This 3 bedroom,2 bathroom house is located in a safe, family neighborhood on a cul-de-sac corner. There is plenty to do nearby with easy access to expressways, downtown, beaches, and theme parks. Although the area has plenty to explore, you may just enjoy hanging on the hammock, playing games, watching TV, or lounging in the hot tub. For kids of all ages (or adults), we provide toys, books, and games. There is also a computer work station, coffee bar, ping pong table, magnetic dart board, video games, and poker. We also want to welcome you to our respectful and responsible community. We are pleased to inform you that this property is committed to Rent Responsibly standards. Great house in a PERFECT location! Literally right across the road from a Wal-Mart for all your needs, but you would never know it by being outside at the home! Nice and private at an end lot

The house was stocked with games and goods that kept our family entertained all week. It was close enough to everything fun for the kids and after a lon day out at parks beaches and traveling we came home to a relaxing hot tub, games on the patio a comfortable couch and comfortable beds to reset for the next day.

We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. Very close to Walmart and the airport. We travelled with our kids. They enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table on the patio. Plenty of beds to sleep.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very clean. There were clear instructions and everything in the kitchen was labelled and easy to find. Didn't get to use the backyard as much due to the weather but we did enjoy the hot tub and ping pong table. Close access to Walmart and other stores for any necessary supplies.

The neighborhood was nice. That’s the only positive thing I can say. Upon arrival it was apparent that the house had not been thoroughly cleaned. A rush job was done. The sheets had stains and long hair on the beds. Many things were broken and in disrepair. The shower curtain liners were slimy and disgusting. There was marijuana on the kitchen table placemats. There was popcorn under one of the beds and there was an ant infestation. The exterior and yard are nice, but neither has been tended to. It’s obvious that the host is just trying to make money and has not done anything to manage the upkeep of the home. I’m sure the host will respond and say that my expectations are unreasonable. But I have pictures. I don’t think wanting a clean place to have my family stay is unreasonable. And I’m a host on multiple platforms as well so I have firsthand knowledge of expectations. The host did offer to have someone come in during our stay to repair a few things, but the repairs should have been done beforehand. We didn’t want to have people coming in and out of the house. If that’s the case we would have opted for a hotel stay and not a private home. Beware when booking this home and come with cleaning supplies and bug spray.

We’re local but live in a small home. This property allowed us and our grown children (and grand baby) to share the holiday together. The house had lots of room, was very clean and the temperature dropped down to help us enjoy the hot tub even more. Highly recommend. Brooks Family

We had a great stay here. It was generally pretty quiet and peaceful. Everything was labeled well and easy to find. We Loved the Fling Shot game set up in the dart board outside. We had a small issue but the owner was all over it and made everything right! Would definitely stay there again.

This home is nicely appointed and furnished. Everything is clearly labeled and we seemed to have all we needed. The home was clean, the linens were soft and the home is thoughtfully laid out. Only thing less than 5 stars is location, while it is exactly what we expected knowing the area I would not want to mislead anyone. It is a basic neighborhood. But don’t let that deter you from renting. Ryan/owner is very responsive and accommodating.
