About this house rental

This beautiful fully furnished home is located in The Village of Marsh Bend. The House has all granite countertops, beautiful porcelain farmhouse sink, gas stainless steel range and stainless steel appliances. The house is equipped with Washer and Dryer. The Village is one of the most unique and one of the newest villages as it places residents and/or renters in the heart of a variety of new amenities, as well as embraces you in a natural Florida setting. Paths that wind throughout the neighborhoods of Marsh Bend will give you daily access to nature’s most picturesque views-whether from the comfort of the home or while out in the area. The old majestic oaks and wildlife are breathtaking. If looking for something to do, you can stop by the Marsh View Pitch and Putt and Cattail Recreational area to play a round of golf, take a dip in the pool or a number of other activities these amenities offer. To the East side of Marsh Bend lies more opportunities for fun and games, with Everglades Recreation Center that will provide softball and soccer fields, basketball and pickle ball courts. Right around the corner you will find Brownwood Center which offers some amazing entertainment, shops and restaurants. Or, what about have a drink or food from the food trucks and listen to some pretty great music by some local musicians all while sitting under the most breathtaking and beautiful Oak Trees at Edna's on the Green. This house is conveniently located only 55 minutes from Orlando, FL

The Bacon house was a stylish & comfortable place for 5 adults. It was so close to shops, Edna’s, the Hogseye trail, pickleball, and the Cattail pool. We rented two golf carts and drove up to Brownwood for the day which was super fun! My only suggestion as we got there after the stores had closed was to have a few more amenities like tissues, soap and maybe some bottled water. The house was very perfect for our stay!

Luxurious 3 bedroom house, spotlessly clean. Great, big kitchen. Bobbie was the best landlord. Recommended for everyone. Be sure to check out the live music at Brownwood Paddock Town Square 7.5 miles away. Well worth a visit.

The house is immaculate and comfortable. The three bedrooms each have a private bath! It’s only 10-15 minutes from Brownwood and two minutes to Publix. Bobbie was very accessible and easy to work with. I’ll definitely be booking this property again!

Everything was very nice and we all had a great time. My only negative statement would be the yard. It was mainly weeds which had not been cut in quite some time. The weeds were actually growing over the sidewalk by the front door. It gave a negative first impression but the inside of the house was great. Also it would be nice to have a hair dryer in each bathroom.

East to rent and owner was responsive to all questions. Nicely decorated, comfortable rooms and very open spaced with two refrigerators which is helpful with large families. Only 1 TV but that was only negative. Everything else was wonderful.

We knew this was the perfect place for our getaway as we stayed there the year before. The only difference was a brand new Samsung Fridge 😀 Everything you need is just around the corner at Publix, and there’s a few places to eat now…which wasn’t the case last year. This was a beautiful house. Very clean. However, you need to bring your own beach towels. There were no washcloths available. We had 6 adults staying here. There were a total of 8 bath towels available. We wanted to golf— difficult process

This home we stayed in was beautiful and absolutely perfect. The house Bobbie was very tentative. I would recommend having more beach towels washcloths and perhaps bathmats in the bathrooms. There were maybe four washcloths and only two beach towels available. We had to borrow from our family that we were visiting in the villages. We had a great day. Thank you very much

We were on a quick trip to Leesburg, FL for a surprise family birthday party. I like to be prepared so I brought a small plastic container of coffee grounds from home & picked up muffins at the close by grocery store. We had coffee & a muffin in morning and them out to start our days.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We enjoyed private time with our children and also enjoyed time with their Grandparents who lived nearby. During our stay, we had some commitments in Orlando. Wildwood proved to be an easy commute. We experienced something new each day! Swimming at the pool, enjoying the live music and Brownwood, and lots of pickleball. Communication with Bobbie was excellent!! We will definitely consider renting each time we visit.

Bobbie the owner is terrific ! She helped us get a golf cart and worked with us when we locked ourselves out of the house at 10:30 at night. She allowed us to stay for the time we needed which was less then a week. I cannot say enough kind things about this owner and property!!!

A lovely two months!

There is not much to say except we totally enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. Bobbie has not lived there yet so there is just enough to cook and even have friends in for dinner. I tried to treat the house as I would my own house. I wish there had been comfortable chairs to bring to music venues and I wish there had been comfortable chaise lounges on the porch! But we still enjoyed being in the lovely weather. I know they will love it there when they have time to live there!

FUN TIME!

We can’t say enough about how wonderful this brand new property is! Everything from the modern farmhouse decor and space layout to the location in Marsh Bend is spectacular. Our group included family of 5 (all adults) that stayed. There was more than enough space, cozy bedrooms and modern bathrooms. You also cannot beat the location of this property. It is golf cart distance to all the shops, restaurants, and executive courses and outdoor entertainment (Edna's and Brownwood Square ) and walking distance to the new Magnolia Plaza and Everglades Rec Complex. The owner, Bobbie, was great to work with!! Communication was informative, polite, and timely. We can’t wait to stay again and make more memories at The Villages!

The home was super comfy. The massive enclosed lanai is perfect for a quiet morning breakfast or an evening unwind. Loved being able to park my car in the garage. Awesome location…newer neighborhood and really clean. Close to a Publix and plenty of eating out options. Bobbie was an awesome host. She responded within minutes of any requests or questions.
