area was awesome and spent most of our evenings out there.
