Все отлично. Обязательно вернусь в следующем году . Очень удобно когда рядом с номером лифт , когда корпус отеля где бы

Вода в бассейне теплая , в августе когда море теплое , иногда хочется в холодный бассейн . Мне кажется хотя бы один бассейн можно сделать холодным.

It was a beautiful experience!

The food was great. Our room was so beautiful and the activities they had to engage our little ones. I really enjoyed my stay!

Everything! The hotel facilities ( spa, swimming pool, tennus court) are amazing, the staff very friendly! Good choice of dishes in the main buffet and a la carte restaurants. We enjoyed every moment if our stay. Want to come back for summer holidays.

Overall wonderful hotel

Superb service, great food, great room facility. We had a late flight so they kindly extended our check out time into the afternoon, very generous.

Because it's winter the beach is not well-maintained, looks a bit disorganized

It is a very modern hotel with beautiful facilities, especially the gym and adult pool. The food quality wasn’t overwhelming but it was good. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

For the price you pay, the standard of the hotel was absolutely too low. It is overcrowded, loud, and the main restaurant is messy and feels more like cafeteria than a 5 star hotel. There are multiple restaurants that seem to be more quiet and high end, yet there’s an extra cost of 35-50€ per person (which we weren’t willing to pay as the hotel itself was already very expensive). The food you get within “all inclusive” is very limited and repetitive and room service as well as food by the pool costs extra as well. All main facilities such as the infinity pool and the two beaches were full of kids, so the only place we could somewhat relax was at the adult pool.

A salad mixing service at the restaurant would be a nice addition. The fluorescence lights outside the main cafeteria may be replaced with warmer lights.

Comfortable and pleasant stay

The hotel entrance and common areas and the welcoming experience The staff was great and very helpful, always very attentive to our demands and going the extra mile. Special thanks to Elif and Tunahan. The room was big, the shower nice and spacious, and the bed very comfortable The breakfast buffet was very rich The buffet for lunch and dinner was also pretty good, with plenty of options, and very good food quality considering the magnitude of the hotel - If you like meat, I advise you to try the lamb chops and the beef ribs (they do not have them every day) The different all-inclusive restaurants, especially Nautilus that open 24 hours, and the Patisserie was great - don't miss the San Sebastian cake (Patisserie) The pool area was very comfortable and perfect for chill

- There is a Doctor during a reduced time but under a fee (not cheap) - There are shops to buy clothes, to cut your hair, etc. but not a pharmacy to buy basic first aid things or medicaments. However, you can order them at the hotel and they will deliver them to you in a short time for a reasonable price - At the SPA they do not provide bathrobes (unless you go to the private SPA area or book a massage or treatment - under a fee), you need to take yours from the room - The orange juice did not look like fresh-squeezed orange juice to me, which I would expect for a 5 * hotel of this characteristic - The service in the pool was sometimes very slow, maybe they could schedule more personnel for that
