Immaculately clean, stylish and high attention to detail.
Parking could be an issue when busier - and not made clear until after booking.

Lovely room, well appointed and nice bathrooms, loved the bathrobes and linens! Breakfast was awesome, great food and choice of options. Very centrally located but quiet in the evenings too. Honour bar was a lovely idea and the welcome upon check in was fantastic!
Room was a little cold.

Highly recommended. Everything was excellent! The welcome, the lobby, the breakfast!! Amazing!
The only thing i can really comment about is the bed. Its too small for two normal sized people :)

Fantastic greeting with welcome drink, map of the area with recommendations of where to eat, drink, shop. Beautiful building, thoughtfully decorated and equipped and within walking distance of Old Town. Enjoyed conversation with hosts Susie and Tina. Fab breakfast and easy going atmosphere. Made to feel welcome everywhere we went in Old Town. Will return and recommend.
Only negative was TV a bit too small for the room which isn't a problem if you don't watch TV whilst away. Didn't spoil our visit though.

Fantastic vibe and ambience.
Food was excellent.
Staff so friendly and took time to get to know their clientelle.. Nothing was too much trouble.
Would certainly stay there again and fully intend to do so.
Faultless location - I had forgotten that gems like this actually exist.
Faultless.

The hosts were really kind and helpful during our stay. When we arrived we were offered drinks and sat by the fireplace, that definitely win me over. The room was massive, very clean and nice decorated. We had biscuits, tea and coffee in the room. We done a massage in the treatment rooms, must say that was magic, they done a really great job and I want to go back for sure.
The breakfast was included and was divine, several options and really good ones.
My partner wasn't feeling so well and they offered us an extra night on the house, this was very kind.
If you are looking for a nice place to stay with a treatment room, this is the place.
I couldn't fault anything. This have met my expectation's.

So many good things to say about this hotel - breakfast was excellent, the garden was lovely, room and general facilities all clean, tidy and very well presented
No hot water at bedtime (10pm) unfortunately spoilt our stay, especially having specifically selected a room with a bath. The staff were very helpful, but difficult to get hold of, and were not contactable when we called to report a problem with the hot water. Apologies at breakfast time were all very genuine, but didn't really compensate for our disappointment the previous evening.

Beautiful stay as always, stunning room and delicious breakfast. We are so looking forward to our wedding in September.

lovely atmosphere and great location. The Staff were all pleasant and the breakfast were excellent. The garden was also lovely and the whole place is well designed.
parking was a bit difficult when leaving, the iron board and iron were a bit small.
4.7
Room was comfortable, exceptionally clean and relaxing.
Breakfast was high quality, tasty and relaxing.
The ONLY small issue was no lock on bathroom door, simply fixed no doubt.

Breakfast was excellent , amazing choice and quality of ingredients , first class.
The Old Rectory is beautifully furnished and so comfortable . the staff are so welcoming and friendly making your stay more of a home from home and nothing was too much trouble.
4.7
Wide choice at breakfast. Friendly, efficient staff. Convenient location. Good to have Netflix in the room at the end of the day.
4.7
The room. It looked out over the garden and I wish it had been summer, the garden would have been glorious. The ambience of the whole house. Bring greeted with tea and cake in front of an open fire. The breakfast menu. Food was excellent.
My only observation, made to the staff at the time, was that I would have liked a bath mat for the shower. There were no grab rails anywhere. A notice in the bathroom to ask for a mat would be a solution.
4.7
The welcome from Tina and her team
The stylish rooms and the quality of the mattress and linen
The excellent choice at breakfast including homemade bread and marmalade
Overall nothing was too much trouble to make our stay memorable
The weather as we there for storm Eunice
