We stayed here last weekend when we were here for the Shakespeare Festival. It was a great location for us. The home is very close to the theaters as well as the best restaurants in town. The home was comfortable and well equipped. It’s also in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Michelle - the host was very attentive and responsive. She even offered an early check in for the morning if we wanted at no additional charge - which was very gracious. Next time we’re in town for a stay we will be staying here :)

We really liked Michelle's place. Beautifully designed and comfortable at the same time. 3 adult couples stayed there and we had plenty of room. A 2 minute drive to the theater was very convenient. We definitely will return!

Perfect place to recharge our family of five - my boys loved the basketball court across the street and we all slept so comfortably each night! Michelle is super responsive and friendly. We would most definitely stay here again!

We loved this house and Michelle was ultra responsible when we had questions. The home is very "cute" and was perfect for my wife and daughter. The kitchen was well equipped and the TV had access to numerous streaming services. We used this as a home base for our visit to Zion and Bryce National parks. I would highly recommend this home.

The property has everything you need. It has a small neighborhood feel with modern amenities. Everything was very neat and tidy. Convenience to interstate made travel to the national parks easy. Beds were comfy and linens were soft.

We loved staying at this property. It was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Very nice aesthetic. Close to parks and great restaraunts! Our favorite Cedar City spots are Bristlecone, Park Place Eatery, and El Centro Pizza. Would definitely book this house again for our next trip!

My son is in grad school at SUU and decided to be in a community theater show so we went to see him in the show. I have stayed at several different VRBO's on all my visits and this home is definitely a favorite. Great for 3 or more guests, we had 3 but we all like to have our own rooms.

I can't say enough about this property. This remodeled, updated home sits on a gorgeous yard with a big garden behind the backyard. The inside of the house is so perfectly decorated. There are many fine touches to the inside that bring so much character to the house such as the beautiful wood floors. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The beds are comfortable and the towels and linens are fresh and clean. Best of all this house is SPOTLESS! I can't emphasize enough how clean and fresh this house is. We will definitely rent this property again! One of the best we have rented!

This is a very nice home- very clean, nicely furnished, convenient. BUT the use of several types of HEAVILY SCENTED detergents, air fresheners, and other cleaning products makes it impossible for us to stay there again. My husband has many allergies including chemically scented products. We even brought our own bedding. But this time, it was so bad, we had to leave a day early.

We spent a week with extended family who used to live in Cedar City. They wanted to go back for a visit, so we drove in and made it a family vacation. The house was perfect, with 3 bedrooms for the 5 of us; 2 couples & 1 single. It was very clean and had plenty of good cookware and dishes. One quick trip to the grocery store (a few blocks away) and we were set for the week. Beds and linens were comfortable and there is ample storage in each room for luggage. The seating in front of the house is nice too. My husband and I spent an entire afternoon out there chatting. The reason for 4 stars in one category: When we booked, we thought we had the entire house but there is a neighbor who lives in the basement. She was super nice, but we felt like we had to be quieter than we normally would've been. That said... it was a great place to stay. It's convenient to everything, clean, check in/out was a breeze and the host was responsive and not overbearing. We would stay there again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

My sisters and I saw a couple of plays and hiked Kanara Falls while in Cedar City. This house is in the perfect location for both, plus it's clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed and the owner was communicative and prompt. I would definitely stay again when I'm headed to Southern Utah.

This home is perfectly maintained and very cozy! We were traveling to Cedar City to visit my step-daughter who goes to school in town. The neighborhood felt very safe and the home was well stocked with everything we needed. Definitely would recommend!

The house is very comfortable and is well appointed. It was centrally located between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park with lots of places to visit in between. I would recommend this property.

We stayed 5 nights at Michelle's 3-bedroom place in Cedar City. We loved it and hope to return for the Shakespeare Festival again next year--it's a terrific location for attending this event! It had everything we needed and not all the clutter one frequently finds. Very clean and well cared for. We recommend it without reservation!
