The 3 acres is magical! Lots of hidden areas to sit and relax, the hammocks under the trees a peaceful spot to read. There were hundreds of baby frogs emerging from the stream and lots of crickets too. We heard wild boar but didn’t catch a glimpse. We used the fire pit on a couple of occasions and toasted the marsh mallows from the welcome pack.
Inside, there is everything for a home from home. All immaculately clean.
The private area outside the property is easily viewed from the drive, making sunbathing a little awkward.

We just returned from a lovely few days at Perivale Lodge. Debbie was great ,and very prompt at responding to any questions before booking/ arriving.
The lodge was spotless and comfortable. The garden area is very generous, secure and perfect for exploring . There are several swings and a hammock. There is also a large very enclosed area at the top of the garden too. The stream is lovely and there are several seating areas around the garden too. The smaller garden area is super secure and the table and chairs ( instead of the circular seating) were great for eating dinner on. There is a gate to the left of the upper area of garden and also a gate to the right of the lower part of the garden which gives direct access to the forest.
The lodge is very near to many attractions ( be mindful of loose sheep 🐑 on route in the roads) Our favourite place was Symmonds Yat where we walked to Blibin Bridge and on return stopped off at the Saracens head before the steep climb back to Symmonds Yat. Symmonds Yat has the most amazing views . We went back on our last day and did another walk. We also did the Sculpture Trail which was lovely . We stopped off at Mallards Lake and also Cannop ponds which were pretty.
We would return in a heartbeat as we and our 3 Border Collies loved it.
Thank you Debbie and Rich. Hope to see you again.
Loved it all

Well presented, modern accommodation with nice outside space.
It would be rather cramped with six adults in the lounge
