Smoky Mountain Lodge is just steps away from our resort swimming pool and only minutes away from the Smokey Mountain National Forest. At the end of the day, head home to watch the sunset over the mountains from the private hot tub!
Our massive cabin features five large bedrooms. Four of the five bedrooms are large master suites with king beds and comfortable mattresses. The fifth bedroom is a family suite that includes a lovely queen bed and a twin/twin bunk bed. For optimal privacy and convenience, all five suites have their own bathroom, flat screen TVs, and four of the five open up onto one of the cabin's three large decks! One of the master suites is located on the main floor, one is located on the lower level adjacent to the large gameroom / living area, and three are located on the upper level. We also have a full futon and two queen sleeper sofas for additional sleeping options guests.
The spacious main level features the large and fully equipped kitchen and dining area that opens to the great room. The main level is the perfect place to prepare and have large family meals while being able to sit back and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. Our kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything you would need to cook a wonderful meal for your large gathering of family and friends. The dining area which is open to the kitchen has a large wood table that is the perfect spot for everyone to dine.
The living area on the main level is open to the kitchen and dining area, providing an even larger feel. Of course the cabin's high ceilings add to this effect of openness as well! The main level living area has two comfortable leather sofas (one of which folds out into a bed for extra guests), an electric fireplace, a large flat screen TV, and a Blu-Ray player.
The lower level of our cabin is an area where our guests have fun with their family and friends. This level is fully equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful time- including a separate theater room with theater style seating and a game room!
The separate theater room provides guest with a tremendous setting to use our projector to watch latest and greatest Blu-Ray movie. The theater style seating makes you feel just like your have a private movie viewing!
Adjacent to the theater rooms is our game room. The game room includes a pool table, air hockey, and multiple arcade games- including Golden Tee, a Batman pinball machine, a multitude arcade, and another flat screen TV- all of this ensures that you, your family, and your friends will have endless hours of fun in our home! The game room also includes a queen sleeper sofa for guests.
Our cabin has three large decks on the back side- enough space for all of your family friends to take in the beautiful views. Take a minute to sit outside snuggled up under a blanket in the fall and enjoy the mountain views. We have SPECTACULAR views of Mount LeConte from our home! We of course have a hot tub on one of the decks for your enjoyment as well.

The host of this property could not have been anymore accommodating. The cabin is perfect for great family memories. It is fully equipped with lots of space and awesome bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms. The game room is amazing but our favorite space of all was the movie room. We would definitely stay here again if and when we visit the Gatlinburg area which is just a great location for families to enjoy. Thank you Michael for giving us live long memories to cherish.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin with our youth group. We went to a conference in downtown Gatlinburg. It was really close and very convenient. The kids loved the games downstairs. Great memories were made.

This was an amazing trip. The cabin was well stocked (dishes, appliances etc). The owners were very responsive. On Christmas Eve I emailed them to tell them the internet was slow. Michael had it fixed within 15 mins. I thought we’d be lucky to get a response late Christmas evening. The location was great ! The cabin was decorated very nicely! My bed was so comfy! The views from the balconies were awesome! We’ve stayed another cabin in Gatlinburg .. my adult children and friends loved this one best ! We will definitely book again.

It was everything and more than we expected! The house is huge and beautiful! Very clean and close to all the activities we enjoyed in the area. Grocery store was less than 5 minutes away. Very convenient. The kids enjoyed the game room and theater room as well as the adults. I would highly recommend.

We had four families totaling 17 people. We had plenty of space and plenty of parking for 4 SUV’s. We loved being close to town with beautiful views. We even had bears visit daily ❤️

I can’t say enough good things about the hosts for our stay! We planned a family vacation with our close family friends. We had 4 adults and 6 kids ranging from 9 months to 16 years. The view was incredible from this cabin and it had plenty of space for all of us. It was close to lots of activities in the heart of Gatlinburg, including Anakeesta. There was a water issue that the host went above and beyond to rectify with urgency. The communication was professional and kind. Our comfort and enjoyment of the trip was obviously their top priority. I would not hesitate to stay at any property owned/managed by Michael and Keith! We will be planning our next stay soon!

