Our large family home is centrally located in Tampa Bay with easy access to major expressways ,tourist attractions, and airport. Downstairs there's a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and game room. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Outside there's a large fenced yard w/basketball court, fire pit, covered patio seating, bbq grill, non-heated swimming pool and separate hot tub.

The house was perfect for what we needed. Pool and hot tub was a plus. Plenty of space for us all and plenty of things to do while our stay. No issues and the hosts were excellent in communication and pleasant to work with. I would stay again the next time we visit our daughter in Tampa.

The house has great amenities. Very clean, great water pressure & hot water. The beds were comfortable. The hosts were very responsive & friendly. I had two teenage boys with me & they loved the house. The basketball goal was a big plus.

Me and a few of my good friends stayed for four nights to see Yankees spring training. The house was everything we needed and more. First let me say that the backyard with the pool and hot tub was one of the best parts. Second the house had everything labeled for you so you weren’t looking for anything at all. I mean, they labeled the light switches and what they do. Lastly, but honestly the most important the house was super clean. There where some many different places to sleep as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better rental. The host was also very responsive anytime we had to contact them. This rental is a must if staying in the Tampa area. Definitely a 5 star rental for a group of friends or a family with young kids.

While this home may look and be incredible, the owners are not easy to work with, slow to respond, and were not accommodating to a fair resolve. Due to an unexpected emergency we were not able to fulfill our stay but we did pay in full on time. The owners could care less. We sought a half price refund which is fair but they refused and haven’t responded since. Like I said, this place may be great but the owners lack empathy and understanding, For those reasons alone, I suggest you keep looking.

We had an awesome experience at the house. The hosts were very communicative and responsive with all of our questions. The house was well stocked with extra towels, blankets, etc. Kids had a great time with the pool, hot tub and game room . Everything was super clean, and you can tell a lot of effort and care goes into managing this property. Would highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful!! Perfect home for families. The grandkids enjoyed the yard and the playroom. It was fully equipped with everything for every day life. Would stay here again. 💥💥💥💥💥

House was neat, spacious and comfortable. The two times we needed help the property manager had Someone help us within 15 minutes. Jacuzzi was amazing and the basketball court was a great source of fun for us.

Location great, communication great, amenities great. Only issues are pool is freezing cold, but they note it in description - so we didn't use it once while there. You can also tell animals are permitted in home. Children were ecstatic about # of games available, and my husband was able to rent a mountain bike nearby at recommendation of hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our group of 7. Easy commute to the airport and the Amalie Arena where we attended an event. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. The neighborhood was nice - close to grocery store, dining options and an escape room which we did twice. Game room, patio and provided snacks were all an added bonus! The owners were super easy to work with!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need. We traveled with 5 teen boys and they absolutely loved the basketball court , game room, and pool. We will come back again.

Had an amazing weekend at this house! It was very accommodating and everyone enjoyed the stay as much as I did. The pool came in CLUTCH after long days in the heat. I highly recommend this place!

We had a mixed group of parents, early twenties and teenagers. We loved staying here! There were lots of activities to entertain us even when we decided not to venture out. The pool and hot tub were great! We also enjoyed bag tournaments, putting tournaments, basketball tournaments and video game tournaments. We had a blast and we would reccomend this place to anyone travelling in the area!

I got this property for my team and I while playing in World's tournament. There was 9 of us and we had plenty of room. The house had alot to do and kept up entertained while we were there. Hosts were easy to get ahold of when I had questions and made things super easy. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We loved our stay at this property! They have many different board games and other gaming systems to utilize. We also really enjoyed the backyard (pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, basketball court, and miniature putting green). They also provide all items such as putters, golf balls, basketballs, and other sporting goods! What else can you ask for? The property was very clean and exactly as promised in the pictures and description. We would definitely stay here again!

We traveled from NY to watch the Bills/Bucs game (Go Bills). Everything was exactly as the pictured and that the descriptions stated. Perfect location to easily get to and from the stadium. The house was well equipped both indoors and outdoors. The owners were courteous and easy to communicate with.

Grandkids loved the game room and hot tub. We would have appreciated a heated pool. The backyard was great! My grandchildren watered the plastic plants. The pull out bed smelled like urine. The house seemed as though it was a quick clean not necessarily Covid clean. The kitchen was not organized according to the labels. There was not a whisk in the place. Also, the refrigerator smelled sour. We had a good time. Just a few things to tweak. The grandchildren loved their special bedroom. Also the nearby beach and Busch Gardens were winners. The airplanes not so much although it was convenient for those who flew to Tampa. While we appreciated the thought behind drinks none of us are beer drinkers. We would have appreciated soft drinks instead. Again, we would stay here again, but we would like a few things tweaked.

This property was well maintained and accommodated all of our needs! The host was there if or whenever we needed him and very communicative! The kids really enjoyed the game room and even though we couldn't enjoy the pool area as we would have liked, we enjoyed the views. The hurricane pushed us out earlier than scheduled but we definitely enjoyed our stay! We will more than likely be back for our 2022 family vacation. Thanks for being an awesome host!
