Ok for the price but dont expect too much

The staff was really nice and very helpful in giving us recommendations around, gave us towels and even doing all he could to make sure we had hot water (we had issues first but after commenting he fixed it). Location is very very perfect and for the price it was ok. Great view from balcony completely on top

First room had no window and smelled a bit of drain, but our key did not work so we changed room; still no window and foul smell, plus the sheets were old and did not stuck to the bed, we kept waking up to being asleep directly on the mattress… the pillow also were very old and uncomfortable, like the bed. We had no towels in neither room and had to ask for it. The tv signal doesnt work but we did not mind.

Bonito hotel

La ubicación, cerca de catedral, la chica que nos atendió muy amable, hotel bonito, no tiene lujos pero si solo lo usas para descansar y todo el día andar recorriendo este bello estado esta perfecto. El precio es económico considerando la zona en la que se encuentra, agua caliente siempre

Llegamos muy temprano y estaba cerrado, hable por teléfono y me dieron una clave para abrir la puerta y poder guardar nuestras maletas,

Decepcionada, de las instalaciones. Las instalaciones necesitan un poco más de cariño.

La ubicación es muy buena porque está en el centro de la ciudad.

La habitación está muy fría. Con dos camas matrimoniales así que se siente apretado. Sin una silla o mesa para colocar equipaje o algo. La regadera del baño oxidada y los azulejos mohosos. Sin espacio para colocar tus artículos de aseo personal. El agua caliente tardó más de 10 minutos en salir. La terraza no tiene mobiliario para sentarse y tiene olor a alcantarilla. La verdad estoy muy decepcionada.

There were bed bugs, the Water was leacking from the ceiling nobody was available to attend.

The location is definitely a plus as it is very close to the cathedral, stores and bars. The check in was easy. The wifi was working great. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable.

The room was small that the 2 beds covered most of the space, the bathroom had a strong scent that the door had to be kept closed.

The room was very comfortable and really clean. Service was good. I loved the location.

I had a bit of trouble getting the TV working at first as instructions were not so clear. Not all requests were fulfilled promptly by staff.

Terrific value, but some hesitations about ground floor rooms

Staff are gorgeous souls & eager to help. Room & bathroom are large and comfortable. The building is historic and charming. Plenty of hot water in Room 6.

Door lock worked, but was loose. Lack of ventilation in Room 6. Only one window, is at street level in a carpark beside a bar. I awoke at 2am with a cracking headache and had to sit outside in the common area in my pyjamas, just to breathe some fresh air. It's not an ideal safety situation for a woman travelling alone. In the morning I felt comfortable to open the window, but then you have dust and smells from the street.

Cheap but decent place in the great location

The biggest plus of this hotel is the location. It's hard to find any other pluses. Very economic place. You've got what you paid for. Hard to complain remembering the price.

No ventilation, so it's hot in room. The safe doesn't work. All the night I could hear the noises made by the electronic lock.

Superb

Very nice hotel in the lovely colonial building. Some rooms have windows, some don't so try to get the more specious ones with windows, much better! The location is great, couple of minutes from the main plaza and beautiful cathedral. Many shops and restaurants around.
