Want to relax or enjoy a fun filled vacation? The choice is yours. You can be as active or as relaxed as you want. Start your day by having your morning coffee on the open front porch with the beautiful Florida Sunshine warming your face. End your day relaxing enjoying adult beverages in the shade on the fully screened-in rear Lanai with Fire Table.

This beautiful brand new 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is just perfect for up to 6 guests, whether it be a family or a few couples vacationing together. For your convenience, we have a combination Coffee Pot/K-Cup Machine, WIFI, & Smart TV with a Basic Xfinity Cable package & you can stream your favorite channels. The Kitchen is stocked with basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, glasses, & dishes to prepare meals at home or there are some nearby take-out menus from local favorites. We have a BBQ Grill available as well. Additional bedding, towels, & a blow dryer are on site. You are also welcome to use our 2 pedal bikes & Gas Golf Cart so you can explore the Villages.

If you like to be active, make sure to bring your best walking shoes as there are tons of walking & biking paths along tree lines, water retention ponds, & nature preserves. There are over 80 golf courses with the newest Southern Oaks Championship Golf Course just 1 mile away. We also have 2 golf bags available for you.

McGrady's Pub/Restaurant & Sawgrass Grove are just a mile away! These are new kinds of gathering places with a market & entertainment 7 nights a week.

Homestead Recreation Center with a Family Pool is the closest & right across the entrance to our neighborhood, approximately 1,000 feet away. Inside you can play billiards, darts, & table shuffleboard. Outside, you can enjoy the Family Pool & all the activities of shuffleboard, bocce ball, corn toss, horseshoes, pickleball, tennis, a nature trail, & the Villages' first Astronomy Observation Pads.

You'll have access to over 100 Recreation Centers with either a Family, Adult, or Sports Pool at each for you to relax in. At each location, there are a variety of things to do both inside & outside like at Homestead plus other activities such as Various Classes, Card Games, Darts, Air Gun Ranges, Strength Training Equipment, Water Activities, & Food Trucks. There are also bathrooms & equipment storage buildings at each Rec Center that have everything you’ll need to try the activity at that location. There are 4 additional Rec Centers & Pools located within the next 1/2-1 mile from our home. The Citrus Grove Rec Center with Adult Pool is a ½ mile away. Both St. Catherine & Cason Hammock Rec Centers have Adult Pools, & Ezell is the closest Rec Center with a Sports Pool, all 3 are just a mile away.

There are 2 Grocery stores & various restaurants for dine-in or take-out within 4 miles. There are 3 Town Squares that provide free live music every night from 5-9 pm along with many restaurants & shopping, just 7 miles to Brownwood Paddock, 11 miles to Lake Sumter Landing, & 15 miles to Spanish Springs. All these locations are accessible by golf cart.

It's about an hour West to the Gulf Coast & less than 2 hours East to the Atlantic Ocean. We are also just about an hour away from both Sanford & Orlando Airports & the Orlando theme parks.

Our stay was perfect. Great interaction with Candy daily. Very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Would highly recommend renting from them. Beautiful home with all the features of home from linens, towels, beach towels, golf cart and golf clubs, bikes and all the dishes, pots and pans you needed to be comfortable for the week. Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Loved having the golf cart and being close to a pool. The bikes could have been a nice option too although we didn’t get to use them this time. The house is well equipped and Candy is super responsive. We needed an iron (probably the only thing missing and I bet she’ll have one soon or I may be the last person alive who still uses an iron… but we were going to a wedding after flying) and she arranged within minutes (maybe seconds😆) to have a neighbor loan me an iron!

Nice modern clean 3 bedroom house thoughtfully decorated. Great location near the Homestead recreation centre. Easy to travel about in the golf cart, this was a lot of fun. The Villages is a fun place to stay, lots of outdoir activities and music events. Just had a great time.

