About this house rental

Southern Palms is a spacious 4 bedroom/ 4 bath home with a calming coastal aesthetic that will make you feel right at home and ready to relax. It has been newly renovated, professionally designed and no detail was overlooked. All furniture was carefully selected to be family friendly as well as comfortable and the bedrooms have been outfitted with luxurious bedding, comfortable mattresses and blackout shades. It’s all of those little details that will make this home the perfect spot for your vacation. Not to mention, with porches on each level you will definitely enjoy the beautiful Florida weather! Southern Palms is located directly across the street from the amazing 12,000 sq foot lagoon pool and a beautiful grassy area. Just out the front door is a tram stop where you can take a 3 minute ride to the breathtaking beaches that 30A is known for.

The first floor features an open concept living room, dining and kitchen that are perfect for family fun, time to relax or meal times together. The living room opens up to the front porch. It is the perfect spot to enjoy coffee at sunrise or a cocktail in the afternoon. Off the kitchen you will find the laundry room and a side door that leads to the outdoor shower and grill. The first floor bedroom features a king bed and has access to the first floor bathroom. The second floor features two master bedrooms with king beds; each has their own private balcony and ensuite bathroom. The third floor is filled with 5 twin bunks and a queen size bed. It is what bunk room dreams are made of. You will find a wet bar and full bath as well. There is also a large 3rd floor deck ready for morning coffee or an early evening happy hour. Southern Palms provides a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, internet access, TVs, outdoor shower and a 2-burner Weber Grill.
The house sleeps 13 and can accommodate 1 large family or 2-3 couples and their children. Seacrest Beach is ideally located between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, and has plenty of outstanding shopping, dining and entertainment options within easy reach. The best part is that it can all be done by foot or bike. Upon arrival we are happy to provide a detailed welcome book with details on all the best places. Convenient tram service (about a 3 minute ride) is provided during the spring, summer and early fall months to the nearby deeded beach access.

The house was better than expected. The rooms were very spacious clean and all had a nice patio. The furniture was comfortable and the location was perfect. The upstairs bunk room where the kids stayed did get a little warm. I would recommend bringing some sort of box fan. All in all this was a great experience and I would book this house again.

My friends and I had the best weekend at Southern Palms! The property manager answered all text messages we sent within 20 minutes or less. The location of the place was amazing, super short walk to the pool and about a 10 minute walk to the beach! The tram service though made everything so much easier! Would 10/10 recommend for a family or large friend group :)

Great room for everyone. We were family with 11. Upper bunk room great for college age or teens. Downstairs king was good for toddlers so they didn’t have to do stairs. Kitchen equipped well. Great TVs in all rooms. Location perfect for pool and tram. Owners responded immediately. AC worked great.

We've stayed at multiple properties in Seacrest and this was one of our top 3. Clean property, great location, and excellent communication with the property manager. It needed more silverware as we didn't have many forks, spoons, etc but thankfully we brought some plastic items with us. Overall very comfortable, clean, and we all had a blast!

The booking process was smooth, and the communication with the property owners was easy, lovely and thorough. I had many questions, and Leigh and Michael were gracious and helpful. The home has tons of space, all the amenities and the location is perfect. The beach tram stop is literally out the back door. The home is perfect for a multigenerational family trip! This property is in a popular area for kids, teens and college, which makes everyone happy. The pool is even more amazing in person with various areas for all ages. Shopping, food, entertainment is a 5 min walk- literally! Do not miss this property and working with such professional owners who truly want your stay to be worry free!

Hosts were AMAZING! The rental was very spacious and welcoming. Loved the beds and the a/c (hubby was so excited). Location is absolutely perfect. Appreciate the hosts willingness to help us when we had few issue that arose...oven wasn't turning on, they quickly replaced it. Our son left his iwatch under a bunk, they quickly helped us locate it and ship it back. Love the comfy chairs in the living room. The top balcony was perfect for an evening outside. House was nice, cute bunk room on 3rd floor. location says Rosemary but it’s Seacrest. Its between Alys and Rosemary. Make sure to read the binder about check out or you will be charged extra at check out. Bring the necessities you’ll need. Communication with host was great and check in was easy.

My friends and I had a wonderful experience. It was very clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed. The beds were also very comfortable. I love the area. It is a short walk to many stores and to the beach. The tram was nice but it was such a short walk it wasn't needed unless you have a lot to carry. I would highly recommend this property.

Loved this house! We had my daughter's 5 teenage friends join us. They had the whole upstairs to themselves. My son had a suite to himself and my husband and I cozy on the main level. The house is just lovely. We can't wait to come back!!

This property has ample space and a great location. The photos portrayed the house to be very fresh, but we found it to be a little dated and unappealing in some ways. We’ve stayed in many homes in this area and unfortunately probably wouldn’t stay here again for a number of reasons. The check in was nice and early which we appreciated. The property is not managed by a company which also felt like we didn’t have anyone to speak to for issues we were unhappy with. Overall the thing we appreciated the most was the location of the house, but for the same price we believe there are better homes in the area.
