Not much sleep and not enough room in the living area for 4 people. Dissapointing!

Flat was far too hot. Problem with toilet although they did send someone to sort it, but kept us up all night. I know it couldn’t be helped but we were woken up at 6 every morning with a screaming child that screamed for a good couple of hours, Walls are paper thin. Blinds really need replacing. Needs a decent clean. Lounge far too small for 3/4 people! Could do with a corner settee as we took it in turns to get a seat on the settee not comfortable at all.

A great family stay close to the centre of Loughborough!

The host was very professional and responsive. We needed to extend our stay by a few days and we were able to do this very easily. We always felt like we could contact and quickly receive a reply/action. The location and parking were very good. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. There are decent basic kitchen gadgets and utensils. The place was very clean. PLENTY of pillows and other bedding!

The shower was a bit difficult to figure out and seemed to be too hot or too cold. There was a drain issue but the host immediately sorted that. There were a couple of broken slats at the end of the beds. This didn't affect sleeping comfort but it wasn't really possible to sit at the foot of the beds. We couldn't find a broom or dustpan but we bought one and left it at the property for others to use.

Exceptional

The place was great, it was exactly the same as in pictures! Really clean and check in was super easy. Had parking and hosts were really nice and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back!

Perfect :)

Great stay. Very helpful landlord and was accommodating to a heating problem we had. Would recommend to anyone. Good location and clean. Perfect for a weekend away. Thank you Tom.

A good stay

Very helpful landlord dealt with noise issue for us very quickly. There was a cooling fan! Lovely spacious apartment, tastefully furnished

It was extremely hot that day and we couldn't work out how to turn the heating/water temperature down.

Location, and very clean

This property could sleep4 comfortably however only 2 chairs to sit around the table available and a 2 seater couch, not enough comfortable seating for 4

Acceptable

Practical

The kitchen was dirty. The hob not been cleaned and oven so filthy that it was not hygienic to use it. The cutlery, plates etc had not been cleaned properly and I was doubtful that the drying up cloth we had been left was clean either. This put my doubts on the rest of the hygiène. Internet did not work at all.
