I was very surprised at a how poorly stocked the house was. No beach towels, no beach chairs, no umbrella. There was also NO blankets. a very light sheet on the bed was the comforter. some had stains :( There were so few kitchen things... no trash bags, No extra toilet paper (which was listed to be fair on the 'starter kit') unless you drive here with everything it would be hard to stay here. There were also cockroaches in the house we saw two. I messaged them about it and they said coming to spray would generate more so we could decide if we wanted them to come after we left.. The house was spacious, and good for the size of our group (9-10) but you literally get the house you need to bring everything else.

We had 6 kids and 4 adults. Perfect location. Great neighborhood. Trolley to beach is wonderful but walkable as well. Beach is busy but pool and other amenities out weigh that. Easy access to Peddlers Village. House was just the right amount of space and beautiful!

Great place for a family vacation! The location is wonderful…the home was wonderful as well. There must have been a mix up and one bedroom did not get cleaned…Beds were made but found crackers and crumbs in the sheets the first night. The maid service came back the following afternoon. But large bedrooms and comfortable bathrooms to accommodate all.

The cleanliness of the home was not acceptable and lacked attention to detail. We were not satisfied with the cleanliness.
✅The mildew in the shower upstairs is disgusting.
✅The couch was cleaned at our request and the maintenance man said “it was disgusting and should have been cleaned long before our arrival”. My parents in their 80s had to sit in their room for hours while it was cleaned and drying - not acceptable and a nuisance during our stay.
✅The handrails were cleaned at our request - disgusting and should not have been overlooked.
✅the air filter vent was covered in dust - gross.
We are requested a refund for the cleaning fee and lack of attention to detail before our stay.

We really need enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The best part was the short walk to the pool. There is also a golf cart shuttle that takes you to the beach but you could also walk it in 5-10 mins. We also liked walking to nearby shops for ice cream. Only knock is outdoor seating and space, there wasn’t much.

House was as advertised, but could use a deep clean and repairs. You can't beat the location and the community amenities.

Had an amazing stay with our friends and family. The house was spotless, well stocked and extremely comfortable. Quick and easy walk to the lagoon pool and all the shops and restaurants. The 30A Vacay staff was super responsive and helpful with our plans. We will return!

Beautiful home central to all the fun on 30A. Located right in between Rosemary and Alys beach. Beautifully furnished, close to the pool and we loved riding around on the bikes that were provided. Thanks again!

Very well appointed
We had everything for a comfortable stay, except you need to bring your own hair-dryer. Very nice community--we enjoyed going to restaurants and shops near-by.

Nice House and Area but.....
The house is nice and area is great. Friendly staff. Mostly high class and families. That said I was disappointed they nickle and dimed me at the end. We had 11 guests at the house and 10 of them were gone at 10am checkout. I was alone in the house waiting on my ride to return with food and head to the airport at noon. They charged me an extra $150.00 for this. Thought it was tacky and petty. There are plenty of places to stay in Seacrest so we will go elsewhere in the future.

Family seacrest vacation
Nice clean and specious house. We made good use of the four bikes provided with the house. Lots of dishes, bowls, tea cups and pots & pans.
Calls few times at office and no one answered the phone during the daytime. Office staff was friendly and helpful but had to make several calls to talk to someone.

Seacrest stay
Cute house. Spacious. Easy check in. Close to everything. Comfy beds. Enjoyed our stay for the most part.
We didn’t get any soap & only one of the bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner. we called twice asking. No one ever came. Not very well equipped. We were only there for a long weekend so buying all that stuff was annoying. Also says it sleeps 14 adults and they only gave us 8 towels.
30A vacay service not so great. Also found hair in all the showers & sinks:(
We made the best of it and didn’t complain but I can’t give it more than 3 stars.

Family Vacation during covid
It was a great property with tons of space and we loved that the amenities were close. We were able to spend time together when we wanted to and go our selerate ways other times

Great house, but NOT refunded appropriately for oven not working during covid.
the house is nice. great neighborhood. cozy. but, when your oven and stove doesn't work for almost half of your stay during COVID it's a real problem. We had 8 people and rented a house so we could cook in during our stay. We had 3 dinners, 3 breakfasts and a lunch disrupted. We had brought food from Tennessee and N.C. to cook. The owners did not compensate us appropriately for our huge inconvenience. It's important to know this when you rent a property.
