★The Space★
Beautiful craftsman cabin with 2 bathrooms and three full bedrooms with queen-sized beds, and one kid/single room.
★Please note ★
-This listing is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We have elderly neighbors who aren't too fond of loud guests or parties. Our neighbors told us they would call the cops if they have any issues. We want to ensure all guests know this is not a party spot. We will have to take your entire security deposit if our neighbors contact us about any issues. We want all guests to have as much fun as possible as long as they follow the rules and respect our neighbors.
- This listing is located above a studio apartment. We occasionally rent the lower studio to guests as well. Please be mindful of noise, and feel free to say hi to the other guests if you see them!
- Our driveway has a left and right side. You can park on the left side as long as you don't block any vehicles in. The lower studio guests will park on the right side. Please park on the street if your vehicle can't make it up the driveway.
- It is a 20-meter walk to the house up a fairly steep hill.
- We are out in nature; although rare, there have been sightings of bears, snakes, and spiders.
- The front burner on the stove seems only to be able to be on the highest setting when turned on.
-We love our neighbors! No parties and no loud noise after 10 pm, please.
My assistant, Rachel, helps me out with the inbox every once in a while. She might answer the phones from time to time. She's very kind and super helpful.
Guests will have access to the entire upper house and shared laundry room. The laundry room is located next to the lower studio.
The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful. Plenty of scenery and wildlife to see. We are very close friends with our elderly neighbors, and they aren't too fond of loud noises or partying. They told us that they won't hesitate to call the authorities if there are any issues. We want to make sure all guests have a great time as long as they abide by the rules. We respect all of our neighbors, and we hope our guests will do the same.
I recommend bringing your own vehicle. Three Rivers is located in a secluded area away from the city.
We have had an occasional woodpecker who likes to peck on the house in the morning. It usually only lasts for a short time. We are working on preventing this from happening!

House is small & comfortable, we enjoyed our stay. 1st floor's small bedroom does not have A/C. Couldnt get minivan drive upto the house due to its very steep and deep pot holes.

Our family of 4 with 2 college-age children stayed here for a couple of days while visiting the nearby national parks. One of the best things about this property is how close it is to Sequoia NP, so you can spend more time in the park vs. driving to the park. The location is very quiet. There is probably enough room to sleep at least 7, so it was more than adequate for the 4 of us. The kitchen/family room is nicely decorated and was very comfortable to come home to in the evening. The house is on a hill so it could be difficult for someone frail toting luggage, but for us it was not a problem. Would stay here again.

I stayed at Three Rivers with my elderly parents and spouse for 3 nights. Property is a bit worn but very clean. You can tell updates were made to the bathrooms and bedrooms which are modern and homey. The location was so convenient. Gas station, coffee shop, and grocery store were all within a 5-7 minute drive, quick stops before driving into the parks. Checkout instructions were very easy. Host was very communicative and checked in on us throughout our stay.

The house is a great place for two couples or a small family!

This is a cozy and quirky home. We enjoyed the location and the layout of the house. It has nice outdoor areas as well, though we didn't have the time to enjoy them much. If you are looking to do much cooking, the kitchen is lacking - not a lot of dishes and the oven needs to be updated. Other items in the kitchen were a mix of old and new. We did have some bug friends visit us though it seemed as though the house had been treated for them. The split units for A/C were a welcome relief from the heat. The drive is extremely steep - and it is gravel and had deep ruts - wouldn't be able to get up the driveway without a high clearance vehicle. Overall, a good stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was great for visiting Sequoia National Park and traveling up Generals Highway to Kings Canyon too. Grocery store, gas, restaurants and shopping are close by. We appreciated having access to the laundry room. The host communicated with us very well!

Plenty of beds. Super great. Stayed only 1 night. Well come back for more. Great location and memories made. Close to the park entrance. Potentially great sunrise.

Can't say enough about this property. Words don't do it justice. Great views on every side, wildlife all around. Very much exceeded our expectations.
Being new to Vrbo and online reservations in general, it was difficult communicating with our host at first, but we soon figured it out. It helped to use a computer rather than phone. Checking the email more carefully before arriving would have helped as well.
The online listing was accurate. It is difficult for cars to get up to the door, but parking is easy on the street and you do have to carry your bags. It is SO worth it though.
I want to stay here again next year.

We were all truly impressed with the layout of the house/cabin. It was very clean and comfortable. It was much better than a hotel. We were able to feed the kids breakfast and we were able to start our morning with coffee provided by the host. Thank you! I would like to reserve this cabin again some time soon. I would recommend it. The kids will for always remember their stay.

Adventure Base
My friends and I used this property as a base to explore Sequoia National Park. I was not aware before booking that there was an additional rented unit below us but this was not an issue. The house was very quiet for sleeping. We showed up around 11pm at night and one door to the house was unlocked and another was unlocked and and ajar. We found this somewhat disconcerting. Other than this we had an excellent stay and felt the home was beautifully decorated. Check-in process was very easy and there was no maintenance to be done before leaving.

Family Vacation
My family and I spent 2 night at the Cabin. It was an easy checkin and checkout process. The owner was very nice. It’s close to the Sequoia National Park entrance. There is a river 5 minute away from the cabin. Clean and big Cabin. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Beautiful Home close to Sequoia Park Entrance
Ben and Adam are wonderful hosts that were very accommodating! The house was clean and cozy and close to town. The park entrance was a short drive up the mountain. My family is not used to camping and it is hard to find a place near Sequoia that isn't a two star hotel. I will be back again to stay at this beautiful house!
