This house was perfect for my group of 8 golfers staying the weekend to play Sunday river golf course. The location was perfect, 10 mins away from the course with multiple restaurant and very close. The house itself was amazing everyone there had an amazing time!

We enjoyed the atmosphere, enjoyed the hot tub, and the amenities available. In evening, we had a barbecue.

Great property. Very clean and all the amenities needed and then some. Very close to lots of activities and great restaurants. Tucked away in a wooded area so feels very secluded.

Quiet wooded setting, open floor plan, well stocked kitchen. Hot tub and deck were great. (Deck has one board that needs to be replaced.)

Location itself was great, cabin was very nice, tons of room and hot tub was clean. Upstairs bathroom shower had water that would not drain sitting in it when we arrived, which smelled pretty bad by the second day and made the bathroom and nearby bedroom unusable. Also had garbage bags and boxes left on front porch from previous cleaning that also smelled, making us not able to use the porch or open the front windows. Also attracted wildlife which proceeded to strew the garbage across the lawn and make the location feel gross. Called vacasa 3 times and chatted 2 times to which the responses were that “the local team has been made aware of the issue” and then nothing else. I’m so glad they were aware, but cared enough to do nothing about it for the 5 days we were there…

My fiancé and I are from Portland but needed a little getaway from the city and this was perfect. Felt secluded and close to some of our favorite hiking spots and a couple of good breweries. It was way too big for the two of us but loved that we had a private jacuzzi and will definitely be back with some friends or family. The camera pointing at the jacuzzi and front of the house was a little strange and the upstairs shower didn’t drain well so we used the one downstairs which worked great. Otherwise it was really just perfect,

Color of trees. Warm inside. Hot tub didn't work and that was main reason we picked this place. They said someone was alerted, but nothing got fixed/happened and we were disappointed.

The area was lovely. Home was situated in a nice quiet spot.

I really liked the modern cabin feel to the place. The hot tub was great as well. Why 4 stars was no air conditioning, it was very hot upstairs during the day so we spent a lot of time downstairs.

The location is great! We visited in between leaf peelers and winter ski season. Quiet and calm.
The house is well appointed and comfortable for the 2 of us. It certainly would be comfortable for 4 or 6.
We enjoyed the hot tub! My granddaughter visited and loved playing around on the rocks and riding her little bike down the jills in the driveway and lawn.
Thanks for a memorable experience. We appreciated the cleanliness and the Vacasa contact.
Highly recommend.

Stayed 3 nights. Cabin was Super clean and very comfortable. Hot tub was in perfect order. BBQ grill was also perfect and had extra tank.
Great place really felt like home, tv with all the channels.. kitchen was well equipped with all essentials. Very private location and ultra Quiet. There was also I nice fire pit there. 2 full bathrooms so clean!!!!
Only issues I had was there was No communion with the owner or host...I tried many times with a few Questions had but no answer... and that the security camera was pointing "directly" as the Hot tub.. .. I would have given a 5 star rating if it was not for the camera and lack of communication.

Great House in the Woods!
My family and I had a great time staying at this house. Lots of room to stretch out, amazing jacuzzi, handy grill for cooking outdoors, and pretty much everything else you need for an awesome stay! The beds were decently sized, but some of the mattresses had a memory foam topper that sunk during the night, which was a bit uncomfortable. It's located in the woods with lots of privacy, but super close to hiking trails and Sunday River Ski Resort. Highly recommended and would stay again!

Cute & Cozy
This was such a relaxing place to get away. The area is very quiet - even though there are houses around you generally can't hear anything from them.

Nice place
The house was so beautiful both inside and outside. The Check-in process was smooth and straight forward. The location is quite and cool. Love the place. The main and only issue we had was the AC. There is no AC in the property and I don't think its mentioned in the listing. The place is so hot during summer, they have provided portable ACs for the 2 bedrooms but the living room was always hot, no matter if you keep the windows open or close, they were always hot.
Maybe this is a great place for fall or winter. For summer we will have to watch out.
Other than this, we didn't have any other issues.
