The house was equipped with all the amenities and plenty of supplies. The stairs were a little tough for older folks. But overall very comfortable.

Could not thank Aimee enough for allowing my expanding family to stay. Views of the lake were spectacular and peaceful. The grandkids loved the paddle-boards. Life jackets of all sizes and plenty of beach towels were available. Grandkids also loved the gas fire pit, Aimee even supplied the marshmallow sticks. The kitchen was well stocked. Hoping to return again! This was one of our nicest VRBO locations.

It was a beautiful home on Canandaigua Lake for my family to come stay! We loved playing off the dock, paddle boarding and kayaking. The kids and some adults loved the challenge of climbing the buoy too! There was plenty of space for us all to visit and eat together after exploring the Finger Lakes area. It was a hit!

We had a wonderful time visiting Canandaigua Lake! Two families, 4 adults + 5 kids, had plenty of space. Best was the dock and being down by the lake. Treated to a few amazing sunsets. House sits up from the lake with great views and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The house was the perfect place for four generations to come together after three years of Covid separation. Aimee provides a well stocked home with everything you could ever need. The views were magnificent and the dock with the kayak and water toys provided great fun for all ages.

To all. This home is an amazing escape from the daily stressors of life. We arrived and the house was clean and had everything we needed. Bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with all essentials. We were even welcomed with two bottles of local
vineyard wines. There are two rooms to congregate as a big group which allowed our family to have quality time playing games The dock is large with ample well constructed chairs to use along with a large quantity of beach towels. We had our choice of single or double kayaks to use. The water was clean and provided lots of swim time. The actual house is built so it allows renters to have time away from others should you need some quiet time to reflect or to work remotely. Aimee provided a welcome packet that answered all of our questions. This was an incredible experience which we are so grateful for. ❤️

Aimee thought of everything. The place was so clean and well supplied. We even found a supply of super glue when it was needed. She answered any questions we had within the hour.
Stores are a little far from location so just need to think ahead about groceries. Walk up from dock would be tough for elderly but was a great workout for us!!!
Thank you Aimee!!

Much needed reconnection with family and nature
Our family has older children whose lives take them in many directions, so having some downtime and an opportunity to reconnect are vital to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Canandaigua Lake. The scenery was spectacular from the dock while sharing drinks, meals, and music. The house is fully equipped with everything one needs to be able to enjoy without leaving. Plenty of board games to have some silly laughs, plenty of space to accommodate everyone, and a beautiful place to walk around in. Aimee was a pleasure to communicate with. We were extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend this property and location.

We enjoyed staying at this property. The house sits on a hill overlooking the lake which provides some great views. The owner was very honest about making renters aware of the number of steps down to the lake which actually was not bad at all. We enjoyed the lake level dock and deck area the most and spent considerable time there. The house comes equipped with paddle boards, kayak, and the lake around the dock is very swimmable. Back to the house, the kitchen is probably the best equipped of any property that i have rented and from the kitchen, island, and dining area you have great views of the lake. Great experience and we would absolutely rent again.

Great stay
The property was wonderful, even better than the pictures. Plenty of room for everyone. Great waterfront and the water toys at the dock area (paddlebaords, kayaks) were great. Waterfront area is incredibly clear and great for swimming with no seaweed.

We rented this house in July 2021 with another family for the week and had an amazing time with our collective 5 kids! Aimee was awesome in communicating with us, and took care of every detail to make our stay enjoyable. She gave us a great guidebook to help inform our stay as it was my first time in the FLX. We were able to bring our own boat and dock it for the week, and had tons of Watersports activities for the kids right on the dock. Amazing sunset views and al fresco dining on the dock to top it off! House looked brand new and was super clean. Beds were very cozy! Kitchen had great quality pots and pans, and platters made it easy to cook for our family. Some houses we’ve rented in the past will say “stocked” but aren’t— this one I can assure you has everything you need to be more than comfortable in a home away from home.
It’s on the quieter end of the lake, so it was nice to not worry as much about the kids swimming and too many boats coming and going. If there was to be one negative, I would say you do need to plan meals ahead as there isn’t a ton super close by for dining or grocery or delivery ( 20+ minute drive to town) which at a relaxing lake vacation is to be excepted but a change for us folks who are used to 100+ options on door dash, Uber eats, etc at home . We did finally discover the Vine Valley General Store on our last day which is only 5 minutes away for pizza, ice cream and snacks, beer, wine, and my kids loved the “merch” lol.
Also, we did drive our boat down to the Marina on the north end and docked for the day and did Lunch at Nolan’s which was fun! Heard great things about The Lakehouse and New York Kitchen Resturants but couldn’t get a resi. Everyone Loved Abbott’s Custard too :) and ordered a great birthday cake from Sweet Solutions in town too.
