Ok stay watch out on deposit

Nothing wrong with house everything was fine.

Charged £60 for cleaning after myself and other work colleagues who were staying there had left the place clean. I was told there was mud on the floor how has that cost £60? Asked host to provide pictures of the "mess" but sent me a picture of towels obviously used and told they had to be thrown away, but as a "gesture of good will" host didn't charge for towels. ***Watch out on deposit anyone booking this accommodation. *** Very disappointing

Good price and suited our needs

The price was very good and suited our needs. The house was lovely and clean and the host was friendly and helpful

The lack of parking was the biggest problem also the fact there is only one bathroom for so many guests

Host is amazing. Location good.

The host drove me to the supermarket. She was amazing. It was very clean, excellent kitchen. Location was okay. 5 minutes to the bus stop. 5 stops to the train station.

The stairs were a bit steep. Otherwise was great.

Basic, fine if you just need somewhere to lay your head.

clean. beds were comfortable. kitchen well-stocked with equipment.

The parking was 7 minutes away from the actual property. We had elderly people with us so this was hugely inconvenient. when we complained to the owner and pointed out that there is a possibility of parking outside the house with a visitor permit in a marked bay she called me “rude and out of order”. She also told me to never book her house again. Additionally, the house is clearly set up for student rental during term time. The furniture was cheap flat-pack, often stained or marked, walls were marked or had peeling paint and there was mould in the shower. There was no plug in the bathroom sink so the men found it hard to shave. The bathroom door didn’t open properly, again difficult for our elderly guests, and the floorboards on the stairs and landing made a huge amount of noise, waking everyone in the house each time someone went to the bathroom in the night.

Spacious and well equipped house with everything we needed!

Well equipped house with nice little touches here and there. Nice area with adventure playground and park down the road. Shops v close. House was immaculate and beds v comfy! Great communication with Amina who was very helpful.

A friendly host who welcomed us to the property. Bright comfy rooms with good beds.

Large, comfortable house with nice bright rooms.

Unfortunately the bath taps weren't working and the second toilet was outside and rather cold.

Comfortable, clean and spacious. Host easy to communicate and very helpful.

Nice, well equipped house. Spacious bedrooms. Just over a mile from the city centre so easy to access restaurants, pubs etc.

no small sauce pans. oven not working properly. more cutlery, a house to sleep 8 only had 6 of each knives and forks.

Would recommend, lovely accommodation in quiet estate.

Comfortable, homely and well equipped accommodation. Kitchen had everything you'd need for both short and extended stay - washing machine, range-style oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. Also the useful bits like coffee, tea and butter make it easy to settle in.

Clean and quiet area

Only had one key for the front door and it just hung open unless it was locked so going anywhere had to involve somebody else locking the door behind you and you taking the only key so they couldn't go out as the door would be left hanging open Doors all had closers attached and banged shut not good going to the toilet in the middle of the night. Shower cubicle is very small could not bend over to wash lower part of legs had to squat. Live power cable to shower unit surface mounted in shower cubicle isn't safe. Oven is so large it took three times longer to heat up and cook anything. Fan in bathroom was very noisy Was charged for a stain on a plastic tablecloth that may have been there already as table was used once to eat cereal, the whole point of a plastic tablecloth is to avoid stains and its purpose was to take the wear and tear to save the table.
