I was a little skeptical on the location at first but it turned out to be a great stay. It was quiet besides a couple of rooster crows in the morning. Check in and out was easy. The duplex was very clean and had everything needed.
I will definitely stay again when I’m in the Citrus Park area.

Very nice new duplex. Spacious, newly built. Very clean. The location of the actual duplex is a little ‘colorful’, but the location in regard to dining, shopping, the stadium, the beaches is excellent. It is right in the middle of everything.

Our exp was pleasant. Only negative was the living room furniture was not very comfortable. Everything else was very nice.

Perfect and clean and close to sightseeing
The home was spotless and spacious. Perfect for our trip to the area. 20 mins to Busch Gardens and about 35-40 mins to St Petersburg for the Dali Musuem and Chihuly exhibit. Great restaurants nearby like Zoe’s kitchen and China wok. I brought my own detergent to do a load of clothes on the trip. Lovely coffee station set up in the kitchen and beds were super comfy. Thank you for such a lovely stay! Highly recommend and would stay again on a future trip.

Amazingly cozy, clean, accommodating, nearby anything you need while in town. Definitely I’ll return
Melkis is an excellent host!!!
Everything and more what a host should be. Checking in was a breeze, the place was immaculate! She had a few little details waiting for us which was a nice surprise.
The place is conveniently located nearby everywhere we needed to go to.
Our Daisy (dog) had a blast sniffing around the front and back yards :)
We will be definitely recommending this place to our friends and family.
