Mein Mein Aufenthalt im Inntel Hotel in Amsterdam war enttäuschend.

Was mir gefallen hat, war die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder zu mieten. Diese Erfahrung war positiv und hat mir viel Freude bereitet. Es war eine grossartige Möglichkeit, die Stadt zu erkunden. Leider konnte dieser positive Aspekt die insgesamt enttäuschende Erfahrung im Hotel nicht aufwiegen.

Was mir nicht gefallen hat, waren mehrere Aspekte meines Aufenthalts im Hotel. Zu Beginn fand ich das Kopfkissen mit Blutspuren besudelt vor, was absolut inakzeptabel ist und mein Wohlbefinden stark beeinträchtigt hat. Darüber hinaus wurde ich beim Duschen von den Fensterreinigern gestört, was sehr unangenehm war und meine Privatsphäre verletzte. Das Doppelbett, das aus zwei schmalen Einzelbetten bestand, rutschte ständig auseinander, was zu unruhigen Nächten führte. Zudem wurde mein Zimmer trotz einer vorherigen Abmachung am zweiten Tag nicht gereinigt, und an keinem der Tage wurden die Teebeutel aufgefüllt. Insgesamt waren diese Mängel und der unzureichende Service sehr enttäuschend und standen in keinem Verhältnis zu dem Preis, den ich für meinen Aufenthalt bezahlt habe.

Tidy modern hotel with amazing friendly staff

Short stay in Amsterdam

Friendly, and well run hotel with the facilities you need. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner had a varied menu and produced good food.

As non cyclists, we used Uber to speed up getting to the city centre, also being a little rainy, encouraged their use

Really nice hotel to stay in, the staff were lovely and the food was good. Public transport to central station was only

Location was very scenic Food was good Room was clean The staff couldn’t of been nicer

Room was really dark barely any lighting in the room. There were no main lights in the room just lamps The drains were bad in the sink and shower, took a very long time for water to go down the drain.

Give raise to your receptionist

The blonde receptionist with the beautiful blue eyes were amazing; she was really friendly and talkative from the start and she was so easy to talk to and explained everything perfectly. If shes single i consent for her to check my personal information and hit me up. Hotel was really good aswell and wasnt crazy far from centre.

Hotel bien situado tranquilo pero precio excesivo

la ubicación muy tranquila y bien comunicada con el centro. me gustó mucho el barrio. El hotel en general está bien. pero es caro

el precio. No se corresponde con cálidas hotel. debe ser mas barato. el hotel está limpio. pero al exterior ventanas estaba lleno de telarañas y 6 arañas en movimientos, por lo que no resultaba agradable, lo dije y me comentaron que no se podía limpiar su no era por empresa específica. hubo alarma incendios a las 3 de la noche y bajamos 13 pisos con lo puesto. Fue falsa alarma, alguien fumando, no recibimos ninguna aclaración, ni disculpa por parte del hotel. El suelo piscina resbala. La ducha habitación necesita mampara cerrada, se sale toda el agua y necesitas toallas para secar suelo.

Ein bisschen außerhalb, aber mit der Tram super Anbindung (7 Min zu Fuß) Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, witzige Einrichtung, gutes Frühstück, reichlich!

It was ok as we were then boarding a river cruise , Budapest. Too isolated from city centre.

Clean and nice.

Lighting in rooms dull and in wrong place to see into wardrobes. Too isolated and taxis never charged recommended fare.

Super Hotel für eine oder auch mehrere Übernachtungen.

Sehr schickes Hotel mit sehr netten Personal. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön.

Es gibt keine Bademäntel oder Schlappen für den Spa-Bereich. Außerdem gab es keine Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta. Für den Preis und die Anzahl der Sterne darf man das durchaus erwarten.

