Very relaxing,

We didn’t eat breakfast.Our daughter moved there.We will continue to stay at your hotel. I am very picky about cleanliness. Staff is very polite.

Great site and staff

Breakfast was great, the location was close to a lot. Parking. Lot was convenient and the room was spacious and clean. Love having a separate bedroom to put the kiddo to sleep in and being able to stay up. Having a kitchen to set up my coffee stuff was so much better than hoping I didn't damage a desk

It was a bit noisy outside our room at the club across the street and annoying harleys, not the hotels fault and they do offer sleep aids to help

Great location and well furnished

Friendly greeting by staff at front desk and friendly / helpful staff throughout hotel. Very spacious room with excellent selection of facilities and kitchen. The market from which to get a selection of items for room and the service to leave a list for staff to acquire specific items. The pool and balcony grill options. Good location in downtown Grand Rapids. Good car parking facilities. Comfortable bed. Powerful shower.

It seemed nice online

I got their and all restaurants in building were closed and my room had no hot water and they wouldn’t change my room I had to take a cold shower and the maintenance guy all he did was come in and turn on the faucet for 20 mins and the water was still not hot. Horrible place I would never stay their again or recommend to anyone I know.

We enjoyed everything! Pleasant staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed, clean room. We've been here before and we love the corner suite with city view. Good size TV and the kitchen area is always nice.

Honestly I have zero complaints about this hotel. It is a nice place to stay.

Was very relaxing room fresh smelling and comfy! Had a lot to offer refrigerator, stove, microwave, big comfy bed and big bathroom. Loved the location would stay again

I got locked in the elevator for 15 minutes wouldn’t open and I pushed the alarm and call button and no one would answer or help me. Finally someone heard me and helped

very nice hotel, more than met our needs. Staff was a pleasure to interact with.

missed breakfast. location is great. parking garage is a bit small when the hotel is full but we managed to get one of the last spots.

pillow are mushy at all Marriott hotels. wish you would offer options for those of us who enjoy firmer pillows.

Lovely location

Nice clean and comfortable in the middle of town.

Reception was quite short staffed so waited a while to check in although the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic stay. Hostess was helpful, it was nice to have a variety of snacks on site. Location was unbeatable. Bed super comfy, incredible set up, large TV, newer furnishings.

The coffee was never fresh although I would drink it mostly from 1pm and after, so perhaps that is why. Wish the parking was cheaper or included,or discounted since we did stay for a number of days (we extended our original stay dates).

Clean and sleek. Comfortable and spacious. It was also very convenient that the parking garage is attached to the hotel.

The elevators were having some trouble. It is a pretty noisy location too, but we stayed on a Saturday night and there was a nightclub across the street from our room.

Great place. Will definitely stay there again.

Extremely comfortable room was well laid out, kitchen was well equipped and so convenient. Extra table & chairs for 2nd person to be on computer was great. Good lighting, great bathroom with extra little shelf was wonderful. Close to lots of restaurants and activities.

The location is hands down the best. The room and near full kitchen was an unexpected bonus! With some special food needs, it's always a plus to be able to cook/keep your own meals. The breakfast had PLENTY of options and the food choices on the first floor (Social Misfits and Wahlburgers) were amazing! Check in was a breeze and the parking was simple (they have their own ramp), which was welcomed as it can be difficult to find parking downtown. Came to Grand Rapids for a concert at Van Andel, which is only a short walk away, and already planning our next stay :)

Highly recommended, perfect location, with amazing rooms and options!

Staff was great and friendly! The rooms are very clean and location is amazing. They also have great gluten free options for food. Always our go to when we're in GR!

The only thing that wasn't great was the bed in the sofa. Not the most comfortable, really the floor would have probably been more comfortable.

Clean, convenient, wonderful stay!

This hotel was right in the downtown and very easy to walk to nice restaurants and bars. The breakfast was adequate, but the room was great. Very roomy and super clean. The kitchen was well stocked, complete with wine glasses and an opener! It was a 15 minute drive to the Frederik Meijer Gardens.

Parking was 30$ but it was right across the street and very convenient. There was a service elevator across from the main elevators, but the only sign to tell you how to get to the lobby was next to this elevator. It was easy to make a mistake and get in the service elevator. (Then you need to find a maid to get you out!)( Yes, it happened to us and we prevented several others from making the same mistake.)

Great hotel with a City View

The location was perfect! Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance! We had a nice sweet on a higher floor so you could see the city!

I had kids with me and we ate a lot of snacks and things and ordered takeout so our trash was filling up and didn't know what to do there were no extra trash bags I had to go down to the dust to get trash bags and along the way there was a Doritos bag laying on the floor
