I need compensation for three weeks stay

The location and the kitchen and dining room . The communication was good but the response was very much bad

The property management team i stay in the dirty uncleaned house for one week to send the cleaner . Waiting 10 days for replacement of broken chairs and 5 days to replace the electric kettle. Also they scheduled cleaning the house after 14 days but no body come . Tbe dirty linen and towels were kept inside the house for ten days . A lot of black bags curabegges around the house in the terrace more than 10 days . All rooms without hungers for clothes

awful, AVOID AVOID AVOID

Beds were all but 1 broken Garden totally unusable Bins festering with maggots Lights in bathrooms not up to standard and health and safety hazard Mould in the downstairs shower Awful customer service Dining chairs damaged Not enough seating Curtains in bedrooms too small for the Windows Front downstairs bedroom window broken Back door in dining room had no lock Side access door locked with no key Piles of laundry in the hallway We had booked for 2 nights and left after 1 and the only reason we stayed was because my baby needed to sleep The list goes on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Good value for size but too basic provisions

Great space and layout, rooms were ideal for us. Bedding was clean. Tile floor ideal for entertaining.

Kettle didn't work so we had to buy one, also considering the house sleeps 9 people, only having 2 large pots and no sieve to cook with was challenging. Also had to shop for toilet roll as there were only 2 for a house of 9 over 2 days. One window was cracked for the down stairs bedroom.

Good value for money for a group booking

Very clean and tidy, spacious living and dining areas. bedrooms were also a decent size for sharing! Staff were great at dealing with any enquiries and giving regular updates prior to and during our stay. 😊 The area was nice and quiet and not too far from the centre and was easily accessible for ordering food and taxi’s.

The shower was quite small, thankfully we did not have any issues with too many of us wanting to shower at one time but perhaps a second shower in the upstairs bath would be advantageous. Also the mattress I slept on was not the most comfortable and had a big dip in the middle of it.

Overall good stay but let down by the lack of furniture in kitchen/lounge and cutlery.

Good value for size and location with parking right outside the house for multiple cars.

Despite the house being meant for 9 people to stay in there was only 6 chairs in the kitchen dining area, and a 3 person sofa in the lounge - so there wasn't really a space where everyone could comfortably hang out together in the house. There was also alot of blue linen hampers filled with dirty bed linen piled up by the side door and under the stairs, same with some bin bags out the back.

The photographer!!!!! How could anyone make these look Good Plus the journey home

Everything I blame Booking .com these people rent a property You as a company should have someone review them before accepting them on your books Because ive stayed in a couple now very unacceptable, that's not entirely the owners fault

Family home.

Beautiful house, lovely, furnished and equipped. Nice quiet location. An amazing kitchen space. Plenty of room for a family. Bath upstairs and a shower downstairs. Parking in front of the house.

Health and safety issues in the garden. Rubble left, garbage outside. Long grass so garden unusable. Fences down and family of foxes able to access back garden.

Not very clean, and not fully equipped

Ok location, it was a good size.

The floor was dirty, there was only 5 forks, 2 cereal bowls, 4 wine glasses. When the property was booked for 6 people this was not ideal! The curtain pole was hanging off the wall we couldn’t even close the curtain for fear of it falling down. The kitchen cupboards and cooler were really dirty. There was no t towel.

Needs work to make it nice

Nice big house. Tiled floors give it a Mediterranean feel.

It seems this is a new property and needs quite a lot of adjustments. The house has a lot of potential. Things that are wrong with it are: Not enough cutlery. Old frying pans, scratched and worn Beds very uncomfortable. One single bad has broken base meaning it slopes down. No lamps in property and very bright lights. We had to buy some leds to make it bearable. No cutlery drawer with a ill equipped plastic drawer inset on top of cupboards. Downstairs bathroom badly designed with radiator next to toilet. Burnt our legs! Light fitting in downstairs toilet ILLEGALLY FITTED. Garden very messy, overgrown, rubbish outside back door and broken fence. Big weeds outside front door and front of house.