Interesting decor but very small - not enough luggage space

Interesting industrial decor carried right throughout the hotel. View over water. Breakfast was good. Mattress was fantastic. Separate toilet

Not enough space for luggage and luggage rack was just below hanging space. If large chair was removed and more useable space for people it would work better. If I stayed again I would have to get a larger room. It was okay for a few nights. Very clean. Good breakfast

Die Lage vom hotel am Wasser war sehr schön

Das Boxspringbetten war die Katastrophe die matratzen haben sich immer verschoben, und das ganze Bett rollte immer auseinander!!

L’établissement est top, récent, propre, moderne, et les équipements dans les chambres sont géniaux (hormis qu’on ne peut pas vider soit même le spa, mais c’est peut-être voulu …)

Le 1er jour nous avons été accueillis par une personne d’origine italienne très froide. Nous avions réservé un massage pour deux avec ensuite une coupe de champagne et une salade de fruit frais avec du chocolat. J’avais envoyé un mail pour spécifier l’allergie de mon conjoint au chocolat, nous avons eu deux brownies au chocolat …

Lovely hotel and great location.

Clean, friendly staff, good cocktails. Pool was very nice. Convenient location for trams and trains.

The rooms were a little dull as there was no main light, even with the curtains open. The shower made the whole bathroom floor wet which could get slippy.

موقع الفندق يحتاج مشي 25 دقيقة لسنتر المدينة 20 دقيقة من الفندق لمحطة المترو Rietlandpark إلى Central Station خمس دقايق

الغرفة يعتبر حجمها مناسب طاقم العمل ايضا جداً متعاون

المنطقة غير ممتازة كلها مصانع وورش وقريب جداً من سكة القطار اللي يسبب ازعاج شديد أثناء النوم

Nice location close enough to the crntre but far enough away to enjoy the tranqil setting

Location although away from the main streets it was lovely to ‘escape’ the buzz. Staff were excellent, helpful and very courteous. We stayed in a triple room which was a great size for 3 adults!

There was no door to the shower room so no privacy when getting a shower. The Hotel would also benefit if there was a wider selection on the menu for meals and the breakfast was a bit expensive!

Nach all den Aufenthalten im Hotel bin ich immer noch beeindruckt von der hohen Qualität des Service und der Gastfreundschaft. Die Zimmer sind stets komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichtet, was für eine gemütliche und entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels haben mich erneut beeindruckt und trugen zu einem rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt bei. Mit jedem Besuch in Amsterdam wächst meine Vorfreude auf den nächsten. Freue mich schon jetzt darauf, bald wiederzukommen.

Gutes Hotel mit ruhiger Lage, allerdings weit weg vom Zentrum und ein paar Feinheiten müssten verbessert werden

Im Zimmer war es kalt (trotz Heizung auf höchster Stufe) Minibar war leer Keine Getränke im minimalistisch gestalteten Wellnessbereich Personal an Rezeption wollte mir keine Grachtenfahrt buchen Hotel ist sehr weit weg vom Zentrum entfernt (ca. 40min Fußweg)

Nice hotel good spacious room with tub and good facilities. A little on the noisy side because of the construction work,

The room was really spacious and the bed was comfortable. The Jacuzzi was also a nice touch. The hotel is also not too far (10 minutes) from a tram to Central station.

Outside of the hotel. There is a lot of construction that starts early in the morning. Even with the windows closed the noise level was quite high and quite disruptive. Although the staff were friendly, I didn’t find them that helpful. Restaurant closed too early.

Great hotel on the outskirts of the city

Very modern hotel, staff were very helpful when required. Room was great, good size, good facilities, would stay again

A little out of the city but close enough to a tram. Only downside was there was building work going on at the side of the hotel, started early and could be heard, but once complete this won’t be an issue

Das Bett war so unfassbar gemütlich, der Ausblick unglaublich und vom Whirlpool brauche ich gar nicht erst anfangen. Einfach fabelhaft

Nicht so gut gefallen hat mir das TV, Weil man nur YouTube oder die niederländischen Sender schauen konnte. Zudem war das Licht über dem Bett sehr grell was man leider nicht ausschalten konnte weil sonst das ganze Licht im Zimmer aus war.
