This place is an amazing find - overlooking the creek with splendid views of the red rocks heading into Cedar Canyon. The units are especially nice, with a shared breezeway in the middle of the building with ample seating for outdoor dining and fun swings. You can take a nice walk straight out of the units to a path that runs alongside of the creek to a couple of waterfalls.we love staying at the Blacksheep Inn.

Came for the Shakespeare Festival and the sights and this was a perfect place to stay for both. Beautifully appointed unit. Quiet and peaceful and nestled at the base of the red rocks. Property abuts a city trail. Was ideal space to stay and we will be back!

This was the perfect place for our family’s weekend away! It was extremely clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the location was dreamy with a walking path, park, and fun commons area right outside the door. We had a small hiccup with the washing machine, and they were excellent to communicate with and also went above and beyond to get it taken care of. We have definitely found our go-to place to stay when visiting Cedar City!

Recently built,very nice. Good location. Walking trail right off the back porch. Only issue was front door keypad is hard to read. Bring a flashlight to check in after dark. Clay was very responsive.

This place is a must stay if you are visiting cedar city. Right off of Oak creek with a view of the red mountains and across from scenic highway 14, it gets no better than this. The oak creek trail is right off the back steps off the inn. Highly recommended - the property is beautiful, the rooms are immaculate and the views are unmatched.

The Black Sheep Inn was one of the best VRBO's we've ever stayed at. The place was spotless and included everything we needed. The bed was comfy too. The owners answered every question we had very quickly. The area is quiet and Cedar City is a lovely town with all the restaurants and shops we needed. We highly recommend Milts Stage Stop! We would definitely stay at the Black Sheep again.

The property is perfect for families and for families traveling together. There were four families total and all had a great time. Perfect location for national parks and Brian ahead. Accommodations are stellar, communication is on point, and there was even fresh bread to boot! Can’t wait to come back!

We have stayed in Cedar City for years. The Blacksheep Inn has everyone beat by a mile. Clean (oh so clean) quiet and the view is perfect. We have already booked two more stays.

It as new and clean and well planed except... It appears to be a 4plex so you will have noise from your neighbors. I thought it was a duplex(my fault I didn't understand completely) with space in-between, but the West side has two units with a door separating the units. I could hear the other renters quite well. It was interesting as we also felt like we couldn't watch the TV in the west bedroom as we didn't want the other renters to be bothered with the share wall.

My husband and I stayed here for a week of hiking in Bryce, Zion and Cedar Breaks. The property is new, clean, nicely decorated, and in a central location to the parks we visited. The host lives nearby and was very responsive to our questions, even shoveling us out after a heavy, unexpected snowfall. We really appreciated the condo’s location: very near downtown and the Shakespeare Festival, but also backing up to a wonderful walking trail. Highly recommend!

We had to take our oldest child off to college and booked 2 nights at the Black Sheep Inn. This was close enough for me to campus and far enough from campus for our daughter. The inn is such a cute place. The interior is just as pictured. Yes, the bed was as comfy as it looks. Plenty of towels and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. There is an adorable outdoor sitting area for each unit and a shared space as well. We decided that this is the place we will stay when we travel to Cedar City and have to stay over. 100% fantastic little place.

Stayed for a much needed vacation. Very clean and quiet place to stay. Clay was great with getting back to any questions I had, emailed everything we needed before check in. Clay also emailed and thanked us for staying and wished us safe travels. We will be back for another stay soon.

This place was amazing. It was spotless upon arrival and it is brand new. The location was perfect, park next door and paved walking trail out the back yard that goes up the canyon. This property exceeded our expectations in every aspect, would stay here again in a heartbeat!