We came to visit family in the Villages and hadxa great time. We went to Epcot, Clearwater Beach and SeaWorld. On the days in between we enjoyed all that the Villages had to offer with swimmimg daily, playing the 18 hole mini putt, regular golf and lovelly walks. We enjoyed the outdoor workout areas, shuffle board, and music! music

The property is cozy, clean and we could not have been more comfortable. All amenities were in the home and loved the view of the Bottle Brush tree in bloom. There were many walking trails and more than enough activities to keep busy.

Staying in Tod and Candy’s home was a perfect fit for us. Having the use of the golf cart and bicycles was a bonus. The house had everything we needed and is in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed ending our day relaxing around the fire pit.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood that was convenient to stores and recreational areas in the Villages. The house is clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need whether you decide to cook or not. Beds were comfortable and linens were soft. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We stayed here to visit grandparents/great grandparents who lived about 30 minutes from the house. It was so clean when we got there and smelled brand new! Candy was super responsive with any questions we had and they were so kind and welcoming! 10/10 would stay here again

Candy was great from the moment we booked and got closer to check in! She was readily available anytime and that was much appreciated. The home itself was amazing and very comfy. We picked this location to be close to fruit land Fl but if you want the beaches and Orlando those are 1-2 hr drives. The location is amazing and very quiet , relaxing and away from all the city life. Home has everything you need and then some!!

We travelled to Leesburg for a church convention and lodged in Wildwood. This property was perfect and pleasurable. Centrally located, affording us the opportunity to enjoy local sites and activities. The house is beautiful, spacious, quiet, and welcoming. Will book it again!!

Tod and Candy’s home is beautiful! Their attention to detail in preparing for guests was second to none! It was a small thing…. the fact that they put hangers in every closet shows how attentive they are to their guests. No detail was overlooked: maps and travel guides, restaurant recommendations, bicycles, sports equipment, there wasn’t anything overlooked. Hope we can plan another trip and stay in their home! You won’t be disappointed! I guarantee it!

Our family had a great stay at Tod and Candy's home. Everything is brand new, including the neighborhood. The home is very comfortable and attractive. I cooked a mini Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen and it had almost everything I needed (I would get a set of large kitchen knives, but made due with steak knives found in kitchen, unless I missed them somehow). There are all the usual Villages activities close by, and even a golf cart to get there. My family enjoyed their stay very much!

it was immaculate golf cart great, pool clean and warm. We were four adults 70 plus years. the one male in our group decided to fry eggs and I didn't notice the grease splatters until we were leaving. Leave it to a man to make a mess. Thank you for the use of your home. Lorraine

We could not have asked for a better place to stay! Our trip was last minute due to our other reservations being canceled due to covid. Candy reached out to me immediately. Right away she emailed over a wonderful PDF with all the information we needed for our entire stay. Candy went above and beyond to expedite out guest passes and find out specific information from a couple of the golf shacks about rentals. It was a great added bonus that Tod and Candy provided a set of lefty and righty golf clubs for us to use during our stay. The house smells brand new and was sparkling clean. It had everything we could possibly have needed. The fire pit and patio set was extremly comfortable and so enjoyable in the evening. The family pool was great and we met many wonderful people there. Of course the best part of our stay was the golf cart(according to my son)! We rode it to the wonderful farmers market and even to publix a couple times. We saw some great wildlife while riding the cart paths too! We also took quite a few trips for dinner, coffee and random goodies from the market at Sawgrass which is just a couple minutes away. Before we left we were already talking about our next trip to The Villages and Tod and Candys beautiful home. It was the best stay and the best host's we have ever had and we can not wait to come back!

Candy was so helpful and responsive to all my questions. Their home is immaculate and has everything you would need during your stay. The family pool was so close and we enjoyed using the golf cart to get around. We appreciated the use of the two bikes and the grill as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay at the villages.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could! This home is absolutely beautiful an extremely clean. It has everything you need, from extra blankets and towels, to a full kitchen stocked with utensils and everything else you need. The home is a beautiful neighbor, extremely close to two pools, one family, one adult. The Homestead Rec center is a very short walk, or even shorter golf cart ride and has so many activities! Would absolutely rent again! Candy was so wonderful to work with and answered any questions so quickly!
