Okay but not the most accessible place for disabled guests

24 hour reception. Accessible room option with a wet room and shower seat. Friendly staff.

Would not describe the building as easily accessible. The front door has a step, so the disabled entrance is a back gate with a very awkwardly angled entry door with quite a high lip, followed by very narrow-cornered corridors. I needed help to get through, and I think people in a scooter or larger wheelchair would struggle even more. The wet room was nice, but the temperature control dial on the shower needed a release button to be pressed, which doesn't seem to be designed with people who struggle with fine motor skills in mind. Could not have managed without a carer

Location was great and the staff were lovely at check in and check out! The room was small but the bed was comfortable.

Considering the price of the room for one night, the decor could have done with some work, the paint chipping away, the curtains coming away at the top, the soap dispenser would break every time I fixed it. Room was very small and no openable window.

Good hotel in a great location.

The location is perfect - right in the middle of the town, but rather quiet, next to a very large shopping mall, restaurants, bars, parking close by, and if you’re traveling by train, the station is next door. The rooms are very small, the beds too. But, if you’re after a hotel in a great location - this is the one.

Great location! Right next to the station and right near the centre of town. Rooms were clean and comfy bed.

The rooms were smaller than they looked. The hotel was absolutely fine but not worth what we paid (over £300 for two nights) Although it was a bank holiday so this may be why

perfect

Compact but perfect for me. Near to centre and all the places I needed to be. Didn't need any other facilities.

I had a problem with my cold water (didn't run cold) but they were quick to react and sort it out

Don't have bunk beds.

Clean welcoming reception and staff were friendly.

room wasn't a nice feeling felt like a prison feel to it and was given single bunk beds at the price of 85 pounds or 14 extra for a double.

Amazing sleeperz hotel

Good location, close to the center. The train station is nearby, but the room was quiet. The room is spacious, the beds are clean, the beds are comfortable. Enough towels for the whole family. The room had a hairdryer, kettle and tea and coffee set. Check-in was quick, within a few minutes.

The room is located in a semi-basement, there is a small window near the ceiling. Inconvenient dispenser for soap and shampoo.

Very close to train station, really pleasant staff, optional breakfast, fairly cheap.

Small curtain didn't stop very bright street lights coming in to room...very small space..perfect for one person..would be a tight squeeze with 2.

Good budget option close to train station

Well located hotel in Cardiff city centre, super convenient for train station and city centre shops and restaurants. Really friendly staff and comfortable but compact rooms.

Noisy outside, but this was an expected trade off for the location.

Great night stay

Excellent customer service from the front of house staff, they were all very friendly. Despite being right next to Cardiff Central I I didn't hear the trains. Room was a good size and the beds were comfy, the bunk beds didn't squeak every time you moved like so many other places. Great shower 5 minute walk into the City Centre, Excellent value for money, exceeded my expectations.

Will use this place again

I travel and stay in various locations with work. Normally main chain hotels but this was much better. Great quality bed and shower, excellent breakfast, just a little better than the better known names. Also, less than one minute walk from the train station and close to transport links.

Room was a little small but for somewhere to sleep and go, it was ideal

Having stayed in most of Cardiffs hotels this is one I would certainly return to in the future.

Central location right next to the railway station. There were trains right outside our window but there was no nighttime noise and the room was well insulated against noise both external and internal. Easy to walk to everywhere and lovely friendly staff we encountered every time. Clean everywhere and good buffet breakfast.

Nobody serviced the room over a two night stay so no towel change for the wet ones left in the shower (as stated by room notices) and the room left with used bar glasses for the stay which was disappointing. Not a deal breaker however and we didn’t demand it was done on return that day.

The rooms are small The windows do not open, so the only source of ventilation comes from the A/C which is not so pleasant to sleep with Toilet very small and very close to the bed We asked if it was possible to leave our luggages in the hotel after the check out but this was not possible
