Welcome to our lake house in Tampa.
The screened backyard oasis is a great entertainment space for family and friends to enjoy the saltwater and heated swimming pool, or challenge in a ping pong tournament. It also has a small golf putter green space by the pool. Afterwards, enjoy the BBQ with the gas grill and lounge on the poolside chairs under the warm Florida sun. Enjoy the beautiful sunset by the lake while your family gather by the fire pit at night.

This house was perfect for my work trip. I brought my 18 year-old and a friend of hers with me and they had a blast. The pool and accessories are perfect for entertainment. The house is very well decorated and the beds are very comfortable.

We had the best stay! The house was just as advertised. The pool area was our favorite place to hang out. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

The property was very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. My boys enjoyed playing in the heated pool during December and even caught a bass in the nearby pond. Property manager was very responsive and everything was lovely.

House was perfect for our family. We loved the pool which was warm enough even for late December swims. The kitchen well stocked. Very clean and comfortable house. Pictures accurately show each room. Liked having game room and ping pong table on the deck. Thank you to the host for good communication.

We had the best time staying at this home. We had everything we needed and more. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. John responded to every question I had immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

A group of 8 of us stayed for a combination bachelor party/NFL game (we’re in our late 30’s so the bachelor party aspect was fairly tame). The house was a perfect fit for our purposes. John was responsive and accommodating in getting us into the property early on day of check-in. Just be prepared to Uber everywhere as the house is deep in a neighborhood northwest of the airport. We were making day trips to clearwater and st pete, so the location kind of triangulated these with Raymond James Stadium. The pool area was great. The only way it could be better is with a TV to watch sports.

This house was perfect for our size group. We used the pool sooooo much. The kids really enjoyed the game room and all the outdoor activities on the patio. Communication with the owner was great. He responded to all my messages in a very timely manner. Would definitely consider staying there again.

John was very accommodating and friendly. There’s absolutely nothing that we needed that wasn’t at the house. We had a little hiccup but he fixed it RIGHT away. We wished the grill worked and was cleaned because we love to barbecue but, other than that it was a great stay.

Had a great time on at the property. Over the last 2 weeks before travelling I had a few questions for John. He always got back to me quite promptly. We got into Tampa a day early and stayed at a hotel so I asked if we could get in an hour early or so. John said sure, once the cleaning was done. He messaged me when it was ready. So, much appreciated. Pictures looked exactly like the property. Once at the backyard we never saw or heard from a neighbour. Very quiet. I gave the property a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness. A half point for the pool being quite dirty on our day of arrival (Sunday), but, the pool guy showed up on Monday, as mentioned in our package. Gave us a spotless pool. Second thing, for a half point is the white property fence is in rough shape with some boards either missing or in half. Totally fine for us but 4 out of 5 seems fair. Tons of amenities, such as outback beer fridge and large tub for cold drinks, pong table, cornhole, great inside fridge with ice maker. All around a real good spot and we had a great time. Played golf at Plantation Palms GC. 30 mins North. $44 with a cart. great Irish pub for the 19th hole.

We had 11 adults stay for a long weekend when attending the Frozen Four hockey tournament. Easy to and from the airport and downtown, in a very quiet neighborhood. The host, John, was very responsive and helpful with our questions. We would stay again.

Stayed here for our annual golf trip. About a 15-20 minute drive from the airport and at least three different golf courses. Great communication from John from the start and we were even able to check in a little early!
