Beaucoup trop chère pour le niveau de prestation.

L'emplacement est idéal. Proche des transports et des centres d'intérêts. On peut également s'éloigner de la ville en se baladant dans le parc à proximité.

La chambre est minuscule. Les rangements sont très petits et ne correspondent pas à deux personnes. La salle de bain est ridicule pour un hotel avec une douche derrière un rideau. Enfin, la moquette sur le sol semble vieille et sale.

Reasonable choice for your money in the heart of the CBD

Perfect location and amazing view from the rooftop!

There was low water pressure, and the tap in the shower was broken.

Not worthy staying in Park Regis …

I thought the parking was $25 but later told that the amount was $46. Not at all happy. Parking exit was too narrow rubbish bin block the entry too. I had a dent on the car while exciting. $245 for the night plus $46 and dent on the grand Cherokee jeep was too upsetting. I am considering delete booking.com’s service.

Garage entry too narrow - not known paying $249plus $46 for a 3 stars property. Too much noise to put up all night long.

Bis auf die sanitären Anlagen war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Bett sehr gut, Mitarbeiter freundlich und Hilfsbereit, gute Lage

Das Badezimmer ist nicht nach europäischen Standards, sondern eher nur zweckmäßig (offene Abflussleitungen, offene Wasserleitungen, etc.).

It was very dirty and old. Bed was uncomfortable and was two singles put together. Still had rubbish in room from previous guests. TV light flickered and didn’t turn off while trying to sleep. Wouldn’t stay again

The hotel was right in the city centre. It is the best location to go shopping, eat out and have fun. Very simple rooms but well insulated.

The room was tiny. That's, unfortunately, the norm in Sydney Central.

Greate stay.

The hotel is located in the center of Sydney. Nearby is the Townhall metro station. Museums, exhibitions, shops. Everything is very convenient. There is its own parking.

Was comfortable, in the CBD and not too expensive. Staff were excellent.

Location was great. Bed Comfy. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Bathroom was poky . Sink tap splashed you down the front if turned on too much, but you don't know that till you are wet. (Room 1303)

Staff were super nice and really lovely. Extremely well located in the middle of the city near train stations and despite its location not too noisy. Rooms comfortable and great rooftop panaromic views of city.

I couldn't regulate the shower temperature very well.

Great staff, location and value

Staff were delightful, location is great and excellent value for money.

There was noise from construction across the road which went into the night. Fortunately this won't last long and there will soon be a Metro station there!

It needs serious renovation. For 20 more a night you can get a much better hotel. Very noisy. Tiny bathroom with no water pressure.

Bad design in the bathroom

Close walk to most attractions.

The toilet is far too close to the sink and very hard to use the toilet due to positioning of the sink. The floor needed to be cleaned properly, as there were strands of hair (not mine)on the floor.

A great central location in the city. Comfortable room. We had a good size room.

Our room 1502 backed onto lift shafts and it was all we heard all night, together with city traffic we got no sleep.

To summarize, I am satisfied with it, it's cost-effective.

The location is great, close to the Town Hall and other major sightseeing sites in city. The room is not big, and there's a construction site in Park Street, so it will be a little nosiy at night. The staff is helpful and kind.

The space is a bit small, a bit noisy at night.
