This place was not great. Bathroom needed some work, needs a full size fridge and internet was spotty. Very disappointed.

Overall, the property was very clean in a quiet place. The refrigerator setup was a little weird. Instead of stopping the countertop so a regular unit could be there they put 2 compact units under the counter. There was an older fridge in the garage so I had a place to put frozen stuff I had. really didn't need the extra counter for anything. The TV was a piece of crap needs to be changed. On the good side the bed was comfy the backyard was really nice I have a dog with me and we had room to play fetch. The beach and a nice park were not far away. Overall I would stay there again especilly if they putin a new TV.

We had a nice stay at the Meredith. The house is cute and gives a beachy vibe. It was unfortunate that the dryer was broken and that there is no decent freezer in the house. If you plan to go with 2 families, parking will be an issue. The house was very clean and comfortable.

Great location to the beaches and surrounding area. Kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as we had hoped, but we made do. Comfortable beds and overall a great stay for a couple or small family to stay for the weekend.

Very clean space and cute kitchen. Well stocked. Nice quiet and safe location. Centrally located and as described.

The location was great (really sorry fringe to Seaside, and not too far from Cannon Beach). We e were glad to have 2 bedrooms, each with a comfy bed. We only stayed 2 nights, but it was a comfortable rental. I would stay there again. Unfortunately being there on a holiday and then a weekday in the off- season, we were disappointed that both the bakery and the coffee shop were closed our entire visit. But that's what you get when you travel to a popular vacation destination in the off-season. Not the fault of the property, of course!

We so enjoyed our stay in Gearheart, Oregon! This vacation rental was comfortable, had everything we needed, and we walked to the beach at least 2x per day. We were mere steps from the best restaurant local bakery, and tapas/beverage spot! We will stay here again!

Very well kept well stocked home. Owner even had coffee and filters ready for a week which on the first morning was huge

We went for a relaxing time with walks on the beach. The little town of Gearhart was friendly and had a few shops to visit. The walk to the beach was delightful! The little duplex was clean and comfortable.

The overall property is decent, however there are two mini fridges instead of a normal sized fridge and one was leaking all over and didn’t work.
The other problem is the smell, it’s really hard to enjoy the space when the smell is so musty.
My last issue was the rugs. This is supposed to be per friendly but the area rugs are impossible to clean so I am assuming that’s why the place smelled bad.

It was just right for a quick overnight visit to the coast. I probably wouldn't recommend it for a long stay because kitchen storage is limited. It was, however, equipped with the necessities and the place has easy access to the beach.
The gas fireplace provides comfortable heat and the bed was comfortable. Would have liked a larger TV in the living room for those rainy nights.
My only real complaint is that it wasn't ready when we arrived and we had to wait two hours while it was cleaned. This was after a 2 1/2 hour drive. Management offered to cover dinner for us, but we were t sure how to get reimbursed.

A one block walk to a beautiful beach. Short trips to Seaside and Canon Beach. T Great little bakery by house. The cleaning staff did a great job the house was spotless upon arrival. Would definitely recommend.

The only disappointment with this property was the television. We did not go to the beach to watch TV, but we would have liked to have been able to get the local stations. The TV worked intermittently. It needs to be checked out.

Comfortable beds, spacious, well equipped kitchen. Parking was a little bit of an issue as the garage was too small to fit either of our cars but we were able to find street parking not too far away. Nice walk to the beach, very close to coffee shops, bakery, restaurant and gift shop. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the shower curtain liner had some mildew and the baseboards needed cleaning,l. All other areas were good

Comfortable, great for kids
My husband and I and our two year old stayed here for four days. It was a great find, very comfortable for families with a lot of small conveniences (a stool for the bathroom, some kids books, kids plates and utensils). It was about 10 min to Seaside and 20 min to Cannon Beach. There weren't a lot of great food options closer than that but it was still convenient. The patio table was great for outside dinners. The only minor complaint was that they pushed the already late check-in time (5pm - most places allow at 3 or 4) back to 6pm on the day of our arrival because they weren't done cleaning. It did not really end up mattering because our flight was delayed as well but would normally have been somewhat inconvenient, especially with a small kid. Overall, great place.

Perfect location for our family to visit Gearhart. Great communication from the property management and the house was exactly what we needed for the week.

Gearhart I love you!
What a great house, close to the beach, tennis court and basketball court. Kitchen has almost everything you need in there. Access to the property was simple although trying to memorize a 6 digit access code meant I had to always carry my phone with me. Bed was super comfy and the fireplace was wonderful on a cold Nov evening.

Clean and has key items for beach weekend
Place was clean, comfortable bed, and lots of towels. Kitchen had large counter tops with much storage with w/d and dishwasher. Wonderful weather helped make it a great weekend. Definitely will be back.

Nice house not 2 blocks to beach
It is a very nice house but the beach access is not quite accurate. It is 2 blocks away from the entrance/walkway to park but it will take around another 5-6mins walking up and down sand dunes for beach access

close walk to the beach,
we liked the location of the house. A very nice walk to the beach. It was clean, though maybe the sheets needed changing. We had brought our kitchen supplies, so that was useful. The house had all the utensils and dishes we needed. We will definitely consider staying here in the future when we visit again.