Very nice had a great time. 2 very very very minor issues. Could not get tv stations in theater area and I wish hot tub was deeper. Neither 1 was anything close to a show stopper. Great place, great time would highly recommend. THANKS VBRO

Beautiful cabin and view! Location is perfect. Comfortable beds, privacy on each floor and plenty of bathrooms a plus. Kitchen was furnished with everything you need. Kids loved games and theater room. I read reviews on floors being dirty sometimes but our main problem wasn't the actual dirtiness of the floors but there were some peices of candy laying on top of pool table under edges (tootsie roll and hard candies) and unfinished hard candy under bed stuck to carpet in bunk room and a couple on staircase. Candy and popcorn was left in floor in the theater room. Change was laying in bathroom behind door (2 bathrooms). Kitchen counter was sticky and had tape stuck to it, refrigerator was filthy on outside with handprints with food on the handle and the garbage can lid was covered in sticky food and looked like liquid spilled all over it and they just left it. Light switches were dirty in main living area and a couple of bathrooms and bedrooms. We recleaned all areas mentioned. Windows were pretty dirty too. Cleaner wasn't very thorough. Overall we would stay again for sure. Owner was so nice and helpful!!

Beds were comfy, house was well supplied and everything worked as listed. Property manager was very helpful and responsive.
Only complaint is floors were a bit dirty and one of the remotes was missing from the theater room.

First, we showed up and the place was decked out in Christmas decorations which just enhanced the whole thing and was such a great surprise! Second, a FULL bathroom for every room was perfect for all the kids especially after a day at Dollywood and Pigeon Forge Snow. This is the perfect space for a larger family get away! We had 6 adults and 6 kids and there was still plenty of room! I highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed the cabin, it was spacious and very close to all of the locations we wanted to visit. Our family enjoyed the movie room and the spacious bedrooms. The owner was very helpful in our conversations. The check in was so Convenient. We would definitely stay again.

It was a total of 5 couples that stayed in this cabin. It was more than enough room for all of us and plenty of entertainment. I really enjoyed the theatre rom as well. We will definitely recommend to others ! Great experience.

Nice but...
The location and property is nice but it could use a deep clean and some updating. We had a good time but there wasn't even a broom for us to sweep up inevitable messes that happened. The wifi was very spotty but honestly the only ones it bothered were the young ones. Overall we were happy with everything just minor issues.

Great Cabin
We had an absolute blast at this cabin, the beds are super super comfy. The cabin is very well equipped and spacious, the game room was awesome the kids loved it as well as all of the adults. It’s so close to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. My only complaint is that it needs a good deep cleaning but regardless I would stay there again. When I say deep cleaning I just mean the blinds, carpet and floors the beds and sheets and bathrooms were all clean.

Great location and amazing views!
This cabin had it all for what we needed. Private bathrooms for each bedroom, separated floors with plenty of space for each family staying, lots of entertainment inside the cabin and beautiful views all around. The location can't be beat to downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the National Park where we spent most of our time. Only 2 negatives we really encountered: the floor was pretty dirty and the WiFi really didn't have the best connectivity whatsoever. Our 10 month old and 2 year old constantly had dirty feet/knees from playing. Otherwise, great stay and overall a great experience!

Luxurious 5-bed cabin in Gatlinburg Falls
We stayed at this property for 4 nights in February for our daughter's 30th birthday. We had 9 adults and four kids under the age of 12. There was plenty of room for all of us, including at the dining room table. Daytime was spent at either Pigeon Forge or downtown Gatlinburg and the evenings were spent at the cabin. We had rainy, cold weather that weekend, so we didn't get a whole lot of deck time or time in the hot tub, but that was OK with us.
Shortly after our arrival, we noticed that the TV's did not work properly. We called the property owner and eventually a technician came out to fix the DirecTV connection. After that, all but one TV worked. Luckily, the internet was fine and the kids were able to view their programs on their tablets, so that saved the adult sanity.
As stated in other reviews, when we arrived at the cabin, the floors were dirty and sticky. The blinds and ceiling fans had not been dusted in quite a while. Not that we are super picky, but the owner's are clearly not getting their money's worth out of the cleaning crew .
Overall, it was a fun trip and the cabin was fine. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but being able to fit all of us into one place was what we wanted and that was what we got! If you are looking for a true luxurious hotel-like experience, you will not get it at this cabin (or probably any cabin in this complex). There is not "bed turndown" service at night, and the towels are not replaced daily like it would in a hotel. However, we didn't expect that so it was fine.

Our First Trip to Gatlinburg
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cabin. There were 6 adults and three children. The accommodations were perfect. The beds were quite comfortable. There were a variety of games/activities to occupy our family in the cabin. The location was convenient to everything we had planned. Thank you for making our first trip to Gatlinburg memorable. We definitely plan to stay here again on our next trip.

