Very comfortable, updated, and had everything we needed for a quick weekend on the island.
Thin walls. The guests in the cottage next to us were fighting and very loud. We heard every word.

Cute cottages, conveniently located by Acadia Park and town. we booked two cabins, one smelled a bit off, musty odor, but was very clean. great communication from staff prior to check in
close to a busy street if noise is an issue for you and the window coverings don’t create 100% privacy

We did not have breakfast. It was clean ,neat and good atmosphere.
Nothing really, had everything we were looking for.

Th place as cute and cozy with a small kitchenette. The outside was really nice with picnic areas and grills for cooking.

Cute little cottage, worked out just well for the two of us and our two dogs.
The kitchen is really tiny (smaller than in our RV lol!) But we made it work and made breakfast and dinner in there. Bed is comfy, kitchen has got all the basics, heater worked well. Location is a few miles outside of downtown Bar Harbor and close to Acadia.
Didn't realize that Bar Harbor pretty much shuts down for the winter (and we were there with Christmas too so even more places were closed). Would love to come back in summer to explore more!

it was convenient for sort of last-minute booking. Quick communications with the manager. They were very proactive with their communication. The kitchen was adequately equipped except it didn’t have a hot water water kettle.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It felt soft and mushy like I was laying on a bunch of beanbag chairs all lined up side-by-side.

I loved the communication between the staff and I on the day of check in. The location is in a quiet area right off the road.
The room was so warm and cozy which I loved but I wish there was a fan in the road.

perfect location-- minutes from town and acadia, great size and value.
i'm sure it was quieter because it's the off season, but my boyfriend and i would definitely come back during another time of the year!!!

Easy check in. Very clean, bright, comfortable room with a goats milk soap. Very nicely decorated. The heat pump makes it easy to set the temperature to your liking...super comfortable. Keurig machine with Starbucks coffee and half-and-half...not powdered creamer! Nice location with super easy access to downtown Bar Harbor and very close to Acadia National Park, yet far enough away from town to get some peace and quiet. I was very impressed with the quiet and the comfort. Contactless check-in if you do not have a pet with you; however, I had my service companion. Communication was via booking.com messaging and via text messages. There was an awesome fire pit and some extra wood available, a hammock, and some wonderful Maine fresh air! I loved my stay here, and would do so again and again! The adjoining road was very nice to talk a morning walk on before the sun came up.
A bathroom window covering would offer some privacy from the 2nd floor window of the house behind the cottage (or the thought of a trail cam)! There were no prior instructions or response on how to pay the $22 or $20 pet fee (I was given two prices...one on booking.com messaging and one via text), and just paid cash at the office when I arrived though not on my receipt. As a paying customer, I prefer to have all paid charges on my receipt, not just the ones I paid for with my credit card.

Cabin was a bit small, but very comfortable. Coffee maker leaked, but was replaced immediately. Staff was great! Just wish the weather was a little drier so we could have taken advantage of the fire pits. Our ittle dog was very happy there.

Nicely updated cottages 10 minute drive north of Bar Harbor downtown. 5 minutes from Acadia Park entrance. Bathroom and bed good. Nice to have a couch, fridge and coffee machine. Would stay here again.
Restaurants are mainly in town so you need to drive a bit to have a good meal.

Small but super clean, all updated, contactless so I cannot comment on the staff. Access to Acadia was super convenient. Short walk to the water.

Location is great. A short drive to the downtown area. The contactless check-in is one of my favorite features for the simplicity of after a long day of traveling you simply walk into your room. Rooms are incredibly quaint. The property has great outside area with fire pits and grills for an early morning coffee or an evening fire
My cottage was on the smaller side but still adequate for my needs. Some wall hooks by the door and bathroom would’ve been helpful
