This is a perfect place for a relaxing getaway to the beach at the world renowned Seascape Resort. This condo has a wonderful location on the North Bluff with a rare floorpan that offers bigger living room floor to ceiling type windows.
This villa has an open floor plan and extra windows that allow for natural light. Enjoy the amazing views from your living room or balcony. The entire living space is on one floor and a large living room for entertaining.
Villa Features include:
* Amazing Ocean Views
* Two bedrooms
* Two fulls baths (one with tub and one with shower)
* Full kitchen (with toaster, blender, microwave, stove, oven). Ocean views from the kitchen.

Seascape is minutes from downtown Capitola which features shopping, beach, great restaurants, wine tasting and great entertainment for all! Santa Cruz is just 10 to 15 mins away where you can enjoy the boardwalk, wharf, concerts, and restaurants.
Starter supply of toiletries, dish & dishwasher soap, paper towel roll provided. Initial supply is not replenished.
Some amenities such as golf cart rides, room service, and fire-pit set up for a min. $100 fee are not available to our guests. Only guests who book through the front desk are offered these services. Our pricing reflects the amenities you do not have access to.

We were very pleased with checking in early, all the amenities were spot on, we had plenty of space for our check in, my wife was particularly happy with dining set up, we did not pack a high chair but in one of the chairs was perfect height for my 2 year old to sit at the table, my 8 and 9 year olds were like we love it here it we want to live here, lol and my 16yr old had her own space in the other bedroom, we enjoyed having 2 bathrooms with our family size came in handy big time, the pool was basically right outside, we loved our whole stay and would definitely book again!

My family and I stayed for 3 nights. This location is beautiful, you get the beauty of the forest walking along the paths, surrounded by the coast. The best of both worlds. The condo was just as seen in the pictures and the owners were great communicators. Pleasant experience all around!

Setting was lovely & a nice place to be after spending time in Santa Cruz, Monterey and Carmel and traffic getting there - there great places to eat in Aptos close by, as are grocery stores - Marianne’s for ice cream is a must! There is a village across the street from the complex with a small market & shops
to check out too -
Grounds are beautiful & pools and hot tubs are well-maintained - very quiet & staff were very friendly and helpful

This condo is perfect for a getaway! Comfy beds and amenities. We always love Seascape, this quiet location has good ocean views and easy access to everything. The pool across the parking lot, (too cold for us this trip, but others were swimming!), multiple beach access trails, walk to the village shops, market and restaurants. Aptos and Santa Cruz are very close for more beaches and exploring!

Enjoyed having extra space. Had hoped Gr daughter could sleep over one night but unfortunately she came down with a bug. Enjoyed pool for a short visit due to it being too cold but enjoyed warming up in bathtub!! Enjoyed fireplace as well as deer from the deck. Deck furniture too large to be useful, but all else great. We will return

Beautifully appointed & very comfortable - nice ocean view. Easy to check in & hosts great to communicate with. Both bedrooms are almost side by side and there are two bathrooms. The couch in the living room pulls out to a queen size bed, which fit our teenage son without issue.
The beach access is pretty steep and a bit of a long walk, fyi. But the views are lovely from the condo!
Lots of restaurant options within walking distance, including a coffee shop & market to buy basic groceries.
We walked over to the main Seascape lodge to go to dinner and sat outside. (Recommend reservations in advance.) All very nice! I would definitely stay again. Being located in the Seascape resort - this view also looks straight over at the lodge event area so there was a wedding the night of our stay and the music carries over was quite loud. I personally enjoyed the music and they had it off by 9pm, but if you are looking for a really quiet location, this may depend on the resort's event schedule. All in all - this is a very nice condo and I would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo with amazing views. The area is great for kids, there is a pool and a hot tub and the beach in front of the complex is gorgeous. We had a wonderful trip and can't wait to go back!

We had a great stay at this condo but what really made our vacation was the communication and the kindness of Julie! Our other rental fell through the night before we were suppose to leave for vacation. I emailed Julie around 1030 at night in desperation and not only did she respond, she made sure the rental was cleaned and was ready for our arrival in less than 24 hours on Christmas Day! I can't thank you enough! We enjoyed the amazing views and the convenience of the beach being just a short but beautiful 5 minute walk away! The location was perfect for traveling up and down the coast! The condo was extremely clean and there was everything there we needed including kitchen items and bathroom needs. Julie was truly amazing and saved our vacation! Thank you!!

If you have ever stayed at Seascape resort, you know how amazing the property is by itself— wonderful amenities, close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores, and of course, lovely walk paths to the beach. Seascape is top of the line and this property falls short of the notable Seascape reputation.
During the booking process, we paid the initial amount for the deposit and the second part was to be paid a month before our stay, as expected. However, the second payment was requested to be mailed via check, not the norm for VRBO. I mailed the check and was later charged for the amount on my credit card. This inconsistency lead to an additional fee to cancel the check.
On the day of our arrival, less than 24 hours before the issue, the hosts sent a message saying the water was going to be turned off from 9 am to 2 pm. Not only was this unacceptable, but we could not stay at the condo and use the amenities included. While I’m sure the hosts were only considering running water, we could not use the toilets, cook with water, or use the washing machine. After messaging the hosts, they offered $100 for a meal or the use of a nearby unit if we needed running water. While this seems like an agreeable fix, the inconvenience was far greater, especially the hosts’ lack of sentiment toward the issue.
The property itself is dated. The wall paper has tears, the floor transition strip was broken, and kitchen cabinets needed attention. As mentioned before, definitely not Seascape quality.
While it is certainly a rental property, it would be far worthwhile to avoid this location. The additional fees, property hosts, and property itself are mediocre at best when paying for a luxury stay.

The views from this condo are awesome, and we enjoyed the deer that would come to visit in the mornings and evenings. The walk to the beach was a bit long but worth it. The pool and hot tub are close and were never crowded.
The condo itself needs some attention. The kitchen was disorganized and not well-stocked. We found take-out packets of soy sauce, parmesan cheese, ketchup, etc. in almost every cabinet and drawer, and multiple stacks of dirty looking napkins. We wanted to make scrambled eggs one morning and had to use a sauce pan to whip them-no mixing bowl. There was one dish towel in the kitchen. (We flew to CA so dish towels were not something we were going to pack.)
The furniture/furnishings are in need of some upgrades. We had planned for my son to sleep on the sofa sleeper, but the mattress was so thin we had the kids share the King bed. When we picked up the coffee table to move it out of the way of the sofa bed, 2 of the feet fell off. Overall, everything looks a bit dated.
Views were great but for what we paid we were expecting a bit better.
