ONE OF THE BEST BEACH AND OCEAN VIEW CONDOS AT SEASCAPE.
this is a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath, deluxe condo. Two, private balconies with whitewater and beach views and beautiful sunsets. A well equipped kitchen, an electric BBQ, access to 3 swimming pools and spas, a resort bar and restaurant, and easy beach access. Golf, fitness center and tennis are available at a reasonable cost. The Village includes a coffee shop, pizza parlor, Chinese restaurant, a grocery store, Mexican restaurant and more.
The property is ONLY CLEANED BEFORE ARRIVAL AND AFTER DEPARTURE. There are no daily housekeeping services currently being provided.
Contactless access to the condo eliminates the need to check-in at the front desk of the resort! Simply park your car in front of the condo; An access code will be provided allowing you access to the unit. The code will be sent to you with a “Welcome Guide” a few days prior to your arrival. We provide hand soap, dish soap, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. In addition, we provide complimentary personal soaps and shampoos; Beach towels are also provided, as are beach chairs. Please don't forget to bring your own sun screen.
AIRBNB and VRBO guests are considered “owner's guests” with free access to pools and jacuzzis. However, Bonfire usage and golf cart services are no longer being provided to AirBNB/VRBO guests.

This place was everything I was looking for! The master bedroom opens up to the ocean, and you are protected from the breeze. To the right of the property there is a trail to take you to the beach, takes about 7 minutes 1 way. The beds were super comfortable, loved the fire place, loved the bottle of wine! Communication was awesome. Definitely will stay here again.

The condo was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated it offered a very quiet private stay. The balcony’s over looking the ocean offered beautiful sunsets and even a few visits from some cute deer on the lawn. We’ve stayed in this unit before and plan our vacation around the available of this unit. We’ve stayed in other and this one is by far our favorite. Dennis & Cyndie

This condo is absolutely gorgeous. The view was incredible and the location (right next to the steps to the beach) was perfect. The condo had everything we needed, beach chairs, sand toys, towels, coloring books, and a welcome bottle of wine. My interactions with Lisa were like speaking with a good friend. She was wonderful and made me feel at home. I will definitely be back!

We really loved this rental. The owner John is very considerate. I was renting here because of a funeral and asked John for a later check out and he was able to give it to me! No problem. I loved all the nice little touches. For example, cozy blankets by the fireplace and there were to go cups for your coffee in case you want to take it on the beach. Loved the little snacks and wine. Also, the place is beautiful - would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The size, view and updated decor were all so great:) We were attending a wedding at Seascape and were so grateful to be able to have what we needed, a calm place, comforts of home, access to beach. Only downsides so tiny, hardly worth a mention (auto on lights in bathroom annoying, no ice maker). Extremely well-done - hope we can come back:)

Two couples had a great time at this gorgeous two-bedroom condo. It was even more spacious than the pictures displayed. Everything was spotless! It was nice having two good sized bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The extra half bath downstairs was a plus. We were celebrating our birthdays and the bottle of wine was really appreciated. We enjoyed easy access to The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park for a hike. The town of Aptos is close by with some good restaurants (Cafe Sparrow and Mentone). Best of all, the ocean views were great! I highly recommend this condo for a get-away.

This property was very clean upon arrival. 4 quality beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as a few beach toys too. Good location for pool access. Beautiful views from balconies. Very enjoyable stay.

What a relaxing and restful experience! This property provided everything we needed and more. The view is stunning with easy beach access. The property was so clean and still had all of the comforts of home. Check in was seamless and communication with the property owners was easy. We hope to return to this Seascape paradise/home away from home soon.

The condo was a wonderful size with extra bed options for a larger group. The decor is tasteful, the amenities very thoughtful (coffee, tea, modern appliances , dinnerware, cooking materials, beach gear, games, etc). The view is fabulous with a short walk to the actual beach. I would definitely recommend this delightful condo. A special shout out for the popcorn as we all loved the snack.

I’ve been staying at Seascape for decades and I’ve never stayed in a better unit. The location, the view, the decor (very well done), the quality of the kitchen equipment, comfortable furniture, the thoughtful touches by the owner… everything! They truly thought of everything. We will be back!

Pretty much as advertised. We had a small hiccup with check-in as the housekeepers were behind schedule but the host was very apologetic. Overall a wonderful weekend and we’d love to stay here again in the future.

Even with an atmospheric river happening, we had the loveliest time here! This condo is a little piece of paradise. We spent so much time gazing at the ocean from the very nicely decorated living room. The kitchen has all you need and the hosts are so thoughtful and generous with providing basics such as coffee and tea and also a bottle of wine! The beds are so comfy too. We also really appreciated how clean the condo is. Everything was just perfect and we can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay. The real thing was better than the pictures! Loved the views! We were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine and everything we needed was there for us. We spent a lot of time on the beach and made good use of the sand toys, umbrella and chairs. It was 2 stories, which gave us privacy and quiet in the bedrooms upstairs…..We will definitely come back!

Even tho it mostly rained the whole time we were there, we did manage to get to the beach once. I was so surprised at the length of walk to the beach! It was hard for me as a person who has limited mobility. We enjoyed the space and had a good time with our grandkids. We also felt very safe from the big storm, as it rumbled all around us but seemed to miss us but for the rain. The stay was lovely. The owners were quick to respond to our needs. Thank you.

We've stayed in several units in Seascape over the years. This one really has it all. Well equipped throughout, including beach towels/chairs and toys; it's close to the pool and has an updated kitchen. I highly recommend unit 52 and we'd love to come back.

I stayed here last weekend with two girlfriends for a ladies weekend. Communication from the owner was great and he was able to accommodate an early check in which I appreciated. The resort is a bit older but this unit has been updated and was well stocked with everything we needed. Things like swim towels and beach chairs were really nice to have. And they left us a bottle of wine and some chocolates which was a really nice touch. It was great to sleep with the door open and listen to the waves. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

We had an amazing time. We had to change our original dates and the owners made the process so easy. The property is wonderful. There were little surprises throughout that made the place stand out to us…coffee, hot coco mix and creamer for us to use, games and cards available, books, everything we could need for the beach. The place was very comfortable and we look forward to coming back in the future!

This property is hands down the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The pictures John and Lisa provided depict precisely how everything was and if anything it was even better in person. John and Lisa also couldn’t have been more of a pleasure to work with and I can’t thank them enough for letting us use their gorgeous condo and also making it such a stress free process. They helped make our girls trip perfect and I can’t wait to come back and enjoy some time by the ocean again. The good spots to eat around there too are so good and there’s definitely something for everyone. Thank you again John & Lisa for providing such an a beautiful place for us to enjoy for the weekend.

John and Lisa's condo was absolutely stunning! We were over the moon when we arrived and saw the incredible view. This has to be the best view in the entire resort! The condo was immaculate and very spacious. We were a family of two adults and two children and had plenty of extra space. The beds were so comfortable. They had their condo stocked with everything imaginable from sand toys to beach chairs. We loved cooking in their kitchen. I can't express how much we all loved this experience. We definitely plan to come back and rent their condo! Thank you so much, John and Lisa!

The location is excellent for road trips along the coast and we specifically chose this unit for its stunning view of the water and beach as well as the short walk from the front door to the path to the beach. The unit itself was perfect for a family of five. Even though there were only two bedrooms, there was also a separate den off the side with its own bathroom that was perfect for a third space/sleeping area. The two bedrooms were large and also had their own bathrooms. It was perfect- we would definitely stay here again!
