We loved staying at this comfortable and beautiful property.

This property is exceptional. Clean, comfortable and beautiful. It’s close to all the local amenities. Jane is so helpful and showed us how to use everything.

Overall, this apartment was by far the best we’ve ever stayed at!! ❤️

Absolutely gorgeous! Comfortable and has anything you could possibly need…and more! Location is perfect too; in the heart of stow-on-the-wold. Even though the property has no parking space, it really wasn’t an issue for us as we were able to park just up the road (1 min walk) in the square. Always found space to park and we had a fairly large car. Jane was so lovely and helpful too! She stocked the place up with yummy food and recommended some cute towns that we could visit. 🥰

Would highly recommend this apartment.

The property was stunning had everything you needed like home from home. Jane made us welcome on arrival and left us lots of goodies in the fridge and cupboards. We really enjoyed every minute staying here perfect location right in the heart of the village.

A Beautiful Apartment in Charming Stow

This is among the nicest properties we have ever seen. The apartment is in a fantastic location, it’s beautifully decorated and it has everything one needs for a comfortable stay, including a stocked kitchen. We highly recommend Stownes!

Wonderful location in the centre of Stow. Furnished to a high standard. Jane is a super host. Lavishly equipped with any thing you could really need or ask for. Super generous welcome pack and honesty bar.

Excellent apartment, centrally located, great restaurants, pubs, etc and attractions.

Location was excellent. Apartment was very nice (better than expected), well equipped (TV, Alexa, coffee machine, full kitchen, etc) and stocked with essentials, snacks and drinks. Local shops, restaurants and pubs were great.

No dedicated parking with the apartment, but the local on street options (free and paid are both only a 30 second walk). This is only a very very minor inconvenience, and no way a full negative by any means.

Exceptional

Incredible three night stay in the most perfect location! This has to be the best apartment we have stayed in, it has everything you could ever need as well as complimentary snacks and use of the bar. Jane is an amazing host, very welcoming and happy to help with anything you may need. Would love to stay again!

Fantastic accommodation. Furnished to a very high standard, and beautifully decorated. Well equipped with all appliances, cutlery, crockery etc you could ever dream of. Jane met us at the property and showed us round. Fab location in the centre of Stow on the Wold.

Gorgeous and welcoming with a great location.

The location is wonderful but the accommodations are just fantastic. Clean beautifully decorated and comfortable with anything you could possibly need. The hostess was friendly and welcoming and it is a wonderful place.

We had a perfect short break in Stownes and would happily stay there again.

The apartment was perfectly positioned in Stowe for accessing all local amenities and was beautifully furnished and decorated. Our host Jane made went to great lengths to make us feel welcome. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

Lovely

Location great and the flat was full of beautiful furniture and artwork and was very comfortable. I brought my own breakfast as I'm a bit fussy but the supply of food and condiments was excellent so I need not have bothered. as well as having a very well stocked drinks cabinet!

Exceptional

Everything from the location to the fit and finish is outstanding about this property. The exterior is historic(located above a local quiet shop off the main town square) but no expense was spared on the interior renovation! Jane, our host, even had cheeses and charcuterie with crackers available at our check in. This property exceeded our expectations in every way. This makes for a fabulous country retreat if you still want modern luxury comfort!

Everything! Stownes is stunning the photos do not do the place justice. Every little detail us spot on. The quality of the towels and bedding is fist class. Location could not have been better, right in the centre of the village.

We stayed for our anniversary and enjoyed the location for restaurants as well all quality shops.

The property was self catering which was perfect with all the restaurants, cafes and pubs on the doorstep. All fitments were of top quality. Location was perfect for going out in the evenings and shopping generally. Above and beyond expectations.
