Beautiful spacious and clean caravan

Not the caravans fault but the actual site was not disabled or push chair friendly. Two lifts were broken on site, only 1 disabled changing room in the swimming pool and the soft play was also out of action

Amazing, personalised experience from the Hirer. A home away from home.

This really is home away from home. I was able to house me and my brothers family under one cosy roof. Looks are deceiving, from the outset it appears quite small but all very compact and every detail well thought through. The better thing with booking with private hirer is you get the little things like a personalised touches, more utensils and household items making the stay a lot more pleasant and stress free. The hirer was always approachable with any questions and even returned the deposit on the same day!! Cannot wait to stay again in the very near future.

This is nothing to do with the hirer or the caravan we stayed at, but Haven really need seal off the rear access as the main public are able to enter and leave as they please with using the park facilities amongst other things. Another small point to make everyone aware, private hirers do not have automatic haven passes. Because we were only there for 2 nights we couldn’t justify the peak prices to access to the swimming pools. Be sure to stay for more than 2 nights to get the most value out of the haven passed when bought separate.

Short and sweet grandkids wanted to stay longer so would definitely return

Great value excellent host who was very patient when I had trouble with payment kits of little extras on arrival even had board games fir the children real home from home

Fun passes only available for minimum 3/4 nights only there two was expensive to purchase but we was aware before we went

There were not enough utensils in the kitchen. It would be good if they could put some more basic items in the kitchen

Good value for money.

There was everything that you would need to operate as a family eg. Everything you need to cook, prepare clothes, wash etc

They should have made the fact that if you don’t do the dishes you will be charged £30! It’s somewhere in the small print or welcome pack.

Excellent, we would definitely stay again.

From our initial booking throughout our entire stay the hosts were friendly and accommodating, they were quick to respond to any queries/special requests we had. Extremely comfortable and happy with the facilities available.

Nice short break

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. The facilities on site were nice, particularly the swimming pools and evening entertainment. The host was friendly and responsive.

We used this lovely caravan as a base to visit relatives in Bexhill for a belated 90th birthday celebration and it couldn't have been better. The caravan itself is very spacious, immaculately clean and extremely well equipped. All the information we needed was there and Naomi was really helpful with our questions beforehand. There was even a welcome card and sweet treat waiting for us when we arrived. It was also really useful that arrival and departure dates were tailored to us. We'd intended to use Abi Joseph simply for accomodation but, in fact, it was lovely for our granddaughter to enjoy the pools and playgrounds either end of a day out visiting and we had a very nice meal on the terrace of the Mash and Barrel too. We all independently noted how helpful the Haven staff were. They were especially lovely with children. It was an ideal base for us but we wished we'd had more time to enjoy the site and the surrounding area.

There was honestly nothing to criticise. It may help people to know that the site is steep and it's a climb up from the caravan to the facilities but we were fine with that. If you're using ABI Joseph for basically a Haven holiday, you might find a lot of activities and pool slots already booked as Haven customers can book them before they arrive. The swim slots were fully booked during our break but the outdoor pool doesn't require booking and the indoor one has open sessions 6-8pm. Play passes ( which you need for swimming and can buy when you arrive) are expensive if you're not going to spend much time on site. We decided to buy them anyway because it made the trip much more of a holiday for my granddaughter and the caravan was much more affordable than other accomodation we'd considered.

The area was very nice, was quiet all around. It was very clean ,honestly we were very surprised how clean and comfortable was during our stay. You got different store around 5-10 mins, you can come without any food as you can find everything there as you got supermarket around.

The place was great but the " neighbours " seagulls are very annoying :)

Superb caravan and a lovely site couldn’t fault it at all. The booking was straight forward with good communication from the host’s making you feel very welcome.