Great location, beautiful views, could use amenities
First of all I'd like to say that this neighborhood in this location is absolutely perfect. You're away from the hustle and bustle but downtown Gatlinburg is maybe 5 to 6 minutes away. And it's an awesome strip. There are three balconies on this place one has a hot tub. They are all equally beautiful. Very comfortable beds too, arguably the most comfortable beds I've ever stated in during a trip.
Our group was eight people. About seven adults and two toddlers. I know that adds up to nine but we'll count it as eight. Everybody really had a good time. The bedrooms are all far enough apart to wear you're not on top of each other and the common areas are nice as well. You'll spend most of your time in the kitchen, dining room, living room area, and you also spend a ton of time in the game room downstairs. There are two cabinet games and a movie room. There's also an air hockey table and a pool table.
My only complaints about this place is strictly regarding the amenities. The outside of the house and the inside are very well built, but everything used to fill the house is slacking significantly. Cheap coffee maker, blender, toaster, cheap tables, cheap chairs, incredibly poor internet, those are the things that usually put a place over the edge for me. The Wi-Fi was rough, nobody could really use it and traveling with toddlers released want to be able to have some availability to watch movies and shows. We weren't able to do any of that but it definitely helped us spend more time together. I would just use your service instead of the internet here. Also, all of the TVs used direct TV. Which is arguably the worst TV provider of all time. If you're trying to watch something, it's going to cut out at least every 4 or 5 minutes. Pass also did not include any detergent or anything for dishes, or paper towels, or toilet paper. A lot of these I can completely understand but you just want to be prepared for this when you travel there.
All in all, I would definitely give it a solid four stars. We had a really nice time and aside from the rough amenities, we were able to really enjoy our stay by doing a lot of good hikes, watching a lot of sunsets from the deck, and spending some nights in the hot tub. The host is brilliant and incredibly responsive.

Everything was wonderful and clean! More than enough room for large parties! Only recommendation would be to get brighter porch lights. Hard to see entrance stairs at night.

Nice but needs updating
Very nice and convenient, however, there were some areas that weren't cleaned properly. There were a few wrappers in theater room along with some candy and popcorn kernels. Nothing horrible. Some food stains on seats.
Mattresses definitely need an upgrade. Dresser drawers in my room were broke. Trees blocking a lot of the view. No hangers in any closets.
Biggest issue was that we could not find the remote for the theater TV. We notified the manager and he suggested where to look for it. He never offered to come and find it or replace it. It took about eight phone calls back-and-forth. We never did find the remote. We took a cable box from one bedroom and put it in there so we could watch football. Other than that we were very happy with it. Lay out was great, plenty of parking.

Great location!
Great location and plenty of space. Movie room and hot tub was a hit. Air hockey did not work. 2 of the showers did not drain so was standing in a couple feet of water. Could have used more towels. Mattress in one of the upstairs bedrooms was sunken on one side. Was able to have the pool to ourselves multiples times during the week. Saw lots of bears during the trip. Overall a descent place to stay if issues are addressed.

House was great. Accurate description. I wish all the owners of properties at this resort were as diligent in caring for their homes as these guys...multiple houses had air units that sounded like tanks when turned on. Hard to sleep through.

Great Smoky Mountain Cabin!

Booking, checking in and communication processes were easy. The location was very close and convenient to Gatlinburg. The views (although this cabin is in a neighborhood) were nice. Those are about the only good things I can say.When we walked into the cabin at first glance it was looked nice. But as we started looking around we noticed multiple mattresses with huge craters. The comforters looked like they hadn’t been washed or replaced in ages. We took those off of the beds and didn’t use them at all they were so disgusting. The newly made beds had hairs throughout the sheets, so we washed every set of sheets and all blankets before using. We thought about flipping the mattresses over to help with the craters but the undersides had huge dark brown stains. The floors left our socks and feet black. The downstairs tub clogged up with water when used. The kitchen cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans were all dirty. The fork, spoon and knife holder inside the drawer looked like it had never been washed. Aside from cleanliness, two of the burners on the stove didn’t work properly and the frying pans made all of our food stick and turned black from being old and cheap. The electric fireplace blew cold air. One of the main selling features of the cabin for us was the game room. This was a let down as well. The air hockey table had been beat up badly and the air doesn’t move the puck around. The cue ball for the pool table had huge slits and chunks taken out of it, the table had lots of markings that made the balls divert as well as the table was slanted. Lastly, the pinball machine couldn’t have been serviced anytime recently as it had tons of non working parts. We have stayed at plenty of cabins around the city and this one was by far the worse. It was clear the owners want to spend as little money as possible on this rental. I mean how much is a cheap set of new pool balls, $50? This was our first time using VRBO and I will say having gone through Jackson Mountain Homes or Patriot Getaways in the past we have had far better cabins. This place was too much money for what we received and just plain nasty.
