What an incredible home to spend the holidays with our family! We played checkers out on the back porch while we waited for dinner to cook. This home has been well thought out. We have stayed at MANY Villages homes. This does NOT look like a rental. Everything you need is here even down to the hair dryer! They even stepped their game with two coffee makers old school and K-cup. Felt very at home for the few days we’re there. The owners were beyond helpful and easy to reach even over the holidays. Grateful for their kindness and patience. Would stay here again when we return! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An outstanding property for our Thanksgiving holiday. It all starts with communication. We've had no better experience. Curb appeal. Photos do not do the property justice. Clean and comfortable inside and out (be sure to sit outside in the screened in patio. The bed and bath were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen!! We prepared a 20 pound turkey and a couple of side dishes for dinner at another home in The Villages. Plenty of tools and serving pieces. Don't forget to enjoy the comfortable family room and large TV. A great space to unwind. We look forward to our next visit with family, so be sure not to take the days we want for ourselves.

The home was very spacious and gave everyone a chance to spread out. We really enjoyed the full kitchen to prepare and eat meals so we didn't have to go out to eat every day. The location was great and central to all we wanted to do during our stay. I definitely recommend and look forward to returning someday!

EXCELLENT property! Plenty of room and privacy in the back. Nicely decorated, brand new condition, lacked nothing. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality stay. Property managers were great, responsive to notes and helpful with any requests.

This home was new, clean, well stocked with all items you would need pillows, blankets, towels, beach towels, pots, pans, dishes and silverware…great space with plenty of room for everyone. Check in was simple. Our hosts were always available and checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Although I left my full review in the Guest Notebook, I wanted to say something here to honor our amazing experience in this home away from home! Every need we had was met. ALL GREAT THINGS! The owners were professional, friendly, and prompt. Access to ALL The Villages’ recreational facilities & activities were unexpected blessings. The residents were welcoming, too. Michael and Marge's home is a beautiful 3/2/2.5 house located in a newer section of The Villages. The area is quiet and not far from Brownwood Square. Our hosts were available when needed. You will need for nothing while you are there. All instructions are well laid out and leave nothing to chance. The entire house is comfortable with a large back porch with plenty of furniture. I cannot over state how beautiful and spacious this house is. Will definitely stay here again.

The pictures of this property does not do it justice. The kitchen is beautiful and inviting, especially with the under cabinet and night time lighting. The interior details and decorations are tasteful and "homey". The owners are very detailed and were super pleasant to communicate with. If you want to enjoy a newer part of the development, this is a perfect property to experience The Villages.
