Magnolia Manor is a beautiful 2020 travel trailer with all the amenities for your next great adventure, whether you are going off the grid for a bit, or glamping with friends and family. Double solar panels are included and allows you to be in the great outdoors far from any electric hookup. You will find soap, shampoo, snacks, coffee, a fully stocked kitchen and many other amenities throughout. We even keep books and magazines stocked for all ages. Enjoy the comforts of home anywhere your heart desires! This beauty sleeps up to 10, with double-size bunks, double-size dinette, double-size fold out couch, and a queen bed in a PRIVATE bedroom! There are two TVs in the trailer, each with Roku programmed for free, and if you have access to Wifi, you'll find all the smart TV apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, etc on there. The linens and towels shown in the pictures can be provided for an additional charge. For hanging out outside the trailer, an electric awning with speakers and LED lights will keep everyone entertained. The speakers are connected to the sound bar inside the trailer and has AM/FM, Aux, USB, and Bluetooth capability for connecting to your devices. The trailer will come with a full tank of clean water to power the sinks, toilet, and shower. Propane tanks are provided as well, to power the heater and stove. The solar panels power the indoor lights, indoor sound bar, refrigerator, outdoor electric awning, outdoor LEDs, and outdoor speakers. We also have a generator that can be rented. Without a generator or electric hook up, the outlets and air conditioner will not work, but everything else listed above will work just fine without a generator, to include the lights, stove, refrigerator, and heater. First time RV'ers? No problem! We take care of absolutely everything during set up and do a thorough walk through so that you're familiar and comfortable with all the features of the trailer. No need to worry about parking or leveling the trailer.. just show up and we take care of the rest! Once you're ready to head out, just gather your belongings and leave the rest to us! There is a 2-night minimum stay for Ventura county, and 3-night minimum stay outside of Ventura, to include Santa Barbara, LA, and Kern counties.
