Just one block to downtown Boyne City, our newly renovated boutique-style home is perfect for a northern Michigan getaway!!! Thoughtfully designed finishes and furnishings, fully equipped and spacious kitchen with large butcher block island, beautiful bathrooms, plus new linens and ideal location.

The home interior also features an open living/dining room, three bedrooms comfortably sleeping 6, two baths, and large laundry/mud room addition. Outdoor patio off dining room offers great sunset views and peaks of Lake Charlevoix, just one block to downtown shops, restaurants and festivals, and Lake Charlevoix's Peninsula Beach.

NEARBY, guests will find wineries and breweries; galleries; farms and orchards; some of northern Michigan's best hiking and biking trails; Boyne Mountain's new Sky Bridge; the Midwest's best ski resort; and awarding-winning golf courses throughout the county. The neighboring towns of Charlevoix, Walloon Lake and Petoskey are perfect for day trips.

There was someone sitting onthe door front 15 minutes before we had to check out . Felt as though we werebeing pushed out of house!

The house was well stocked with items in the kitchen, plates, various cups, pans and dishes. The host thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable for people of all ages. There are story books, adult books, board games, sidewalk chalk and cornhole for outside. They provided soaps, shower supplies, tissues, plenty of toilet paper and laundry products. The house and linens were all very clean. The house was recently renovated and they have done a nice job with the decorating and layout. It is about a block to walk to the lake and only have a peek of the lake from the end of the driveway. It was easy to walk to everything downtown. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream shop and bakery. This house is on the main road and you get a lot of traffic noise. That would be the one negative we had for our stay. It was difficult to sleep with the road traffic on the front bedroom.

Fantastic overall, only demarit would be the exterior does not flow with the interior which is perfectly updated and rate it a full 10 out of 10! I know the Exterior is still not completely updated, but if you want clean and modern and spacious and convenient to downtown, YOU have it in spades!

Home was perfectly located in Boyne City. It was easy walking distance to everything: restaurants downtown, Pennisula beach and access to roads for cycling etc.. Very clean and neat. Would stay here again!!

Amazing Stay! Home is clean, cute, spacious and decorated nicely. Home had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Host was attentive and prompt to answering my questions. We also loved the quick distance into town, short walk. Highly recommend this home and we plan on coming back.

We had 3 adults, one teen, and a 12-year-old; the space was perfect for us. The location is great for walking to town and skiing at the mountain! The kitchen and open space was perfect for hanging out. Everything was well-stocked and thoughtful! The hosts were fantastic. Thank you! Highly recommended!

The location of this property is perfect for a downtown boyne group. With access to downtown food and shops and so close to the water and public beach access. House was clean and had everything we needed and was beautifully redone! Will be booking again!!

The house is just as pictured - nicely updated and stocked with everything you need to make you feel right at home. Michele was a wonderful host … communicative, helpful and friendly. We loved the location, too. Just a couple blocks to the beach and one block into town. We’d love to stay here again. It was perfect for our family.

Flew in from Denver for our annual summer weekend with our Michigan besties. The rental was perfect for our group! A big beautiful kitchen for our charcuterie boards at happy hour, a quick walk into town, a fun patio with peaks at the Lake, friendly neighbors, comfy beds and great bathrooms. We’ll be back!

This place is as cute as the photos! I especially appreciated that items such as full size shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel was provided, as well as coffee and bananas in the kitchen. Lovely patio area for drinks or meals. Nice touch of sidewalk chalk provided for kids. We loved our stay there! We met Michele and thought she was a wonderful hostess!

We had a great time at this lovely home in Boyne City. The house was well- equipped with all the basics including plenty of towels and some basic staples for cooking. We enjoyed playing games around the island and lounging on the sofa watching the ball drop on New Year’s Eve. The home was about 12-min from Boyne Mountain Resort for skiing and 40-min to the Highlands. Also only a short walk to the cute downtown with restaurants and shops. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This was a really nice newly renovated property, owners were great and have thought just about everything! Location is perfect, easy walk to the restaurants, lake, and shopping. Also an easy walk to Avalanche Mountain which is fantastic btw!

Perfect getaway

Perfect location! Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Steps (literally) to the beach. The house is beautifully updated and furnished all the way down to pizza cutters and tupperware. Michele and Chris are the perfect hosts. My family and I can’t wait to visit again!
