Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was perfectly located overlooking the water. It was very clean and easily accessible. We loved the beach access and watching the ships coming in and out of Savannah as well as the fishing boats. We saw dolphins and two baby Manatees within yards of the beach as we waked it twice daily. Great restaurants were within walking distance and the host checked in us to see if everything was alright with the room which it was. Being able to swim in the inlet and ocean, whichever we county a distance of a few hundred yards was amazing! This was the best waterfront stay we’ve been too in years. Can’t wait to return!

I would highly recommend this property. It was clean and well stocked. The view was beautiful and being just steps away from the beach made it even better. It was a quiet spot where the only noise came from the waves and breeze. Loved that the place had beach chairs along with a cooler. The property management company was very responsive and checked on us. This place was perfect for two people and we would love to come back.

Beautiful views of the water and wonderful access to the beach. Tybee Island is a fun low key Island. People were friendly. We had dinner at Sundae Cafe which was delicious and well worth it. The condo is clean and comfortable.

We loved it here! Great location, right on the beach, watch ships come/go, condo is newly updated with comfy king bed. Plan to take walks on an amazing sugar sand beach. Great views! Oh, watch dolphins right off your deck. Nice pool area too. Great neighborhood.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Did not meet our expectation. Overpriced and left one day early. Should be compensated at least. Found it not clean,hair in sinks and lights over sink and stove not working. Outside furniture had to wiped by us and beach chairs so dirty with previous tanning oil. Had to put towels. Please call From 1-5 I rate it 2. Left one day early

This was undoubtedly the favorite place we have been to. The location of the condo was perfect! We had planned to go into Savannah a couple of days but found it hard to leave our balcony where we watched the dolphins play throughout the day EVERY day. It was amazing! Check in/out was flawless and I thought it was so sweet for Melba to check in to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo itself is stocked with everything you might need, including spices, coffee, creamer, etc. it was a wonderful four days and we can’t wait to come back.

This place was great! Perfect view. The condo had everything we needed. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins every day. My only complaint would be climbing the three flights of stairs especially carrying the luggage. That might say more about me though than the condo.

The property was very nice, the condo was just right size for two. The bathroom was exceptional and the king bed was so comfortable and the third floor view was great. The pool area was very clean with plenty of lounge chairs, tables, an umbrellas. The walkway to the beach was an easy walk. Over-all, just a great place to stay. Also Melba was great to deal with... which made it even better. There was one problem, the elevator in that building was not in working order.

The views from this third floor, oceanfront unit are fantastic. The location of this unit is probably one of the best in the complex for both the views and being away from hallway foot traffic. We enjoyed watching the ships, lots of dolphins, and magnificent sunsets. The pool was clean and refreshing and had plenty of seating. The access to the beach was fantastic and the beach was never crowded and very clean. This condo is a bit off the beaten tourist track but that’s what we wanted. The thoughtfulness in stocking the kitchen as well as other amenities was apparent. Perfect for two people. It’s not set up for more than that. The king bed was very comfortable. The elevator broke twice during our stay but they had it running again within a few hours. Melba, the owner and contact person was super responsive and attentive. We would absolutely come back here again.

We enjoyed seeing the dolphins from the balcony each evening. The condo was quiet and had enough space for the two of us. We loved that the beach was not crowded and the laid back atmosphere of Tybee / Savannah. We enjoyed the close proximity to local restaurants in Tybee and that it was a short drive to Savannah. All interactions with the management company was professional and friendly. We also enjoyed that some activities were included in our stay! The only thing I would suggest would to be include more wash clothes for longer stays. There was not enough both of us for the 5 nights, so we went and bought more. We had a great stay and enjoyed Tybee Island!

So this property was great; however, our stay corresponded with Orange Crush weekend, and due to this unauthorized gathering, we were not even able to get back to our unit on Saturday night. We had to get a hotel in Pooler. Tybee Island was overwhelmed with crowds,, restaurants were closed at least some close by to where our unit was. Traffic was a nightmare! The only saving grace was that when we were able to be in our unit, we were in the north side of island so we’re not affected as much. However, there was a difference between Thursday night, the quiet environment outside and Friday night where parking lot was occupied by loud people and there was loudness in the hallway and loud knocking in apartments next to ours. It would have been a great experience if it were not for the Orange Crush. We were stuck in traffic for over 5 hours and only were able to make a 2 mile drive. Then when we realized that there was no way we were going to make it back, on Saturday, we had to drive to Pooler to find a hotel for the night. Needless to say, not the desired outcome for this getaway.

Exactly like the pictures. Beautiful and clean. Lots of small touches to make you feel right at home. Weather didn't cooperate but this condo made it ok. We were very comfortable and got plenty of relaxing time. Woukd definitely stay here again. Melba was readily available by text if we needed anything (which we didn't) Thanks Melba!

Location is approximately a 20 minute drive from downtown Savannah. The rental was clean, modern, beautifully decorated and has a fantastic view of beach/ocean. Beach ideal for long walks. Restaurants and convenient stores close by. Excellent owner/manager service. Enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony watching the dolphins. High recommended.

We enjoyed all the personal touches provided. There wasn't one thing we needed that we did not find in the condo! All of the updates were well done. It was welcoming and comfortable. The owners/managers communicated very well before and during our stay.

The condo was immaculately clean and the view was amazing! The only cons (but wouldn’t keep me from coming back) was no in unit laundry and no elevator. The unit is on the third floor but there were only 2 full sets of steps to go up. The laundry facility on-site was only one floor down but it required quarters. We found it difficult to get change. Otherwise the unit was great!
