The location and the lobby were beautiful.
The rooms are clearly less updated than the lobby. The TV and internet lagged to the point that we gave up trying to relax and watch it... The view was nice but the room itself felt lower quality than the price we paid. I love Jw properties, but I won't be back to this one.

The staff at Margeux was great.
*Outdated rooms
*uncomfortable beds and pillows
*Overpriced food, overpriced room

In the morning, I started the shower to warm up. I left the bathroom and received a phone call. I was on the phone call for about 15 minutes until water started rushing out from underneath the bathroom door. The shower drain was so plugged that it overflowed. The water damaged some of my wife’s leather luggage. I called the front desk and they sent up a service person. While I waited, I used a clothes hanger to poke holes in the debris just to get the water to go down. And then the Marriott billed me $400 for the “damage“ i’m still at a loss how I am responsible to supervise their plumbing to make sure it works properly. Ruined an otherwise halfway decent experience and birthday weekend. Yay JW! Happy Birthday to me! When I called about the charge, the girl on the phone told me there was nothing she could do about it because the water caused damage to another room. I still can’t understand how I am responsible for a shower that doesn’t drain in a hotel room.

skywalk to arena and fitness/spa
felt the like room could’ve been a little updated but was still awesome.

Awesome location. Walking distance to entertainmen and, restaurants.
I really appreciate this hotel and would love to stay there more often but cost is way prohibitive. No veteran recognition.

Modern but not overwhelming. Awesome customer service . The breakfast I purchased was the best food ever. We went early at 7:00am. The egg frittata was so good. It melted in my mouth. Best breakfast I have had in a long time. Everything was fresh and delicious.
Bat and restaurant close to early. Room service overpriced for mediocre meal.

Hotel had no hot tub despite saying there was one. We had booked a king sized bed then they put us in a 2 queen. Called the front desk to tell them we got the wrong room and they said there's nothing they can do. Didn't offer us any sort of compensation about it either. Area outside the hotel smelled HORRIBLE.

The room was great, it had a big window that had like a panoramic view. The bathtub was awesome & we liked that there was a separate shower.
The bed was not as comfortable as it should've been, especially considering the price paid for the room.

paying for parking. it’s wasn’t mentioned at booking

Real fast was excellent. We had three different servers during our stay and all were attentive l, friendly and professional
A couple things in the room showed wear and tear. The credenza, desk top blotter in particular.
Not having hot tub or steam room available was a disappointment.

nice location
there’s no housekeeping services but still charge full price
